25/06/2026: I do not recommend this place to any woman. Misogynistic employees make comments to women walking past their store. I was told, "Dressed like that, I'd..." I was wearing a dress... it was 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit)... Shame on you and your employees.

08/06/2026: My first order from Planchat (I'm used to the one at the train station). They told me delivery would take 30 minutes because they were understaffed (they clearly didn't care about the customer). I had to call back after an hour, and they said, "Yes, we're coming, we only have one driver today." I had to wait another fifteen minutes. I ordered a large Reine pizza, and it had no flavor at all. I usually love Domino's pizzas, and the dough seemed different. Several friends have reported the same thing. The toppings weren't the same as usual either (when there's a shortage of ingredients, the chef sends employees to the corner store to buy some, which means they're not the same as usual). The cheese bread was practically burnt, very dry, and not topped as usual. The order was botched, but I still paid €25! I'm very disappointed. Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority! When you pay a certain price for a pizza, it should be good and well-prepared.

25/03/2026: Wednesday, March 25th, 12:30 PM, we arrived at the restaurant to find everything closed and the phone unanswered. Too bad, we would have liked to eat there. There was no sign indicating it was closed... We wasted time on an already long and complicated journey home.

18/04/2026: I stayed at the Maison d'Hôtes du Prieuré for a training course in Bourges, and I was very happy with my stay. Pascale was very attentive to our needs, and the rooms were very comfortable! The breakfast was excellent.

05/04/2026: Decent bed and breakfast, but be careful with the bedding; good breakfast.

21/04/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the food was simply delicious. I highly recommend this establishment!

19/03/2026: The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the train station. The room was very reasonably priced; it was slightly chilly, but a good sweater was fine. As for the staff, I didn't see anyone when I arrived or when I left, which I found a bit disappointing. Another minor drawback is that whenever someone walks by in the hallway, that's all you can hear.

18/05/2026: Insufficient cooking time. Hygiene definitely needs improvement because food poisoning is a real possibility. What a shame.

11/05/2026: Passing through Bourges on a Thursday evening, we happened to have dinner at this restaurant. The steak tartare was excellent, well-seasoned, and the ribeye steak was perfectly aged. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the music playlist was great. We highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!! The owner is rude to customers and reprimands them in a shocking way! In addition, the squat toilet is filthy and far too small!

12/05/2026: I sat down at a table for two, and the waitress (owner), as friendly as a prison guard, came over to make a comment, saying, "This isn't a service table." Nothing distinguishes a service table from a non-service table. Furthermore, I ordered a café crème, and I'm still looking for the cream; it was just a simple café au lait. So, I paid and left without finishing my drink. To top it all off, the place is incredibly run-down, and let's not even mention the squat toilets where your feet get wet.

I've been getting the same soft Cowboy Pan pizza for years, never disappointed 😊 I tried the Crispy Protein Street pizza, it was good, but I'm not a fan of sweet and savory, sorry 😁 A little bonus for the delivery: ordered for 6:30 pm, delivered at 6:30 pm, well done to the team! 👍🏼

14/07/2026: I went there for dinner to celebrate my birthday. The waiter took the candle I had brought, and he re-lit it on the dessert 🎂🥧 while singing "Happy Birthday!" I was very touched by this thoughtful gesture. Thank you to him. 🥧

08/07/2026: We waited 30 minutes without anyone coming to see us, even though the bar was practically empty, and without a single smile. In the end, we left without ordering – not very customer-friendly. We won't be back.

We got the impression that not everyone was necessarily welcome, which is a shame for an establishment of this type. With a warmer welcome, the experience could be much better.

14/07/2026: Only 3 employees on a semi-final evening... of course... I placed my order online at 7 pm, to be picked up at 7:45 pm. When I arrived, other people were placing orders, and they were served before me! I picked up my order at 8:15 pm. There's no point in ordering in advance; you might as well order in person, it'll be faster and you'll seem to get priority. Too bad, up until then it wasn't bad...

07/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this order. I ordered a 4 Cheese pizza with a classic crust, with an extra crème fraîche base. When it arrived, the pizza was extremely dry. There was clearly no crème fraîche, just cheese on top and a completely dry center. I don't know if it was because of the lack of crème fraîche or if there was a problem with the dough, but the result was more like a thin crust than a classic one. My partner didn't fare any better. He ordered a Kick'N Spicy, which is supposed to have a tomato sauce base and Algerian sauce. Again, neither was present. The result: an equally dry and unappetizing pizza. Yes, it's Black Tuesday, but that's no excuse for sloppy orders. We ate them anyway because we weren't about to throw away €21.48, but frankly, they weren't good. A huge disappointment, we will not recommend it.
