29/06/2026: Rude and impolite staff. The waitress reacted rudely to my request to clean the table and slammed my beer on the table. She then went with a colleague to make me pay the bill before I finished my drink, without considering that a few minutes earlier I had received shards of glass from a nearby table on my back and no one bothered to clean up the mess to prevent anyone from getting hurt. Talk about welcoming.

02/05/2026: During a business trip to choose a venue for a company party, we discovered this elegant and charming establishment. We received a very warm welcome, even though we hadn't made an appointment or even given any prior notice! In short: 1) A beautifully maintained, rural setting with carefully arranged vegetation that creates an immediate sense of tranquility. 2) An interior decor that is both rustic and refined. 3) A surprising meeting or function room with immense glass roofs, the center of which features a venerable tree growing through the floor and ceiling—truly astonishing and rare. 4) Gardens with expansive lawns surrounding tranquil ponds. 5) Ample parking for a large number of vehicles. It's clear: a perfect venue for successful meetings. (We learned that many weddings are held there—no surprise there!)

08/07/2026: As a regular customer of Cézanne for the past five years, I used to bring my friends and acquaintances here on several occasions. During the Morocco-Canada match, and despite requests from several people, the manager refused to turn on the second TV (I don't know what he thought, he didn't know himself). When I mentioned it to him, he made it clear that it was because Morocco was playing and the Moroccan public should "stay in their seats," implying that some people weren't interested in the match. So, logically, if I came to the terrace for the France match and didn't want to watch it, he would turn off the second TV. He told me, "No, I won't even seat you." We left, canceling our order, and I, for one, will never set foot in that bar again. PS: We've seen how you respond to other negative reviews; I recommend you take a course in customer review management.

30/05/2026: A delicious pizza was delivered to my hotel within a reasonable timeframe. Thank you to the very polite and friendly delivery driver. The pizza arrived hot, which is rare. Thank you to the person who took the order.

13/04/2026: Honestly, the pizzas are good, but I really don't understand the delivery system. I usually order through Deliveroo, and last time I called to ask if the driver could come up because I have a knee problem. The person told me no problem and advised me to call the number directly to avoid going through Deliveroo. This is the second time I've tried calling again, and I get a different person each time, to place my order, and they tell me they're reluctant to deliver to the center of Aix, especially for a pizza. What I don't understand is that if I pay through Deliveroo (more expensive for me and no profit for them), they'll deliver anyway. I don't understand why they refuse to deliver when I request it through their number, especially since that's what I was asked to do recently. Now that I know I can avoid paying as much by calling the number directly, but they no longer want to deliver, well, I'm not ordering from them anymore. That's very sad.

05/06/2026: I won't criticize the food because we didn't eat. He kicked four of us out in a very rude way because we wanted to drink four beers and eat a pizza at eight o'clock in the evening. The place had quite a few empty tables.

28/05/2026: Pizza (royal) - incredible Italian pizza effect, really delicious. Thai salmon tartare - special... you really have to like cilantro and a dragon fruit flavor. I found it detracted from the freshness of the tartare, which was supposed to include cucumber, a shame. Fries - tasted like oven-baked or reheated fries... for me, they were too heavy or lacked oil for a more flavorful texture. Simple salad - small portion, just a vinaigrette dressing. Service 5/5 - pleasant, nothing to complain about.

18/03/2026: I ordered chicken curry, but the rice was overcooked compared to the chicken. It smelled awful, and the dessert was some kind of yellow sponge! It tasted like plastic. I hope the store doesn't close; they should tear it down... an unbeatable disaster in Aix...

14/02/2026: Hello I would like to point out that the food is homemade and of extraordinary quality. The prices are reasonable. The owner has strong values, is very professional, and listens to his customers. Furthermore, the customers who are complaining are customers who have never set foot in this restaurant and who, elsewhere, are more racist than anything else...

10/05/2026: Hello, regarding the women's bisexual evening on May 9, 2026, we were very disappointed to have been ignored the entire evening. Even during the aperitifs, we were isolated and seated for an hour and a half before dinner, then placed at the back of the room, and finally, only once we were all given a table. To top it all off, the owner, Marcel, didn't even bother to say good evening (too busy flirting!!!). The private "cuddle corners" were all taken. We left without having done anything sexual. We traveled from Toulon for this event. We thank you for nothing.

02/12/2025: Food poisoning following kebab consumption: vomiting all night and fatigue the next day. A hygiene/meat quality check is necessary.

01/12/2025: We regularly order kebabs from Samos for delivery and are never disappointed because it's definitely the best kebab in Aix-en-Provence... but this Sunday we ordered one kebab galette meal and one kebab on its own, both with salad, tomato, onion, and white sauce, and it was impossible to eat them. There were too many onions, and they were raw too. It felt like we were biting into a raw onion directly. In short, this is the first time this has happened. Usually, they're discreet and cooked on a griddle.
