28/02/2026: Excellent coffee, I highly recommend this place!!!

23/02/2026: Yesterday I participated in the "Aromas and Flavors" coffee workshop, and I must say I was disappointed by the content. I was expecting to discover and taste several types of coffee to learn how to differentiate them and, above all, identify my favorite. The workshop was actually very focused on coffee culture and roasting, with a rather technical approach. We tasted salty, sweet, and bitter water to work on our perceptions, but we only had one coffee tasting. Over three hours, I would have appreciated more comparative tastings to truly understand the differences between coffees and leave with concrete reference points for my future purchases. The workshop is certainly interesting for people wanting to delve deeper into the technical aspects, but it didn't meet my expectations, which were geared towards tasting and hands-on discovery. It's extremely disappointing, especially for 65 euros.

17/03/2026: I never leave reviews, but this McDonald's is getting ridiculous. Things are constantly missing from the drive-thru. Tonight, 8:00 PM, March 17, 2026; not a single sauce (not just ketchup and French fry sauce). And you have to pay extra for the sauces! The kids' nuggets have disappeared... The ice cream, same thing, forgotten... Prices have gone up so much => avoid at all costs!!!

15/03/2026: I visited this Subway location for the second time. During my first visit, the experience was very positive. I believe the owner may have been present because the staff were welcoming, patient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I enjoyed the food and chose to come back because of that experience. Unfortunately, my second visit was completely different. Two staff members were speaking to me at the same time while preparing my sandwich. One employee was asking about the bread and cheese, while another repeatedly interrupted and asked about condiments before the sandwich had even been toasted. Because both of them were speaking over each other, it became confusing and difficult to follow what was happening with my order. I also want to acknowledge that they attempted to speak English, which I appreciate since I am from the United States and still improving my French. However, the way the interaction unfolded felt rushed and disorganized. After I paid, I realized I had forgotten that guacamole is an extra charge. I mentioned it but immediately said it was my mistake and that the sandwich was fine as it was. Later, when I went to use the soda fountain, I had trouble getting the Pepsi to dispense properly. One of the employees came to help, but the way she did so felt condescending rather than helpful. Overall, the experience felt unfriendly and uncomfortable compared to my first visit. I do not expect this location to be exactly like a Subway in Baltimore or elsewhere in the United States. However, Subway is an international franchise, and customers reasonably expect the same basic standard of courtesy and kindness that the brand represents. A simple, respectful interaction from the moment a customer enters until they leave makes a big difference.

10/02/2026: I arrived with my colleague at 6:03 PM on a Friday. The bar was practically empty. After walking several kilometers, we decided to sit on the terrace. My colleague ordered a beer. As for me, wanting to stay energized since we still had a long drive ahead of us, I simply ordered a coffee. The waiter, visibly annoyed, curtly explained that he no longer served hot drinks after 6:00 PM (I remind you, it was 6:03 PM). I then asked him if tea would be possible (boiling water and putting in a tea bag didn't seem like an unreasonable request). The waiter stared at me for almost a minute, then replied condescendingly: "So, I'll repeat myself, since you don't seem to have understood: I NO LONGER SERVE HOT DRINKS AFTER 6:00 PM." As a result, I didn't order anything. We decided to laugh it off and leave, but the experience was frankly unpleasant. If you're looking for a welcoming place to have a drink, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Reading other reviews, I see that this waiter seems to be consistently rude, especially to people he considers "foreigners." And since leaving a review on Google isn't easy, the establishment receives much higher ratings than the welcome and service actually deserve.

07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!

02/02/2026: The owner is unpleasant and aggressive. The waitress is nice, but when the owner is leaning on the bar, she becomes unpleasant too. Avoid at all costs!

26/12/2025: Great bar! You can suggest your own cocktails and the service is very friendly. The bar is very welcoming, with a great atmosphere every night!

11/12/2025: A terrible experience at this restaurant in every sense of the word: - The wait for service was excessive - The seafood platter, straight from the freezer, was swimming in water, despite supposedly being fresh from the fish market - We politely told them it wasn't good and that we deserved a discount on the €100 seafood platter. They immediately started yelling and threatened to call the police. We were thrown out like we were nothing.

18/03/2026: The staff were extremely unfriendly. When we asked to use the elevator because we had a stroller, the response was a firm and unpleasant refusal. The elevator was indeed full of cleaning carts, making it unusable. A disgrace.

17/03/2026: Good McDonald's, the manager was very friendly with customers, really pleasant!!

23/02/2026: Passing through from Étretat to Paris, we stopped for lunch. An hour and a half after eating, I experienced stomach pains that turned into food poisoning, while my mother had severe diarrhea. Either there's a hygiene problem, or your products are improperly stored. I absolutely do not recommend eating there.

21/02/2026: Review of today's visit... I'll start with the negative... Tables for 4 were filthy... and the toilets were a disaster... The toilets were so dirty you didn't even dare use them... Urine on the floor, no toilet paper... The sink area was also very dirty... The only thing that saved our visit was the kindness of the server... smiling and friendly... But the hygiene needs improvement.

11/12/2025: Impeccable service and very friendly staff, nothing to complain about! However, I must warn you that some customers were disrespectful to a waiter, while he himself remained courteous, and I commend him for that! 🙏

08/12/2025: When ordering a children's takeaway meal, it would be nice to receive the entire menu... Because charging 40 cents for sauces is fine, but ordering and paying for the whole meal is another matter... And it's not the first time.

13/01/2026: Absolutely ridiculous, no respect whatsoever!!! We placed our order at 8:40 PM, waited for the delivery driver, and the delivery time kept getting pushed back by 5 minutes every 5 minutes... only to be told at 10 PM that they weren't honoring our order. Last time for us, thank you, goodbye!!!! You are unreliable, a word to the wise 😉

13/01/2026: I arrived in the afternoon at 1:45 PM, knowing that the opening time was 1:30 PM. There was a long line outside, stretching all the way to the exit. The security guard was only letting people in one at a time because there were already too many people waiting inside. I left at 4:00 PM, but at 3:15 PM we were told that there was no point in waiting beyond the cordon and that we should come back the next day, with the same uncertainty about getting an appointment. We were given a form to fill out for those who wanted to be contacted by phone. I had been warned that you had to arrive very early to have any hope of getting an appointment, but experiencing it is quite another story. The pointless wait in the cold, the uncertainty, and the wasted time. Everyone's nerves are being tested. Several people have reported arriving at 9 a.m. that same day who were unable to enter the building and had to return in the afternoon to wait indefinitely. It's inhumane to make so many people wait unnecessarily in the cold. Are there any solutions to manage this infernal wait? A ticket system, an estimated wait time? Allowing more people inside the building, even if it means sitting on the floor where it's warm and dry to make the wait less unpleasant. It's a nightmare. It's better to complete as much as possible online and call an advisor from home, even if it means waiting 20 minutes on the phone, than to travel there for nothing and waste your day. Or arrive more than an hour before opening time to have any hope of being seen.

31/12/2025: Staff shortages result in excessively long waits, both inside and outside. Not to mention the lack of parking, making travel difficult even though the bus stops nearby. Some people prefer to use their own vehicles.
