24/09/2024: Passage au drive pour une commande d un menu filet o fish,30 minutes d attente entre la prise de commande et l' arrivée au retrait commande,et là on me demande d aller me garer qu on va m amener ma commande au bout de 10 mns toujours rien je décide donc de rentrer au comptoir pour retirer cette commande que je rappelle en DRIVE...et là toujours rien j attends encore 10 mns pour cette banal commande d un seul menu ...aucun geste commercial proposé...bref déplorable 50 mns pour un menu drive...sans excuse...normal quoi...

18/01/2026: On almost every visit, there's a problem with the order: either an item is missing, or, when everything seems correct, the restaurant puts a different sandwich in the packaging of the one I actually ordered. As a result, you never receive exactly what you paid for, and you often only realize it once you get home. This type of repeated error demonstrates a real lack of control and professionalism in order preparation.

18/01/2026: There was hardly anyone there and I waited 40 minutes for my takeout order, and to top it all off, there was a mistake with the sandwich – I ordered a McChicken and got a Cheeseburger, which was nothing like it.

28/12/2023: Commande Ubereat livrée froide, les onion rings livrés sans sauce, la boisson sans glaçons, le sandwich froid également, pas de cuillère pour la glace…bref du grand n’importe quoi. Quand on fait remonter le problème au restaurant celui-ci répond que comme le produit n’avait pas de prix ils ne peuvent rien faire, pourtant j’ai bien payé ma commande… bref un comportement qui en dit long sur la manière dont sont gérés les clients. Je me suis fais avoir une fois et ce sera la dernière. Mise à jour le 11/09 suite à réponse du restaurant : J’ai bien envoyé un mail comme demandé mais à ce jour aucun retour…

19/09/2024: Place is nice to eat quickly Too bad the queue is so long especially between midday so you have to wait around Between fifteen and twenty-one minutes sometimes to be served it's a shame for an empire catering service I still recommend because the quality is the hygienic conditions are present

17/09/2024: I would like to congratulate Burger King for having such an exceptional employee like Clarisse. My experience at this restaurant was simply incredible thanks to its exemplary service. Clarisse demonstrated remarkable professionalism: smiling, attentive, and extremely efficient, she knew how to make this moment most pleasant. Every detail was taken into account with great attention, and his kindness truly brightened my day. Thanks to people like Clarisse, we always want to come back to Burger King. A big thank you to her for her excellent work, she is a real asset to the team!

07/12/2025: I ordered at 6:41 PM, delivered at 7:20 PM. Too bad the Sunday cheese melted.

01/12/2025: "Come for the burgers, come back for afternoon tea." Definitely not. Neither for one nor the other, for that matter. One late afternoon, desperately needing to warm up (the temperature was below freezing), I decided to pop into this McDonald's and warm up with a hot chocolate served at the counter. A little moment of relaxation I really needed. There were hardly any customers. Absolutely no one at the drive-thru. Three customers inside had already been served. I ordered a hot chocolate at the kiosk (with a sugar packet because I didn't know if it was sweetened to begin with) and two small new chocolate treats (whose names I've forgotten). I grabbed my tray and sat down at a table, in a prominent spot. I waited almost 15 minutes. The employees weren't doing anything; there were no orders being processed except mine. Finally... The tray arrived... With a hot chocolate. That's it. No sooner had I sat down than the waitress was about to leave. I pointed out that the other part of my order was missing. Not that she'd made a mistake, mind you... but that something was "missing." She left with the tray, and therefore my chocolate, while I looked bewildered. I could have easily drunk it while I waited... She returned at least five minutes later with the same tray. My missing item... and a donut as a bonus. I blinked. I told her I hadn't ordered the donut. She looked at me, uncomprehending, and tried to check the details of my order on my receipt, which only contained my order number and payment information. Then she realized. She'd confused the donut... with the sugar packet. Yeah. She took the donut back and left. Need I mention that I never even saw that packet? Oh, and after all that, the chocolate was cold. Oh well, I was certainly warmed up. €7.50 for the experience. At least that taught me never to set foot there again...

27/08/2024: avec mes amies nous avons commandé en même temps mais j’ai été servie 40 min après eux après m’être pleins plusieurs fois du fait que j’attendais ma commande ( je passe les détails du personnel très désagréable) j’ai donc finalement été servie 40 min plus tard sans excuse , sans sourire Je ne recommande pas

25/08/2024: Disgusting place, I'm not talking about the toilets. The playground smells of a nauseating mixture. It's a shame. In addition, no respect for the law, concerning assistance dogs, two refusals in this establishment already. I think it would be time to force ourselves and not stand up to the person with a disability. The dog has a cape and didn't put on his little coat to go out. Train yourself and find out, it's 2024. Wash your establishment too, it wouldn't be a luxury.

15/12/2024: After 20 minutes, I did not receive my takeaway order. Orders made after me have to be given. Staff response: This is normal, orders are not made in order. Fast food: review the notion of speed. I left without my order, still happy they deigned to reimburse me

10/12/2024: The cheese was not melted, the coke was a colored soft drink but definitely not coke!

08/07/2025: But the opening hours are not always respected. Overall, it's not very clean.

07/07/2025: I went to this McDonald's on 01/07 and at the time I said to myself: there's a hidden camera running: 40-minute wait at the drive-thru because there was no interaction with the staff despite a driver losing his temper! So I decided to go inside because I thought the device wasn't working but all the terminals were closed with an apology message, it was 10 p.m.! I wanted to order at the counter but the staff was too busy getting confused but "with all due respect, a sketch!!!! I went through the app for my order! Luckily, someone who had left their shift had a little compassion and validated my order! Waiting again, another insulting sketch between the manager and a member of staff but still with all due respect! This McDonald's is a joke! If you're bored one evening and want to watch the filming of the show "So True" there's no need to go to the set, the McDonald's in Carrières-sous-Poissy is there 🤣 My order was complete and made with all due respect 🤣 Location and cleanliness are ghetto I've put some photos but to see the damage you have to zoom in because I wanted to be discreet and my camera couldn't stand the unsanitary conditions 😊

07/07/2025: Incredible McDonald's doesn't have a fork to eat my salad and this makes the staff laugh and offers me a cocktail stick. I returned my salad for a refund and commercially nothing is offered to me. 07/07/25 at 1:31 p.m. Frankly, the manager is not up to the task
