12/05/2026: My colleague and I waited over 35 minutes for our meal (after several complaints because they'd forgotten our order), and we finally received a lukewarm meal (my burger was even cold). I complained at the end of my meal and was given a "wonderful" booklet of vouchers for future McDonald's visits, of course! I don't blame the server, who seemed completely lost (he was going back and forth with customers, bringing trays down from the top floor, etc.), but the problem seems to stem from unacceptable management, especially considering the prices we pay.

06/05/2026: We ordered and waited 20 minutes, and it arrived cold. I don't think that's normal. It was 1:20 PM, and they didn't even offer any compensation. It's a disgrace.

30/05/2026: Nice brasserie, very good value for money. Had lunch on the terrace on a Saturday. Warm welcome and service, attractive and delicious menu. Plus, the setting around the Old Market is lively and atmospheric.

27/04/2026: A fantastic pub with a warm and authentic atmosphere! You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. They have a wide selection of beers, both draft and bottled, with some great discoveries. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is convivial, perfect for spending an evening with friends over a drink. A simple, efficient, and always enjoyable place. Highly recommended!

29/04/2026: We arrived at 8 pm and received a lukewarm welcome. They didn't even want to offer us food, practically telling us to leave. We stayed to eat anyway. Then, from behind, they suggested we leave because they didn't want to cook for us since there were only two of us. (Avoid this restaurant!) The atmosphere was aggressive and threatening.

26/02/2026: A rather unexpected discovery! The beef burger and fries are simply incredible! (Even for takeout) A warm welcome, nothing to complain about, go for it without hesitation! 🤩

12/04/2026: We were regulars, and we went back on Friday, April 10th. There were four of us eating, and all four of us got sick. We had our doubts at first about the quality of the meat, and there was a smell of vomit in the dining room. We ate anyway, and all four of us ended up with stomach aches and diarrhea. 🤨

17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 06/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant tucked away on a small street and we weren't disappointed at all! A warm welcome, top-notch service, and delicious food! The seafood sauerkraut was excellent!!! The "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) is a great way to sample the desserts on offer (the French toast was divine). Kudos to the chef and his team.

05/05/2026: A great find during our visit to the city. Lovely sunny terrace, warm welcome, quick service, and reasonable prices. Remember to reserve a table if you want a spot on the terrace. Set menu €24.90 (starter, main course, dessert).
