12/02/2026: I went there today, the food is still excellent, and that's a good thing for you, because unfortunately, I find that the sense of business is gone! I still left with almost €70 worth of goods, because when I say 200g, and after the fifth time they make sure to give me 300g, then 250g, then 280g, etc., I find that unacceptable, and this happens with several products. If you're going to charge by the gram, you should know that we also do our calculations, so it would be good to respect that and not force the customer, which is something I unfortunately experienced earlier. Secondly, for orders like this, at all the caterers I've used, including yours before, we always got at least a free bag of chips, and here they made me pay for it. I just think that's a bit much. I'm a shopkeeper too, I know very well that you can't give gifts all the time, but building customer loyalty is good too!

31/01/2026: We've been customers for many years and this Vietnamese caterer remains excellent. The products are impeccably fresh, all prepared with remarkable skill and authentic flavors. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The hakao are a must for us every time we visit Lotus d'Auron.

30/03/2026: March 2026: A very good evening on Saturday at Grand Ouest. Never disappointed, even though the prices have gone up! I appreciate the warm welcome and the always friendly and relaxed service. There's a good selection and the food is very good. A delicious carpaccio, generous burgers! A sure bet that we love to return to. May 2023: It's always a pleasure to return to Grand Ouest for the friendly staff, the quality of the food, the enticing menu, the modern decor, and the original tableware. A great time with the family.

09/03/2026: Waitresses not very friendly, decor dated to say the least, dusty dining room, questionable cleanliness, uninviting restrooms, decent burger but the cookie, supposedly soft but actually stale and hard as a rock. Avoid this place!

27/09/2025: The service leaves more and more to be desired... they are not able to offer a bag when you have several products, you have to ask for it and then it is put on the counter and you have to manage to put everything away and they have already moved on to the next customer...

19/03/2026: I had lunch there yesterday. The food was good value for money. However, a few kind words and a smile from the staff would have been much appreciated. The service was nonexistent!

09/03/2026: Passing through Bourges, we wanted to have dinner at a local restaurant. Negative points: The service was too slow, and one of our orders was forgotten in the end. Positive point: Welcoming and friendly. Good value for money overall, despite one dish (the roasted Camembert was too old and had a sharp taste). The dessert was good, but we won't be returning.

25/03/2026: Wednesday, March 25th, 12:30 PM, we arrived at the restaurant to find everything closed and the phone unanswered. Too bad, we would have liked to eat there. There was no sign indicating it was closed... We wasted time on an already long and complicated journey home.

01/02/2026: Kebab menu with poor quality meat, frozen bread, tasteless frozen fries, and all that without a drink, at an exorbitant price (€15). Not recommended at all.

06/03/2026: Excellent! The reopening of Le Biniou is a success! The menu is almost the same and the prices have barely changed. The welcome is friendly and the food is delicious: we'll be back!

05/03/2026: Conveniently located, with parking right next door, the owner is very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and easy to talk to. Go there with pleasure. The food is good, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

13/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! For the price, there's nothing to it. It's like a canteen, deafeningly noisy, and the food is poor quality. A very, very bad restaurant.
