18/09/2026: A great little place in Champagne Mouton. Burgers were excellent and some of the other dishes we saw on other tables looked great. On a Friday evening, early, the place was busy but not full. Pleasant service and a nice place for a casual meal. Definitely will revisit.

16/09/2026: A friend introduced me to this place on Tuesday, September 15th. There were four of us, and I think I've found the place that serves the best meat in the region (and I'm picky, I'm a chef!). The platter was generous, the sides were plentiful, and the ribeye steak was sublime—tender, flavorful, and generous. It's wonderful to find such great restaurants in a village. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The little interior terrace is fantastic. I could tell you so much more, but I'll let you discover this absolutely wonderful place for yourselves. 02/08/2026: A gem in the heart of the village of Nonac, from starter to dessert, the Landes platter with its foie gras and duck breasts plus the rest, the flavorful lamb cooked for a very long time accompanied by homemade fries and vegetables, and the orange French toast dessert which is delicious and delicate and prepared with care, a big thank you to the chef for this generous cuisine and to the waiter for his welcome, we will return without hesitation.

03/06/2026: We stayed three days at the Hôtel-Restaurant L’Héritage and it was love at first sight. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional welcome and the quality of service immediately put us at ease. You can feel the dedication of the team, their attentiveness, and their genuine concern for the well-being of their guests. The impeccable, clean, and comfortable rooms made our stay particularly enjoyable. The building's characterful architecture adds an authentic charm that makes you want to return. As for the restaurant, we have nothing but praise: the food is excellent, generous, and perfectly executed. Every meal was a delight. In short, we loved this place. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return.

26/05/2026: I was in Cognac for work as a photographer, and I had the pleasure of spending the night in this magnificent hotel right in the city center. A huge thank you, especially to the young man at reception who was working on May 22, 2026. Thank you so much for all his attentiveness and kindness! And what a comfortable bed! Pure bliss—we didn't want to get up. Everything was very clean and welcoming, and the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

24/03/2026: Perfect for a big party. The paella is excellent and very generous. Even though we ordered exactly the right amount for the number of guests, we had leftovers for the next day. And the price is great; for 40 people or more, it's definitely worth ordering.

06/09/2026: Hello, we dined there in September. The welcome was very good, the food was excellent (20/20), the interior was warm and tastefully decorated, the garden was a bit kitschy, but there was a small car parked in the garden—why?

20/09/2026: We were a large group. It wasn't our first time at this restaurant, but it was before the change. We had always been seated outside, but this time we were moved upstairs, which was noisy. The service was very quick, perhaps too quick. The starter was fine, but the fish wasn't cooked; several of us made the same comment. It was difficult to get rid of multiple plates. And the dessert, the panna cotta, was far too sweet. It's a shame because the decor is lovely and the exterior is pleasant.

17/03/2026: This little village restaurant looked nice. It's a shame the owner doesn't like animals. She refused to serve our small, very clean and well-behaved Shih Tzu without even seeing her. If you're not from the area, I advise you to avoid it.

For those who enjoy licorice, don't hesitate to try the typical Puglia digestif. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
