04/09/2024: Accueil sympathique. Un peu embêtés car interdiction de manger en salle, du coup obligés de subir les odeurs de cigarette pendant tout le repas en terrasse. Prix corrects (plat du jour à 13€ et autres entre 12-18€). Propose un plat enfant sur demande à 7€. Néanmoins, cela manquait un peu d'assaisonnement, la viande a été servie presque froide. Donc pas mauvais mais peut-être à refaire pour changer d'avis.

15/03/2025: Very pleasant experience with a large group, they managed the feat of serving us quickly with quality homemade products and very well presented dishes and yet there were around twenty of us which is a real challenge. I can only recommend that you come with an ultra affordable starter main course dessert appetizer.
And the team is very friendly.

A very nice discovery of Cognac at a reasonable price
15/01/2025: One of our best dinner-experience during a roadtrip! Super friendly staff motivating us to try to speak French (but helped when we were struggling). Service not too quick and not too slow, just right. Restaurant feels family-run but I don’t know. Nice menu. Not everything was available but we were fine with it. Had a really good three course meal with aperitif and a bottle of wine. Everything of good quality and really tasty. Prices fair. Couldn’t recommend more.

27/09/2024: Wow wow and wow!! Ate here last year and this year was even better. Effortless incorporated our dietary needs into the 5 course menu (gluten and dairy free) with no loss of choice over the other members of our group. Food was amazing and staff so attentive and knowledgeable regarding wines.
Can't wait for next visit.

02/12/2024: We had a great time in the wellness area. Spacious room, beautiful decoration, comfortable bedding. Hearty breakfast with very good quality local products. Very enjoyable music and singing during breakfast. Very beautiful building of character, nicely decorated for the holidays. Very pleasant welcome and service. We recommend. If we return to the area we will stop again.
28/11/2024: A unique and magical place, the hotel, the restaurant and the spa, everything is perfect. Note that the cognateque is sublime and Thomas' advice is fantastic! Thanks for everything

15/12/2024: Rather a fan of traditional French cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised! the crepes are good, soft and tasty. Less than 20 euros with a kir and a scoop of ice cream. I will come back.
16/11/2024: The crepes were good but they took 40 minutes to serve 6 crepes and when paying we had comments because we only had one dessert
