07/09/2024: Went here for a birthday dinner with my wife. The service was excellent and the drinks very generous. The menu and decor gives a very French Caribbean vibe. The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked. Wait staff was excellent and prices very reasonable for the quality.

17/09/2024: Typical dishes always excellent, a friendly setting, in summer the outdoor terrace is very well in the heart of the busy street with the atmosphere of the port of La Rochelle. Service always with a smile and fast. To discover but on the weekend it is better to book. You can return to the takeaway if the restaurant is full.

30/08/2024: Très bon accueil, un bistronomique à l'ambiance feutrée, de jolies tables et des plats recherchés avec des produits locaux de qualité.
La mise en bouche - toast à la mousse de chèvre - était parfaite. Nous avons beaucoup aimé nos plats et adoré nos desserts : essayez la nage de pêche avec sa délicieuse sauce/infusion à la verveine et glace au yaourt, vraiment excellente !
Merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme, nous reviendrons sans faute.

08/09/2024: The pastries are as delicious as they are refined, but the service, at least on Sundays, is exactly the opposite, abrupt and without distinction. There are other very good - in addition to being courteous - pastry chefs in La Rochelle.

12/06/2024: Malgré une réservation pour deux nous sommes arrivés dans un restaurant où il ne restait qu une table de 4 nous avons ete très mal accueilli nous faisant passer pour des menteur en nous faisant comprendre que nous n étions pas le genre de client qu ils souhaitent avoir dans leurs établissement nous sommes gay et.mon ami est de couleur là table de 4 à été donner à un groupe qui n avait pas réservé la patronne n est pas vraiment bonne en relation humaine et très désagréable limite agressif

26/09/2024: Je recommande ce restaurant où nous avons passé un agréable moment (22/9/2024) . (Il y avait longtemps que nous étions régalés autant . Les plats sont épicés sans être pimentés.
C’est très propre .
Le personnel est sympathique et vraiment à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisirs.

If you are looking for a place to eat in a warm setting with a warm welcome, this is the right place!!!
The dishes are excellent and homemade.

18/08/2024: When we visited a full menu was displayed but only pizzas available. Not clear why. The pizzas were cooked one at a time, so service took a while, but they were very fresh. Decent range of flavours, tasty and generous. Popular venue.
Service was fine though the waiter was struggling as to how to do particulars and would probably benefit from further training.

16/09/2024: Despite certain people at reception as well as the charming cleaning ladies and people at breakfast, the fact remains that the behavior of certain people is unacceptable but it seems that it is not done to name the people... Sir (you will recognize yourself) The level of studies has never been for me a “criterion of intelligence and greater credibility”.
To potential customers, read the negative comments and you will get a better idea, there are enough hotels in La Rochelle, as long as everything is going well no worries but as soon as there is a dispute...you fall on people lacking objectivity and impartiality, but I am in no way surprised by this.
16/09/2024: Quiet stay in the heart of a vast green space, yet within easy reach of major roads.
City center within walking distance
Respect the choice of bed type (twin), thank you for this consideration.
Comfortable room
Decent breakfast with a focus on some regional products.
Disappointing restoration, you might as well go near the towers and the Great Clock.
