15/01/2026: I chose this hotel purely for convenience, because I didn't have a TGV train and it's right across from the station. I took the easy way out… and what a mistake. This establishment is absolutely not worth the price. Even €10 would be excessive. Upon entering the room, an unbearable stench of urine (you wonder what animal it is) hits you in the throat. The mattresses are dirty, the sheets are dirty, everything is dirty. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent. To top it all off: the reception staff rings the bell every ten minutes to get you out of the room, which is as unpleasant as it is incomprehensible. Frankly, I felt dirty after sleeping there. A very unpleasant experience that I absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

19/05/2026: Almost 10 restaurants listed on Deliveroo for the same thing! Great tactic when you don't have good reviews or want to capitalize on new trends. I ordered smash burgers (yes, the restaurant was supposed to specialize in smash burgers) and it turned out to be this restaurant... not just any smash burger, but low-quality stuff... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

22/08/2026: A very bad experience. The portion of ingredients in my sandwich was child's size for an exorbitant price. Beyond that, the service and hygiene left much to be desired. I'm disappointed 😞

18/08/2026: Waiting an hour for a simple kebab sandwich is unacceptable. The restaurant is filthy: the outdoor tables are covered in pigeon droppings, and the air conditioning is purely decorative.

30/08/2026: Mediocre pastries (flat, not fluffy) Tiny coffee (just a tiny bit) Not worth the money. Error with the order. There are tables and chairs outside to sit in the shade, but they aren't always cleaned. So the service is pretty bad.

13/07/2026: Bread sold from the day before, or even two days before! Sour bacon quiche. Nothing is fresh or tasty! Avoid at all costs

18/09/2026: There is no bottled water. They sold me 2.40 euros worth of still water in a glass, and it's tap water with an aftertaste.

22/08/2026: Very disappointed. My daughter ordered a portion of fries with Cheddar cheese, and it was frankly ridiculous, like cardboard scraps... especially since the price includes an extra €1.70. But the most unpleasant thing was the attitude of the staff at the till. I pointed out the problem, but there was no reaction. The staff were quite arrogant, not a single smile... Next time I'll go to Maurepiane or Gardanne, where I usually go; the customer service is much better.

29/05/2026: My group of four were the only people in the restaurant, red flag! I left my jacket and purse beside the kitchen entrance, where our table was. My purse and brand-new French designer jacket were left in the restaurant. My purse had 300 Euros and credit cards. My identification. Except for my passport I went back 20 minutes later and was told to call the police. There was no one else present besides the proprietor. I had an AirTag in my bag. It was shut off immediately! Don't eat or drink there! Don't go there

17/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant! The salmon pasta was tasteless, and the Gruyère cheese looked like it was from 2002. Even the Moresque was a disaster. The waitress was very nice, but the fries were slightly spilled on the table when we were served; they barely even tried to put them back on the plate in front of us. Good luck if you decide to eat here.

09/08/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza, a six-cheese pizza with tomato sauce, and a salmon pizza with crème fraîche. You'd have to look for the cheese and salmon under a microscope. The tomato sauce is so acidic it's gut-wrenching; I'm writhing in pain. I don't understand why they don't taste the food before poisoning their customers. The so-called six-cheese pizza doesn't have a single olive, and unfortunately, it's going straight in the bin—impossible to eat, the acidity ruins everything. The delivery driver was excellent.

28/08/2026: The gnocchi with gorgonzola pesto weren't actually pesto, just a drizzle of herbs and no gorgonzola. The tartare was simply meat with vinegar and Tabasco sauce.

05/08/2026: €8 for a bottle of Badoit! You shouldn't get too thirsty during a heatwave or you'll be calling Cetelem 🤣😂

09/05/2026: A terrible experience at this crêperie on the Quai du Vieux-Port. The waitress literally threw the cutlery onto the table, without even setting it properly or providing napkins. The coffee glass was stained with lipstick, clearly unwashed. The coffees were served after the crêpes, and to top it off, they were cold. After pointing out the problem to the manager, she took back the two coffees, and then we waited a very long time before receiving fresh ones in clean cups. Non-existent service, no attention to the customer, disastrous organization. A place to avoid.

22/04/2026: 8 euro for a “panini” that has a slice of deli chicken and grated cheese that’s not even melted properly…

17/08/2026: We stopped here by chance and because it seemed to be crowded. The cutlery was dirty. The meat tasted like chewing gum. The pasta dish had been reheated in the microwave. The fish we ordered was completely different from the one shown in the photo. We were forced to pay in cash WITHOUT A RECEIPT because the POS wasn't working. All this after an argument with the cashier, while she was laughing at the bartender. Disgusting restaurant.

17/08/2026: Zero stars, ordered one thing and received another, final surprise, cash only, no debit card and no receipt

07/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would... This so-called restaurant offers grilled chicken, but I waited an hour and a half for a barely cooked chicken. Plus, half the breast meat was missing, carefully cut out with a knife... They were also missing an Orangina and a container of rice. These people are impossible to reach to request a refund or any other form of compensation... Completely ridiculous.

25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered through Uber Eats, and my order took over an hour and a half to arrive! And it wasn't what I ordered at all. There was no packaging, just aluminum foil. The chicken, covered in oil, came out of this disgusting wrapping. Oil was everywhere, everything was missing, the mashed potatoes were drenched in oil, and it smelled awful 🤢🤮... The delivery driver was so drunk, poor guy! It's a disgrace to do this. This establishment should be shut down; it must be incredibly unhygienic. Even pigs wouldn't eat this. Shame on you!!!
