As for the food, it was simply incredible—old-fashioned cuisine that made you want to stay longer. Regarding the prices, I think they're reasonable; you get a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert, plus wine, for under €18. A fantastic find!

10/06/2026: I usually don't say anything, but this is outrageous. I'm a regular customer at this McDonald's, and every time there's a problem (wrong order, no sauce, cold fries, missing items, and even a waitress who once spilled ice cream on my son's stroller (last summer!!). Today, June 9th, I ordered click and collect. I went to the restaurant, the order arrived, I quickly checked (which, if they did their job properly, I wouldn't have to do), and I realized the Big Mac sauce was missing (the sauce I pay €0.50 more for because it's the special of the moment). It's just not right to forget an item. I flagged down a waitress in the parking lot, and she brought me the sauce. So I went home. Once I got there, my little boy was quite disappointed to discover they'd forgotten his World Cup cup. Football! A glass that I paid €1.30 extra for on top of my meal!! This is completely unacceptable!!! I had to make an extra trip (it's for a child) to go and get it (20 minutes there - 20 minutes back)! When I got back to McDonald's, they gave it to me, but not even a word of apology, not even a gesture of goodwill, NOTHING! It's a disgrace how you treat your customers!! For anyone reading this, if you ever have the chance to go to another McDonald's, go there; you'll definitely be less disappointed than if you order from this one. To the staff at the Cognac McDonald's, if you want to verify what I'm saying, it's order number D 86**, and my name was written down by one of your employees! Unacceptable

02/07/2026: A pleasant restaurant with comfortable seating. The food is generally very tasty, with main courses featuring meat or fish. The desserts weren't to my liking, although they were well-prepared. Today, the flavors were there, but both the starter (feta salad) and the main course (fish dumplings) were mushy, for some unknown reason; an unpleasant texture when you expect something different from what's on the menu. The portions are small; you should order a three-course meal to feel full.

16/06/2026: The setting is magnificent, and the view from the outdoor terrace is beautiful. We had a lovely time. The dishes were generally good, although the langoustine consommé was rather bland, and the madeleines were very salty. The price of the tasting menu is perhaps a little high considering the dishes offered, compared to other restaurants we've tried.

30/06/2026: Pleasant atmosphere and top-notch service, and what can I say about the bread? Excellent! Plus, the bread dispenser lets you get fresh bread outside of opening hours. Thank you!
