23/01/2026: We had a wonderful weekend, a very warm welcome, very kind and helpful staff, and attentive service. As for the hotel, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location with impeccable hygiene. We had a lovely room; both the room and the bathroom were very clean and welcoming, with very comfortable mattresses. There was a good selection for breakfast. 😊 What more can we say than that we had a very good weekend, too short in fact, and we will be back very soon. We highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: Pleasant experience, lovely and attentive staff who answer the phone when needed. The homemade breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend it. Clean room, clean and comfortable bedding, towels provided. One small detail: bring your own shower gel as there isn't any. The air conditioning was set to 24°C, we were cold during the night, and we wanted to take a bath but couldn't fill the tub as there was no hot water. A pleasant place to stay, I would gladly return. Thank you to Francis, his wife, and their staff.

10/01/2026: We had a wonderful stay at La Coloniale. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The view of the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. We received a very warm welcome. Breakfast was simple but featured homemade products. We highly recommend this guesthouse.

The food is delicious and homemade, the atmosphere is very friendly, and the owner is a big part of that: a very smiley, welcoming, and generous person, always ready to offer helpful advice based on your preferences. 30/12/2025: A disappointing experience in a place that presents itself as a tea room. First of all, the welcome was rather cold and didn't exactly put us at ease. When ordering, an inappropriate remark was made about my teenage son ordering a cappuccino—a pointless and unprofessional judgment. The cappuccino served wasn't one: an espresso with a very light, thin layer of foam, without any real textured milk. When I pointed this out, the response was curt: "otherwise it would be a latte." As a barista myself and the manager of a coffee shop, I'd like to offer a brief reminder of the basics: => Cappuccino: • 1 espresso (~25–30 ml) • ~60 ml of hot milk • ~60 ml of dense and creamy milk foam: which, by the way, is perfect for practicing your latte art. (With slightly less milk foam and a double espresso, you can even make a flat white) => Latte: • 1 espresso (~25–30 ml) • ~200 ml of hot milk • thin layer of foam (a few millimeters) => Viennese coffee: Double espresso + whipped cream An espresso topped with a little foam is neither a cappuccino nor a latte. Beyond the drink itself, the lack of attention and willingness to learn is regrettable. When you claim expertise, a minimum of professionalism and consideration is expected. Several locals advised me against going there, but I like to form my own opinion. I should have listened. I'm giving it 2 stars because the espresso itself is good... but that's not enough in a place like this.
