Rude and unprofessional front desk team especially the morning shift 2 ladies Maria and Gada impolite missing all hospitality manners... Asked several times to speak to front desk manager.... 20/05/2026: Some hotels are simply a place to sleep. Régent Petite France feels like you’re actually staying inside the postcard of Strasbourg. The location is unbelievable. You walk out the door and you are immediately in the middle of everything that makes Petite France so special — canals, bridges, flowers hanging from windows, people sitting outside with wine, little streets that somehow look even better at night than they do during the day. Honestly, half the time we just stood outside the hotel looking around thinking, “this can’t be real.” Our room was incredible with a view that made it hard to leave in the morning. Watching the boats pass through the canals while the city slowly woke up was one of those travel moments you remember long after the trip is over. The staff could not have been more helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and relaxed, never forced or overly formal. They helped with recommendations, directions, questions — anything we needed. You could tell they truly cared that guests enjoyed Strasbourg. The entire hotel somehow feels luxurious without being stuffy. Comfortable, elegant, quiet, and perfectly placed in the center of it all. Only very minor thing — the shower setup could be a little more accessible depending on mobility or preference — but honestly, it barely registered compared to how much we loved staying here. If you’re visiting Strasbourg and want to fully experience Petite France instead of just walking through it for an hour, stay here. We already miss waking up there.

17/05/2026: A magnificent hotel where I stay every time I'm in Strasbourg. Very well located. The concierge and valet parking staff are exceptional. The reception is very average and incapable of maintaining a customer database. In short, a major drawback. The hotel lobby is freezing cold (20 degrees Celsius) and the bathrooms, even with the thermostat turned all the way up, are like refrigerators. Plus, there are no slippers to warm you up, only flip-flops that hurt your feet. So don't come in winter, or bring your own slippers and a kettle. The spa is very professional, and the massages are excellent. The restaurant is always closed, every single time I've been there.

11/09/2026: We came for the food and stayed for the entertainment. Ollie has a passion for food, beverages and hosting. He has lived a life to the fullest. Sadly, the restaurant is closing and he starts his next chapter. Thank you for a wonderfully warm, kind and fun filled evening. You certainly gave us an evening to remember! Best wishes

03/09/2026: Spectacular gourmet food with artisanal and healthy cuisine. At excellent prices!

25/09/2026: We shared the all-you-can-eat tapas (€29 per person) and it was a very unpleasant experience. Aside from the fact that we weren't advised to order only one of these options (and not one per person), the tapas were all frozen and tasteless. The charcuterie was cut haphazardly, the pieces were far too thick, and above all, the quality was very poor, especially considering the price. The other tapas on offer were also of mediocre quality, and there were sometimes mistakes; dishes listed on the menu weren't the same as what was served. In conclusion, we had a bad time and spent a lot of money on poor quality. (And we even had a rather expensive bottle of wine that was corked!)

02/07/2026: I ordered an excellent cheese pide to go today, and it was served very quickly (less than 10 minutes, which was a huge help as I was in a hurry). The bread was perfect, the topping of raw vegetables and cheese was delicious, and the portion was more than generous (I couldn't finish it all in one sitting!). The staff were very friendly too. I'm very satisfied; thank you for saving my lunch break :)

01/07/2026: In short, I ate a kebab. The meat (chicken?) was dry and rubbery. However, the vegetables were fresh. The chef tried to be friendly, but he brought me a scalding hot glass to pour my cold drink into 😅. The terrace is nice, but unfortunately, I won't be eating there again.

27/08/2026: Hello, I stopped by for lunch and wanted to share my experience. I had the pleasure of serving an extremely kind and helpful woman with glasses. I've rarely seen someone so dedicated to their work, and it was truly refreshing. She gave excellent advice, qualities that are becoming increasingly rare these days. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

21/08/2026: As a tourist, I've rarely experienced such friendly and helpful staff in France. That's why I love having lunch here whenever we're in Strasbourg. The value for money, especially with the set menus, is excellent, and for just €1 more, you can get a coffee and a macaron. But besides the pastries, the best thing is definitely the staff. One very outgoing and warm lady explains things to me in French so well and in such detail that I understand everything, even though I don't speak French. It's always a real pleasure. Other staff members are also very friendly and speak good English, so there are no problems for tourists.

28/07/2026: I ordered delivery through Uber Eats, so I can only rate the food. The tuna looked strange and smelled bad. Clearly overcooked. The salmon wasn't bad, but it wasn't fresh either. The maki rolls were clearly made by someone very amateurish and careless. Irregular, rough cuts and poorly sealed with seaweed. The rice was also too sticky. Even the ginger leaves had a strange, slimy color. The tempura was soggy, indicating it had been fried a long time ago. We expect to get sick. I don't recommend it. Anyone who handles raw food should be responsible to their customers.

30/08/2026: The Peking duck is truly worthy of the original tasted in Beijing. The owners are very proactive, preferring efficient service to unnecessary formalities.

29/09/2026: The only positive point was the calm atmosphere. The service was appalling. They forgot to serve us fries with our meals. No toys were included in the children's meal. As a result, the fries sat on the counter getting cold. We had to ask twice for the rest of our order, which was given to us cold! Straight to the bin. No apology or professionalism, judging by the look on the employee's face; she clearly didn't care about the customer's opinion. I remained polite, I should add. In short, a negative experience this time. Hoping this feedback will be useful for future reference.

26/09/2026: Carrots and red cabbage in the Big Macs and wraps, no sauce, undercooked meat. This is the first time in my life I've been served so badly at McDonald's.

30/07/2026: The essential meeting place for workers in the sector. You're served quickly and with a smile. The "little break" is anything but "little." Your lunch break is far from meager. The salads are delicious, healthy, and satisfying. I haven't tried the sandwiches yet 😊
