19/09/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Shang Palace. The service was warm, attentive, and highly professional, and the dishes were exquisitely refined, with subtle and nuanced flavors. We also greatly appreciated the chef's visit at the end of our meal to gather our feedback and explain his approach and culinary philosophy in English. This thoughtful touch added a real dimension to the experience. We will return with great pleasure, especially if the plan to relocate Shang Palace to the hotel's upper floors comes to fruition: enjoying this cuisine with a view of the Eiffel Tower would be an even more dazzling experience!

15/08/2026: I've had the great pleasure of coming to this wonderful restaurant since 2008! A beautiful establishment, always run by a charming family who welcome you like friends (the same treatment for first-time customers as for regulars) and pamper you from the aperitif to the complimentary digestif! The air-conditioned dining room has lovely Asian decor and is impeccably clean! As for the food, the menu is varied, authentic, and of excellent quality! The portions are so generous that it's impossible to leave still hungry :-) The most important thing is that perfection does exist in this world after all :-) In short, go there with complete confidence!

25/08/2026: I've been going there for years and the food is excellent. My favorites are the samosas and the Chinese chicken salad. But the whole menu is very good. The staff is very friendly and funny. I highly recommend it.

22/09/2026: First visit to this restaurant for a couple's dinner on a Saturday evening at 8 pm. The food was delicious, with good quality ingredients. The setting is pleasant, especially thanks to the charming outdoor terrace. The only downside was the service, which was subpar. It was far too rushed, with orders taken on the fly. There was very little interaction with the waitress. I was brought a glass of wine in a very dirty glass. I pointed this out without making a fuss, and they brought me a new one without even an apology. The slow service was also noteworthy. Even though we weren't in a hurry, we spent over two hours at a table for two, having ordered the only set menu available. The next table, also a couple who had ordered the set menu, left 30 minutes before us, even though we had ordered just 5 minutes earlier. While not exactly a rush, this surprised us. In short: delicious food in a nice setting, but customer service needs improvement.
