29/01/2026: The baguettes are fresh, high-quality, and delicious! However, two female waitresses (two short women, one of whom wears glasses) are unfriendly, disrespectful, aggressive, insolent, and incredibly frustrating! They significantly detract from my positive perception of the bread sold at this establishment! When I wait 15 minutes every day and, just as I'm about to be served, they aggressively criticize me for taking too long to choose how I want my bread done, it's outrageous! I could easily be annoyed at having waited so long to be served, and yet, I remain cheerful! Especially since I know exactly what I want quickly: bread that's not overcooked! It's not my fault if they don't always understand which baguettes I want! I can understand them being in a bad mood because of low wages and difficult working conditions due to staff shortages! However, I shouldn't have to put up with their deplorable attitude for a situation I'm not responsible for! If they're not happy, they should resign and go work elsewhere, leaving their positions to serious and friendly people who will legitimately focus on satisfying the customer!

10/01/2026: As a long-time customer, I'm a big fan of their specialty breads... And apparently, this bakery has become a place that only sells baguettes, especially on Saturdays. I'm disappointed every Saturday morning... I'll probably stop going.

14/01/2026: This is what 76 euros looks like at Mavrommatis. I abandoned my tabbouleh at the checkout after seeing they were charging 19 euros for it (it's parsley, guys, it's literally a 1-euro bunch of parsley from Pro Intermarché with 2 grams of tomatoes, come on!). And sure, it tasted like heaven, okay, but this... No. It's MEDIOCRE! Run away if you don't want to blow your savings.

15/12/2025: A super friendly, professional, and warm welcome! Fresh, authentic, and delicious products! Everything is excellent, from the moussaka with stuffed grape leaves and peppers to the tiropitas. Thank you Ioli, Li, Ahmed, Manon, and Estelle!

10/07/2025: Disappointed. I had fond memories of this restaurant 20 years ago, but today, it's nothing like it. The setting is still very nice, especially the terrace by the Pont Vauban, but that's the only positive aspect. I had a Gamberoni pizza for €20.50: advertised with jumbo shrimp, you ended up with 5 or 6 basic, bland shrimp, a little arugula, two shavings of cheese... and that's it. The crust is okay, nothing special. Clearly not worth the price. It smells like a restaurant that's focused solely on its touristy location. Once, not twice.

11/03/2026: A very good experience at La Vetta restaurant. The service was excellent: the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food was delicious. You really feel well taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. 😊

21/03/2026: I am absolutely furious with Taksim Halal. The food arrived after a two-hour wait, it was bland, dry, and totally underwhelming for the price. Honestly, I would have been better off starving... and it would have been less painful! I deeply regret ordering from here. Everything was awful! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

12/03/2026: Takssim is a good man and he has a very fraternal spirit with everyone. I have known him since 2014 and he always makes good meals, especially the glass of Turkish tea.

30/04/2026: Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the city center in a beautiful setting. On weekends, there are usually no school groups staying in the building, so it's very quiet inside (at least it was when we were there). Excellent facilities (common rooms, bar, table tennis, luggage storage). Very friendly staff. There were five of us (over 60) and we felt very comfortable!

29/04/2026: A wonderful experience! Excellent service despite a booking issue that was quickly resolved. Clean hotel, tasteful decor, and perfect location. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: There was very little sauce in this pasta dish, which ultimately offered poor value for money; I should have read the previous reviews. The only positive: it was served quickly.

26/11/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant, run by two brothers who are always smiling and on the ball. The service is always between 2 and 3 minutes maximum, even during peak hours, which is a huge advantage compared to the many other restaurants nearby. Pasta Gusto offers a wide selection of homemade sauces, sure to delight customers whenever the opportunity arises.

02/04/2026: This is by far the best kebab in Strasbourg; the chicken skewer is homemade. I especially want to thank the chef, who is very generous with the meat. I highly recommend it. Don't be fooled by the rating.

13/04/2026: The bar manager was the best manager I've ever seen, really very nice and very accommodating, he really followed up on every request.

21/03/2026: You arrive at 10 PM, nobody's there, and they ask how you are. You end up opening up: a week ago, you were tackled to the ground, restrained by three guys who left with your dog. Shortly after, you have to leave because, while they were asking for details, you forgot to smile. No smile, you're out the door before you've even finished your drink. KARMA

03/02/2026: Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: We came for lunch and saw the menu outside. At lunchtime, they only offered a snack menu, which wasn't mentioned on Google or the menu itself. The wait was very long for a snack, which was pre-prepared and cafeteria-style. Coffee was €3.50, the most expensive in the area! Strongly discouraged!

26/04/2026: Small, charming cafe, few tables but nicely done. Found a seat, ate a light meal and enjoyed a coffee.

09/04/2026: We strongly discourage people—especially tourists—from visiting this coffee shop. At first glance, the place looks interesting from the outside, but that’s where the good impression ends. As soon as we walked in, we were met with a very uncomfortable situation: an older customer was trying to discuss her bill with the waiter (who seemed to be the manager based on his behavior), and he was dismissive toward her while simultaneously rushing us to order. He didn’t greet us, didn’t respond when we said hello, and immediately asked what we wanted. This came across as extremely rude—not only to us, but also to the woman he was already dealing with. We tried our best to order in French, but we struggled with one word. I politely asked if I could say it in English, and he simply shook his head “no.” The interaction felt cold, awkward, and completely lacking the basic sense of hospitality that should define a place like this. What made it worse was the clear difference in treatment: the same staff (him and a female waitress) were noticeably warm and friendly with French-speaking customers right in front of us. That contrast made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing visit. Poor service, unwelcoming attitude, and to top it off, the food wasn’t even particularly good. Definitely not worth your time.

05/05/2026: I went to eat at Pizza Renard in Neudorf, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The welcome was cold and unpleasant; I felt uncomfortable from the start. The service really leaves much to be desired. Frankly, I do not recommend this place.

13/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. The pizzas were poorly cut and tore completely apart when we tried to serve them. The tomato sauce had a strange and overpowering taste, frankly not reassuring. After the meal, I had severe stomach discomfort. Add to that the subpar service. First and last time; we won't be going back.

08/03/2026: Charming restaurant, quick service but the staff wasn't very friendly. The food was very good for me, but apparently for everyone else… My friend has had diarrhea for three days, starting right after our visit. Perhaps the food needs to be reviewed.

08/03/2026: We tried the set menu for two. Starter: Soup (one out of two servings was cold). Main course: Greasy spaetzle and venison stew...pieces of venison were cold in the middle of the dish. Dessert: Average French toast. Service: Our waiter was very professional. 👍
