24/10/2025: Attempted scam/deception: Under the pretext that they were 10-year-old children at the time of payment, the price announced for 3 kebabs was €48. Once inside the establishment, they called it a "joke" and said that it was better to "count"! Actual price: €24 for an adult, but €48 for a child/naive person. Outrageous method.

25/01/2026: A pizza/snack to please my son... unsurprisingly, the building meets the franchise's standards. Arriving just before the rush, the service was quick, at least as quick as it took to eat 🫤. Honestly, I rarely go to McDonald's, so this allows me to observe the changes the chain has made. Okay, I understand that after the dishware thefts, the brand went back to simpler packaging and cardboard cups, but this change must have been sudden since, apart from the drive-thru bin, all the trash cans were out of order. But what struck me most was the portion size 😲 (and this applies to the entire franchise). The patties have already been made thinner, but I noticed that my McChicken was the same size as a regular hamburger. The filling has even become so meager that there's more bread than chicken, with a few bits of salad. When I was a crew member, the 280 was called that because it was supposed to weigh... 280g, I'd be curious to know how much it weighs now 🤔 No, seriously, the management needs to ask themselves some questions. They already released a delivery app that never worked, and now the burgers have become as ugly as the ones sold in the frozen food aisle. Honestly, next time I take my son out for a burger and fries, I'll go to the competition.

02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

12/12/2025: A 25-minute wait for a happy meal... plus, the manager's friendliness leaves much to be desired.

10/12/2025: Order placed tonight, I'll never go back, thieves! I ordered a meal for €38.40. I called them to ask where my McDonald's sandwich was, and they told me it was in the bag. Impossible! I turned everything upside down, even my car, and NO, IT'S NOT THERE! I'm not going to call myself a thief for €3.60!!! Mistakes happen, you have to own up to it and stop making people look dishonest! AVOID AT ALL COSTS from now on, it's over for me.

05/12/2024: On-site tasting of some regularly changing products. Very nice. Drink prices are very reasonable. Downside on the price of the snacks accompanying our drink if we wish (bowl of sausage for €5..) and the speed of the service, you sometimes have to be patient to be served But overall the place is perfect for unwinding with colleagues over a drink!

09/12/2025: I am very disappointed with my last visit. I came to eat with my son and was shocked to find a cockroach next to me during the meal. It really ruined my appetite and gave me a very bad impression of the restaurant's hygiene. Such a situation is unacceptable, especially in an establishment like this. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken quickly to prevent this from happening again.

24/11/2025: Hello, I just got back from the McDonald's in Coty and it was excellent. I really appreciated the service as well as the food. I especially want to commend Dehbia for her generosity and enthusiasm. She's a very cheerful person, full of goodwill! Thank you.

11/12/2025: Service needs improvement... click and collect order and no Coca-Cola glass. Loyalty points lost.

08/12/2025: We ordered at the kiosk with table service, but no one said hello or "enjoy your meal." We were served cold potatoes, we asked for double cheddar, but they were extremely stingy with the cheddar. Honestly, first and last time. I do not recommend it at all. Avoid it!

20/01/2026: I ordered a two-meat burger, got home, and received only one meat. It's great to pay for something you don't want, or maybe these people have no idea how to check our orders.

08/01/2026: Horrible! Cold food served, and when we complained at the register, they told us it was because of the heating. And that's just how it is, no other way. If they had been honest from the start, we wouldn't have bought what ended up in the bin. Plus, we had to pay an extra €0.18 for a Coke. This fast food restaurant is becoming a complete joke.

01/11/2025: Ordering and being served half an hour later is honestly shameful for a fast-food restaurant because they actually place small orders before ours, which is not normal. It's the first time we've waited so long for a McDonald's, especially since there was almost no one there.

18/10/2025: Employee found today (the heavyset gentleman or lady) condescending!!! The young woman with him was more friendly. Told me in a curt tone that the upstairs was closed and that the staff didn't come up, as if I knew. Also told me in a condescending tone to go get ketchup at the register when I asked. I think there's a more polite way to say things instead of acting like a diva who has a tough go at customers. Disgusting. Rude. Contemptuous. Tables not clean. Very bad experience!!!

11/12/2025: A terrible experience at this restaurant in every sense of the word: - The wait for service was excessive - The seafood platter, straight from the freezer, was swimming in water, despite supposedly being fresh from the fish market - We politely told them it wasn't good and that we deserved a discount on the €100 seafood platter. They immediately started yelling and threatened to call the police. We were thrown out like we were nothing.
