28/04/2026: Quentin gave me a superb welcome; he was attentive and took the time to advise me. I tried the four-cheese pizza, and it was delicious. The tables near the entrance are a nice touch for enjoying a meal in peace and quiet. I highly recommend it.

24/05/2026: Hello everyone, I highly recommend this hotel. Since the change in management, the new manager at reception is very friendly and welcoming, and she can advise you on activities in the area. As for the restaurant, the new chef is excellent, and all the meals are very good. Lunch has everything you need for a delicious meal. The waitress is a bit shy, but she gives great advice on the menus and is very attentive to guests. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality during the two weeks I spent at the Nîmes Military Hospital. I will return with great pleasure very soon.

09/04/2026: The waiter was incredibly rude. His greeting was barely audible. We ordered a cocktail, two ice cream sundaes, and a Monaco (a type of sparkling wine), and he refused to serve us a carafe of tap water because, and I quote, "we have to keep the business going." The bill came to €27.50 at 4:00 PM. As a waitress myself, if you ask me, it's your behavior that's hurting the business.

08/04/2026: Arrived today at 5:30 PM for a drink on the terrace, left at 6:15 PM, not served, order not taken… Don't stop by if you don't have two hours to spare for a diabolo (a type of soft drink).

12/05/2026: After placing my delivery order, I saw the terrible reviews and panicked a bit. But for me, it was a good experience: fast delivery, nothing was missing, and the quality was consistent with other brands.

01/05/2026: Very happy with the products, however, the order taking and customer service need improvement. Our order wasn't placed, and we were told to come back the next day that it would be done. When we arrived, what a surprise to find the restaurant closed… To top it all off, they have a premium-rate phone number… We expect an immediate refund.

10/03/2026: In the few times I've been there, I've never had a problem with my order. The service is fast, to say the least, and orders are always fulfilled. That said, I have mixed feelings about the cleanliness of the place, and yet I'm only passing through each time. This isn't a good point compared to the emerging competition just a few steps away, which, by the way, is very meticulous.

06/03/2026: We've been waiting for 20 minutes. They brought us the ice cream first, but we still haven't received the hamburgers. The waitress, a tall, dark-haired woman, was unpleasant. She shouldn't be here.

27/03/2026: It must have been a beautiful establishment once, but now it's more complicated. The food was questionable, and we were alone in that huge room. The owner was friendly that day. In short, it was a timeless experience for us. We'll check out the nearby competitors next time.
