10/07/2026: The buffet offers a good selection of starters and desserts, which are varied and quite tasty. However, I was disappointed by the hot dishes and their sides. The choice was rather limited, and the quality didn't live up to my expectations. It's a shame, because with an improvement in this area, the experience would be much better. Despite this, the staff is pleasant, and the setting is nice.

04/09/2026: If you're staying far from the city center, it's a good option in a pinch. The coffee wasn't very good, and the food could have been better considering the prices were for specialty coffee.

14/09/2026: Disappointed. I've been coming here since I was a child, and the bagels have gotten much smaller. They're really good, but very small. €43 for 3 small bagels and a missing drink in the order (Uber Eats) is expensive and not as affordable as it used to be. Disappointing value for money… :(

06/08/2026: A very convenient spot on Avenue de la Touloubre for lunch. As for the food: classic, everyday fare, nothing special. It's simple, decent, but quite ordinary. The service, however, is efficient and well-suited for a break. In short, a place where you come for the friendly atmosphere and simplicity more than the food itself! (Note: no credit cards, cash or checks only).

29/08/2026: The ingredients are fine. However, the state of the toilets is appalling. They're old, dirty, and the toilet brush is at least 10 years old. Seeing the state of cleanliness in the toilets makes you wonder about the kitchens. The benches are torn. Clearly, this establishment doesn't prioritize care or hygiene.

18/08/2026: An experience out of time, it was no longer Angers but Mexico, flavors and a taste journey, I will return.

04/09/2026: A very warm welcome from the smiling and pleasant staff! There was no wait, although it was a Friday lunchtime during the first week back at school, so it was much less busy. Reasonable prices. Good food.

08/06/2026: I'll let you be the judge of the quality of the fish that was delivered to me via Uber Eats… I don't think there's much more to add; the avocado was also very oxidized. In short, these are definitely not representative photos.

18/03/2026: Lovely terrace, great service, the pizzas are excellent, as is the veal stew. The wines are also good and chilled. The service is excellent, the staff are so friendly and pleasant. The toilets are very clean and there's parking. Everything is perfect. Last night at my grandson's was fantastic, thank you so much! 🤗

26/07/2026: My best friend and I ate at Chuanjiang Haozi (Boiled Beef) and were shocked by the portions: the food was incredibly large, and the two of us couldn't finish it at all, so we had to take the leftovers home! Food Review: The toothpick beef is highly recommended! The seasoning is fantastic, spicy and flavorful, and very delicious! The boiled beef broth and side dishes are also great, but the beef was a little overcooked and tough, making it a bit hard to chew.

15/07/2026: Great place!!! Top-notch salad bar. The food is delicious!!! The daily specials are reasonably priced and of good quality. The staff is super friendly and energetic, I highly recommend it!

14/05/2026: I'm very surprised by some of the negative comments, especially regarding portion sizes. I've been a customer for a while now and I always find the plates very generous, the selection is varied with something for everyone, and above all, everything is delicious. As a true foodie, I absolutely love the desserts! And as a bonus, the manager is lovely. I highly recommend it.

18/03/2026: I ordered chicken curry, but the rice was overcooked compared to the chicken. It smelled awful, and the dessert was some kind of yellow sponge! It tasted like plastic. I hope the store doesn't close; they should tear it down... an unbeatable disaster in Aix...

14/02/2026: Hello I would like to point out that the food is homemade and of extraordinary quality. The prices are reasonable. The owner has strong values, is very professional, and listens to his customers. Furthermore, the customers who are complaining are customers who have never set foot in this restaurant and who, elsewhere, are more racist than anything else...

16/10/2026: I waited an hour for my Too Good To Go order. Since I don't live nearby, I made a special trip for it. When I arrived at 9:30 PM, the guy told me it was canceled and that I should have received a notification. Except, in reality, he had simply forgotten to cancel the order and canceled it right in front of me! The result: an hour's wait for nothing and a wasted trip at 9:30 PM. The worst part was his attitude: he didn't care at all and kept repeating that it wasn't his problem. A little respect and professionalism wouldn't hurt. Making people wait an hour only to tell them at the last minute... Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed. An unacceptable experience; I do not recommend it.

28/09/2026: The staff is very helpful! The place is clean and cool in this heat. The sushi is very good but a bit large. Nevertheless, I will definitely return!

16/10/2026: I went there to eat today. We waited 35 minutes to order, and when the waiter finally deigned to acknowledge us, he asked, "What would you like?" By the time we glanced at the menu to tell him the exact name of the dish, he had gone to another table and deliberately ignored us for 15 minutes. So we left. Thanks for the waste of time and the blatant lack of respect. Perhaps it's time to modernize the service a bit so the place can maintain its iconic status.

10/10/2026: A very beautiful brasserie in the Belle Époque style. Warm welcome and excellent cuisine. Ideally located on the Cours Mirabeau in Aix-en-Provence.

22/06/2026: Extremely unpleasant bartenders who rip off customers. There was a bottle of Jägermeister on display above the bar, so we ordered five Jägerbombs. They said OK, and then started serving us some cheap liqueur instead. When we realized this, we canceled our order and got a friendly "well, get lost then"... They're engaging in false advertising by showing a bottle of Jägermeister but don't tell you they're serving garbage instead. Politeness and honesty should be standard practice in this profession. Change jobs 😉

22/06/2026: Arriving at the bar, we saw a bottle of Jägermeister. So we ordered five glasses of Jägermeister and Red Bull. I saw the waitress serve us a cheap brand of alcohol with a low-quality energy drink. When we pointed it out, she said, "That's just how it is!" So we refused the drinks. P.S. That response was outrageous... Avoid this place.
