29/07/2026: It's a disgrace! On July 29, 2026, I placed order b535 at 7:30 PM through their app for delivery with Uber Eats. At 8:21 PM, the order was delivered, but upon opening it, we discovered they had made a mistake. Instead of our two Happy Meal and Golden Meal options, we received an order likely placed by another customer, with no burgers or nuggets included. These things happen, so we sent a complaint with supporting photos. The response was masterful: just send it anyway, there's nothing we can do for you. At over €50 per order, I find this absolutely shameful. A mistake can be accepted when it's acknowledged and apologized for, not when you simply brush your customers off. Your behavior is unworthy of the brand, and your AI-powered customer service is utterly incompetent. Using your near-monopoly position to disregard your customers is a truly appalling image you're projecting. I won't greet you; I assume that, just like complaints, your Google reviews are being ignored just as effectively. Damien Pelissier

18/04/2026: I stayed at the Maison d'Hôtes du Prieuré for a training course in Bourges, and I was very happy with my stay. Pascale was very attentive to our needs, and the rooms were very comfortable! The breakfast was excellent.

Be careful—your car could be robbed or your gas siphoned while you're dining. No one guarantees the safety of your car.

I've been getting the same soft Cowboy Pan pizza for years, never disappointed 😊 I tried the Crispy Protein Street pizza, it was good, but I'm not a fan of sweet and savory, sorry 😁 A little bonus for the delivery: ordered for 6:30 pm, delivered at 6:30 pm, well done to the team! 👍🏼

21/04/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the food was simply delicious. I highly recommend this establishment!

19/03/2026: The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the train station. The room was very reasonably priced; it was slightly chilly, but a good sweater was fine. As for the staff, I didn't see anyone when I arrived or when I left, which I found a bit disappointing. Another minor drawback is that whenever someone walks by in the hallway, that's all you can hear.

07/06/2026: The venue is quite large and pleasant, with great potential. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left us with mixed feelings. We got the impression that not everyone was necessarily welcome, which is a shame for an establishment of this type. With a warmer welcome, the experience could be much better.

18/05/2026: Insufficient cooking time. Hygiene definitely needs improvement because food poisoning is a real possibility. What a shame.

11/05/2026: Passing through Bourges on a Thursday evening, we happened to have dinner at this restaurant. The steak tartare was excellent, well-seasoned, and the ribeye steak was perfectly aged. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the music playlist was great. We highly recommend it.

15/08/2026: The restaurant is well located with both an outdoor and indoor seating area (which is lovely!). The staff was very pleasant and the food arrived in a reasonable time.

14/08/2026: Completely overcooked and inedible salads, duck that was duck in name only. A children's menu of ham and fries that was unheard of. Over a 45-minute wait even though the restaurant was practically empty at lunchtime. Avoid at all costs

13/08/2026: The manager was incredibly unpleasant. Yesterday afternoon, I went for a bike ride in Bourges (I know, not recommended in this heat). I ran out of water in my water bottle and stopped at the central bar to ask for some. That's when the owner suddenly refused me outright because I wasn't buying anything; the bar was empty! I don't think this person does any sport, and I hope she never finds herself in the same situation I experienced yesterday. It's true that times are tough for businesses, but to refuse 500ml of water? I hope this person sees this message. In conclusion, I certainly wouldn't recommend this establishment where the owners have absolutely no respect for the public.
