31/05/2026: This is our second time here from Beauchamp… and we'll definitely be back. The sushi is fresh, made to order, and delicious, just like all the other dishes we've tried. Add to that a friendly and warm welcome from the owner. In short, it's perfect!

13/04/2026: I occasionally visit this all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant with a friend. Each time, we've both been very satisfied with the buffet; the dishes are fresh and delicious. What's more, they're replenished very quickly as soon as the buffet containers are empty. The variety of dishes, the option to eat both Japanese food (sashimi, sushi, and even California rolls!) and Chinese food (spring rolls, noodles, etc.) is a big plus! I recommend it if you're going with friends or family and want to eat well in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere at a reasonable price. Note: it's a bit more expensive on weekends, but it's still reasonable considering the variety of the buffet.

18/04/2026: Was staying at a hotel nearby and was walking around looking for a place to eat. Saw this place, checked the menu and thought I would give it a try. I’m thankful I did. The service was great, the food was excellent. I had the vegetable spring rolls to start, then the Chicken sticky with sticky rice. Meal was delicious. Even the coffee with cream was one of the nicest I ever had. If I ever am back, I’m definitely going there. My meal cost €34 all in, including the large bottle of still water I had. Restaurant is impeccably clean. It was a pleasant surprise. I cannot recommend this restaurant strongly enough. The staff were very friendly and polite too. Great value, great food.

11/05/2026: I had such a great experience at this Chinese restaurant! We each ordered a set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, and every part of the meal was amazing and full of flavor.The atmosphere was also really nice and welcoming. It’s the perfect place if you want a little break from traditional french food. I’ll definitely come back!

13/05/2026: Bought their curry chicken and it was super old. Rice was like a big piece of rock, I had to break it apart. I asked the lady if it was gray and she said “yes” but I guess what do you expect from place that sells food from the fridge. Avoid unless you want some snacks.

31/03/2026: I'm quite disappointed. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality over the past few years. For the last two or three years, I've felt like something has changed, either in the kitchen or in the management. The previous owner is no longer there, and it's clearly since that change that the quality has deteriorated. While the dishes are still visually appealing, the prices have increased and no longer reflect what's being offered. What used to be the restaurant's strength—good value for money—is clearly no longer there. I now come very rarely. On my last visit, someone with me had a chicken dish that seemed frozen and poorly reheated, with an unpleasant taste, which was really disappointing. Another, more subtle but noticeable point is the service. The staff used to be warm, attentive, and respectful. Now, the welcome seems colder, sometimes giving the impression that you're bothering them. There are also communication difficulties. Our requests are frequently misunderstood, even for simple things, which makes the experience less pleasant. It's a shame, because the establishment had real potential and a strong identity. As it stands, I'm disappointed with how things have turned out.

31/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome at Village Mandarin! Sokhon and Frédéric took excellent care of us and offered a consistently high-quality culinary journey. There was also something for the eyes; the restaurant is decorated with Sokhon's floral paintings and Frédéric's portrait drawings. Thank you for this wonderful time in good company 🫶
