02/05/2026: A big thank you to the staff for your warm welcome and kindness. We arrived at 8:30 pm on a Saturday evening after reserving a table for eight. The restaurant was packed. We were seated quickly. Fast service. Attentive staff. It's a pleasure to find a team with such a great attitude. Good value for money. Helpful and very attentive staff. We highly recommend this place. We were familiar with the previous concept, which had disappointed us, and we stopped coming for several years because we were so disappointed. What a pleasant surprise! A beautiful concept, completely revamped. A top-notch team in the dining room and kitchen. Well done! And please keep up the good work! Just to clarify, we ate on the covered terrace, which was quite noisy. But we were still able to have a conversation.

17/04/2026: The food is delicious, the waitress is great, and there's almost no noise in the kitchen, allowing us to listen to Ghibli music.

30/03/2026: Takeout order. The miso soup didn't taste like miso soup, and the California rolls with avocado and salmon were disgusting. The sauce was salty when we ordered sweet. The chirashi was meager for the price. In short, a disaster. It was the first and last time. Hoping I don't get sick!

01/05/2026: The terrace was lovely. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We were served our meals in 15 minutes. Everything was delicious! Special mention for the kiwi pavlova and the baby-friendly atmosphere! We will gladly return.

10/05/2026: The service was too slow. We ordered movie menus and had to go to the Mégarama to pick them up. We ordered well-done steaks, but they arrived rare and very late. It was a bad experience.

And the carpaccio was incredibly fresh, melting in your mouth, and subtly aromatic. Everything was refined, generous, and prepared with care. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, which made this evening even more special. Excellent cuisine, flawless from start to finish. We will definitely be back! 29/04/2026: We had a pleasant time and a very satisfying meal; however, we could have done without the owner's very unpleasant remarks during payment and when splitting the bill. We didn't receive an invoice or a receipt. A rather old-fashioned way of doing things!

12/04/2026: Rustic restaurant, lovely atmosphere with a fireplace. Thanks to the chef, excellent cuisine, the tomato tartare as a starter was very good and very fresh. The rib-eye steak and lamb chops were flavorful and tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The homemade fries were very good. The desserts were delicious. A great evening, thank you to the restaurant team.

07/01/2026: It's always a pleasure to stop at this café when I'm in Paris. The owners are attentive to their customers and to the animals. The only downside is that the owners are UBB and Stade Rochelais supporters, but we can forgive them...

03/03/2026: Great neighborhood restaurant, friendly service, inexpensive, very good, and generous portions. The appetizer buffet is excellent, especially the potato and herring salad and the pig's trotter. The grilled fish is superb.

24/04/2026: We chose this restaurant because we could eat in the quiet garden. It was fine and the meat delicious! Since we are not very big eaters, it was actually a bit too much, but they offered to take the leftovers home. Because we are staying in a hotel in Angoulême for a few days, we decided against it.
