09/08/2026: I'm really not in the habit of leaving bad reviews; generally, I prefer to say nothing rather than be negative, but in this case, I find it disrespectful... and the "gesture of goodwill" that was offered, as well as the response, seems far too lenient given the situation. We ordered three pizzas with the 2+1 offer. It was 9:24 PM when we ordered, and the place closes at 10 PM. I understand that it might have been the closing rush, etc., and that was my mistake. However, there was no indication that we couldn't order 30 minutes before closing time. We ordered, and the pizzas arrived in a deplorable state, as if someone had squashed them with their foot before bringing them to us. The pizzas were cold and almost doughy; the toppings had stuck to the cardboard on most of one pizza and half of the other. When I called, the response was, "Oh, it's the delivery driver. Since we're closing, I'll give you a free pizza next time you order." Given the state and taste of the pizza, that won't happen again. It was my first and last time ordering. I sincerely believe this whole situation and your team's reaction demonstrate a lack of respect and consideration for the customer, especially considering the price we paid for barely anything to eat. 09/08/2026: We ordered around 9:30pm and received 2 out of 3 pizzas completely wrecked, in addition to being bland and not very hot, first time this has happened to me and really very disappointed, I don't know if it's because of the time we ordered, but I would have preferred that they hadn't taken the order then.

22/07/2026: The waitresses were very nice, however the owner was really unpleasant and impatient with his staff. He would yell at them as they came back from the restroom. The food was okay, except for the calzone which was very soggy.

18/07/2026: The food itself was fine but not very special. The price-quality ratio is good. The service was extremely friendly.

30/08/2026: The Peking duck is truly worthy of the original tasted in Beijing. The owners are very proactive, preferring efficient service to unnecessary formalities.

21/08/2026: It's undeniable, the food is good at this restaurant. But why, instead of simply telling customers who arrive a little late, "We're sorry, but we can't accommodate you as the kitchen is about to close," do they accept them, literally pressure them to hurry up and order, check every two or three minutes to see if the appetizer has been eaten before sending the next course, practically throwing dishes on the table to make customers understand that time is running out—all this without a single smile and with behavior bordering on rudeness, almost disrespectful? I find this a shame because it's not the first time I've eaten at Palais de Chine, and I've always appreciated the quality of the service and the food. But this welcome, worthy of a rural McDonald's, disappointed me so much that they've just lost a customer.

15/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Plus, the cookies are incredible 😍 I'm updating my review two years later...unfortunately, the prices have gone up, but the quality has significantly dropped :( It's a real shame.

15/09/2026: I ordered a small sandwich and a freshly squeezed orange juice; the sandwich was alright. However, before even drinking the juice, I noticed something black inside, so I shook the bottle well and turned it upside down. It turned out to be two small insects with wings. It's not right to sell something like that. Luckily, I saw it before drinking, but what if I had? I hope you see my message and take precautions for the sake of other customers.

05/05/2026: On the evening of April 30, 2026, my son, daughter-in-law, and I were looking forward to celebrating my birthday once again at La Maison des Tanneurs, a restaurant I have only fond memories of and have recommended many times. But what a disappointment! The sauerkraut was mediocre, the pike-perch tasteless... but the real low point was my vegetarian dish, which I wouldn't have dared serve to anyone at home: a mound of dry sauerkraut surrounded by bland or overly salty boiled vegetables, apart from two spoonfuls of cooked red cabbage. The overly sweet rhubarb tart had lost all its acidity, but the iced kougelhopf was good. What happened that evening?
