24/05/2026: Hello everyone, I highly recommend this hotel. Since the change in management, the new manager at reception is very friendly and welcoming, and she can advise you on activities in the area. As for the restaurant, the new chef is excellent, and all the meals are very good. Lunch has everything you need for a delicious meal. The waitress is a bit shy, but she gives great advice on the menus and is very attentive to guests. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality during the two weeks I spent at the Nîmes Military Hospital. I will return with great pleasure very soon.

02/08/2026: Yesterday, around 5:15 p.m., I went to the Marie Blachère bakery in Saint-Germain-du-Puy. I was quite surprised to see an employee vacuuming the bakery section to remove crumbs from pastries, while the store was full of customers. The noise was so loud that you couldn't even hear the sales assistants taking orders. My own ears hurt quite a bit from the racket. A customer in front of me even had to speak very loudly for the sales assistant to understand her order. When I pointed out that this was really inappropriate, the employee simply came over and looked at me with an annoyed expression, replying, "Well, yes, but I have to work." I completely understand that the store needs to be maintained, but vacuuming during peak hours, in the middle of customers, is neither pleasant nor respectful of the clientele. This type of cleaning could be done at a more appropriate time. It's unfortunate, as it detracts from the customer experience and doesn't present a very positive image of the establishment.

25/07/2026: The lady who served us was very unpleasant, blasé, not at all friendly, and on top of that, she was sulking 😡

02/06/2026: I decided to order takeout, only to find that my order never arrived. When I went to the restaurant, it had simply been closed for a week! It was impossible to contact them and get a refund. I hope they see my message and will finally reimburse me.

21/08/2026: A serious lack of professionalism; there's constantly something missing from the order, and today again, one sandwich was missing and two others were given the spicy version instead of the original. It's been getting worse and worse lately, which is a shame…

21/08/2026: Two errors on the same order. I went to the counter several times, but the two managers, dressed in normal clothes, continued chatting amongst themselves and at their tills without even responding to me. They couldn't care less. I pointed it out again, and they didn't even acknowledge my concerns.

27/03/2026: It must have been a beautiful establishment once, but now it's more complicated. The food was questionable, and we were alone in that huge room. The owner was friendly that day. In short, it was a timeless experience for us. We'll check out the nearby competitors next time.
