06/12/2025: Friendly staff but outdated rooms

26/11/2025: Hotel in a great location. Very welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed. The bedding is comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Kettle, coffee, and tea available in the room.

13/02/2026: Outrageous!! We ordered through Uber Eats. Our order was taken, then canceled, then taken again, then canceled again—eight times!! So we decided to call the restaurant to ask if there was a problem with our order, and it was a premium-rate number!!! 18 cents a minute!? Can you believe it? So we decided to go there in person an hour and a half after placing our order. When we arrived, they explained that our order hadn't been processed from the start because they didn't have enough sushi and only had one cook! And to top it all off, the server kindly suggested we eat at the competitor's place across the street, saying, "Besides, it's better there!" Of course, she said this right in front of the cook standing next to her. That's it!! Have a nice evening.

13/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! We waited an hour and a half only to have our order cancelled and be advised to go to a competitor.

14/12/2025: Bad experience; we waited a very long time before being served. Furthermore, the staff weren't friendly. It wasn't possible to get waffles or crepes in December because they were "overwhelmed," even though the restaurant wasn't full. Luckily, it wasn't during the summer when there was a terrace...

09/12/2025: So, The decor: it's very pretty and tastefully done. The service: the waitresses are very professional! No complaints! Aperitifs: the beers are very good quality and the Viennese hot chocolate was excellent. Dinner: the menu is simple with quality options. I opted for a Croque Monsieur which was very good, as was its side dish. In short, a good evening. A little advice for the owner. A bar/brasserie isn't a place for young children 😏 (we business owners understand each other). Otherwise, the kitchen team was fantastic, and the same goes for the front of house, hence the rating you received. We know how to criticize, but we must also acknowledge when a job is done well.

10/07/2025: OK restaurant but 6 bucks for the poor "Quebecois" fries (not a good poutine), that's a steal!

10/07/2025: 16 minutes at the drive-thru. Missed dessert. I was there alone in the car. Not fast at all!

29/01/2026: Currently rooms are being revamped, good for a night stopover, didn't use restaurant, buff' grill across road average, good wifi.

23/01/2026: We were supposed to be able to eat dinner in the evening, but there was a restaurant and we arrived and couldn't!!! Really not satisfied! That's why I feel special.
