18/03/2026: I'm Corentin. Just a visitor in Rouen After my business meeting. A friendly welcome, they didn't refuse the drinks I ordered that afternoon at this bar. The younger waiter was very nice. Where I naturally wanted to tip them near the Game Boy, paying by card. Looking for a hotel nearby. They were able to guide me and give me some information. Perfect. I found the hotel. Except that when I came back to their bar, I was a little hungry, and they were kind enough to let me in again. But... but... after paying for my cover charge plus the beer, unfortunately, they refused to serve me again. I found that unacceptable. Besides, I wasn't drunk at all. In fact, almost everyone was drunk that summer, I'd say about 50 or 60% of the clientele. They tell me, "Oh, but it's for your safety." Blah blah blah. Seriously, I can tell you there's a bar called "The Bar of Yesteryear." They're the complete opposite of you. My colleagues and I. Or me, as a loner. I can buy several pints right up until closing time. They still agree to serve me. And that's that. Whereas you. I'm from another city. You judge the person you meet negatively. Well done. And frankly, their ridiculous safety measures are a joke. Everyone was drinking alcohol. By Friday, everyone was drunk. And of course, they didn't give a damn about their safety. It's not because I'm from another city. They absolutely had to judge me and, above all, refuse me entry. Besides, I'd been walking a lot, and I was sobering up. Generally speaking, they don't have the right to let someone in, especially if they're not walking straight or if they've had a lot of alcohol. But this time they frustrated me. I could speak normally, I wasn't stuttering, I was walking, I was standing still. Their judgment was regrettable and unacceptable. Life is so imperfect sometimes that it's truly baffling. I simply wanted to have an unforgettable Friday in Rouen. And unfortunately, they must have spread the word around Place Jeanne d'Arc to get me refused entry to all the bars, even though I wasn't drunk at all. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 I find this really very unfortunate. I thought the people of Rouen were very welcoming. Well, not at all. On top of that, I'm going to have to leave another review on TripAdvisor about one of the bars that refused me service even though I was a cheerful, smiling early riser. It's truly unacceptable. And all I wanted was a coffee. Well, where I live, I can assure you that even in the morning, bars will serve you beer. Serves you right. No matter what you order, they'll serve you. No matter who you are. They'll serve you. Anyway, I'll still come back to Rouen. But it will be for something else. They have absolutely no idea who they're dealing with.

25/02/2026: Excellent spot in the heart of Le Havre, ideally located in the tourist district. Incredible terrace, fantastic staff, all services in one place, whether you want to enjoy an aperitif in the sun or savor a delicious daily special. A nice bonus: live music on Thursdays 😉😉😉 Highly recommended

16/03/2026: A disaster... I came Saturday evening to pick up a click and collect order. The app told me to go to the counter, I waited 10 minutes only to be told at the counter to validate the order at the kiosk. I went to the kiosk and waited... and waited, and waited... 40 minutes later, I went to see the manager who told me the order hadn't been processed. He offered me an extra box of nuggets, but that's not the real issue... there's a problem with staff management and processes that needs fixing. I'll drive further next time, but that's it for Mesnil.

13/03/2026: Over an hour for an order!! Slow service! I won't be going back to Mesnil-Esnard! They're much more efficient in Tourville-la-Rivière.

22/03/2026: Every time I come, I'm treated poorly. This will be my last time here. Today we waited over 15 minutes for takeaway coffees even though there were barely 10 customers on the terrace and only 4 staff members... The girls preparing the coffee are unpleasant; you don't feel welcome. It's expensive and not great. That said, thank you to the very friendly, smiling waiter who was very apologetic and attentive.

22/03/2026: It was a Sunday, we wanted to have a drink and a pastry, but they kicked us out simply because we weren't having brunch. Their attitude was unacceptable.

08/03/2026: Absolutely, I'll be back. Simple but delicious food. We were seated in the sun at our request. The seafood was perfect.

23/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Disrespectful staff, appalling service, they speak rudely to you for no reason. And the worst part is the rip-off: a large half-empty fries. Paying for that is unacceptable. A disgusting establishment; I will never set foot in it again.

23/03/2026: Unacceptable experience. A bespectacled, overweight employee who walks like Rambo was particularly aggressive and disrespectful, speaking rudely to customers at the counter for no reason. This behavior is completely inappropriate and makes me absolutely not want to return. If stress is unmanageable, the organization needs to be reviewed, but certainly not by taking it out on customers. It's fortunate I don't know her name, because such an attitude would clearly warrant a complaint.

06/03/2026: Living nearby for 6 years, we go there often and we LOVE it!!! Great atmosphere, lovely owner, always friendly and kind colleague, good food, never sick, reasonable prices. Outdoor seating in the summer. Delivery is also available, a nice bonus for those who can't get out. There's easy parking nearby, and the metro towards Quevilly (8 May station) is close by. Go there and you'll love it! 👍

24/10/2025: Attempted scam/deception: Under the pretext that they were 10-year-old children at the time of payment, the price announced for 3 kebabs was €48. Once inside the establishment, they called it a "joke" and said that it was better to "count"! Actual price: €24 for an adult, but €48 for a child/naive person. Outrageous method.

07/03/2026: Very good kebab for €9.50, and they even offered me a tea, it was so good!

01/03/2026: Pleasant welcome, very friendly staff. I had a full kebab, very well presented and very good. I never regret coming to this establishment; I recommend it without hesitation.

17/03/2026: Worst bar in Rouen The waiter was extremely unfriendly; after being treated poorly, we decided not to even pick up our order at the bar and left. Being a shopkeeper isn't for everyone.

02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

26/01/2025: Beyond the traditional crepes and pancakes, there are original compositions that allow you to change the habits of a creperie! Very pleasant service!

15/03/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered two Maxi Best Off meals at the drive-thru, but in the end, we left with two regular meals, without any sauce or napkins. For the price, it's outrageous. We won't be back, and this isn't the first time this has happened.
