17/12/2024: Dry tacos, lack of sauce even though I paid for extra sauce.

13/12/2024: Excellent Kebab for years. This one from tonight, still just as good. The meat is not fatty, like in other restaurants of this specialty. I really recommend. Welcoming service and very clean restaurant.

22/01/2025: TO RUN AWAY!!! If you want to get food poisoning you are in the right place! The cook uses the same gloves to throw away the trash, handle money, his phone, as he does to handle food! On top of that, the service is very long, 45 minutes for two tacos even though there was no one in the room and only telephone orders.

04/01/2025: 1h30 before finally being served. Inedible kebab (white sauce) since when has this one been so spicy. Very disappointed served after some regulars. Frankly for the price it's ridiculous. Even my dogs don't eat it. a shame.

02/09/2024: Being used to the place, we are witnessing a blatant deterioration in service. 1) Call the restaurant to make a reservation, I am told that there are no reservations that day because it is too complicated: finally when we arrive, we notice reservations everywhere, and the owner is embarrassed and doesn't know where to go. 2) We had to ask for a box of bread about 4 times to finish a rillette, for which we had already waited more than 30 minutes. 3) When requesting a carafe of water, we are told that it is impossible, the owner refuses to serve water in a carafe, only mineral (to be paid of course in addition to the already very salty bill ). It seems to me that it is nevertheless obligatory to provide water to the customer, it would be a shame if this kind of behavior were reported to the responsible authorities. 4) when it came time to pay the bill, there were 5 of us, we had to pay €36.90 per person and the boss insisted on rounding up to €37 because “it’s much simpler to type on the TPE” I think we are reaching new heights in terms of disrespect towards the customer. Certainly the setting is magnificent, but the owners and the service are so deplorable that it ruins the moment. In short, run away!

02/04/2024: What a desappointment, Having already been to Le Chat Bleu, and having had good memories of it, I returned to this restaurant. Online booking. We tried to call to add 1 place, no answers despite 3 calls. Once we arrive, we receive a rather cold welcome, we start being told that "it's not going to be possible", then a "go see if you can squeeze in up there". The table only had 5 place settings, despite our reservation for 7, and a chair was missing. When we took our order we were told: "No food this evening, only burgers, we're not making falafel fries either. We're not turning on the fryer, it's too hot". No more excuses. Quick look around, the customers behind us had fries. We are told that "yes but then it was seen with the boss". We then ask for the accompaniments with the burger. "Nothing.". We are served, then she continues her service and comes back with fries for other customers? The moment of the bill comes when we are asked about our satisfaction, what audacity to answer "no", response not at all admissible a priori, since "the food was good, wasn't it?". But when we have service like this, yes we have the right to be unhappy otherwise we would have taken takeaway. As a bonus, “but it’s a heatwave, you have to think about the people who work”, a heatwave at 20°C. When we ask for explanations about the fries served at the tables next to us, they are “oven fries” therefore of "less good quality" and "there would only have been enough for 6", apologies to be reviewed. In short, half of the menu available (also depending on weather conditions), but good food nonetheless. Above all a big lack of professionalism on the part of the staff.

05/12/2024: On-site tasting of some regularly changing products. Very nice. Drink prices are very reasonable. Downside on the price of the snacks accompanying our drink if we wish (bowl of sausage for €5..) and the speed of the service, you sometimes have to be patient to be served But overall the place is perfect for unwinding with colleagues over a drink!

25/10/2024: Very nice, lots of choice of beer, wine, rum... Tasting on site with a small bar and outside

26/01/2025: Beyond the traditional crepes and pancakes, there are original compositions that allow you to change the habits of a creperie! Very pleasant service!

06/09/2024: Excellent !! I was apprehensive about the quantities made by a tapas bar but I was not disappointed and I was not left hungry. It was just excellent, with hearty dishes to share or not. I recommend 100%!

28/08/2024: Very friendly bar on the banks of the Seine. However, we had barely finished our drinks when the waiter rushed to clear it. That says it all, in fact you certainly have to leave to welcome other customers. This is quite a shame...

16/09/2024: We spent 2 evenings there, the first with lovers and the second with friends. We are overwhelmed by the warm welcome from the boss Myriam, her colleagues Ingrid, Caroline and Benoit! The atmosphere is upbeat and there is such goodwill in the team. Thanks again to this fabulous team! We'll come back quickly. The Cergy - Gisors team

28/08/2024: Always a pleasure to come at the end of the afternoon after work to unwind. Friendly waiter and special mention for the owner who is always very pleasant and attentive. Cocktails always at the top.

05/09/2024: Come to eat for lunch, tempting menu, a little fondness for the Parmentier which is delicious, fast service and smiling, welcoming waiters, I recommend!

22/08/2024: Fortunately, this restaurant (one of the few in this area) has normal opening hours, unlike other restaurants. The croque monsieur was very tasty, especially the one with goat cheese on top. The cocktail was not very special, but just tasty. Staff were very friendly and the food was served quickly too.

27/08/2024: Unpleasant waitress with the approval of the boss. We are 2 tanned people, does this still matter in 2024? I previously came with a white person and the welcome was completely different. Disappointing.

29/08/2024: One of the worst kebabs I have eaten, disgusting inside, fries to vomit and the sauce is even worse, I give zero stars and never again even if I'm hungry

07/08/2024: Good welcome, staff attentive to any request, the dish was good (12 euros per plate). However, the quantity is not copious, less raw vegetables and fries than other snacks.

20/08/2024: Unfriendly receptionist, no hello, no goodbye, even when taking an order, you really feel like you're bothering It's been several times and it's the same thing each time. And it's expensive, we won't go anymore...

17/08/2024: Bonjour, je voudrais juste un expresso et un verre d'eau. Je suis accompagnée d'une amie qui ne veut rien boire. Cela a bcp gêné la serveuse qui, tout haut, aboie et un café pour deux et nous signale que pour s'asseoir il faut consommer !!!! Dans un même temps, elle demande à une employée d'aller dégager deux personnes parce qu'elles étaient là depuis trop longtemps. Bravo l'accueil ... belle mentalité ... à fuir ...
