04/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A superb experience from start to finish! I stayed at the Logis Hôtel le Sablier du Temps and I really want to emphasize the exceptional quality of my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with great kindness and a level of professionalism that is rare these days. The team is friendly, helpful, and attends to every detail with a true sense of service. The room I was given was impeccable: clean, pleasant, very well maintained, and perfectly conducive to resting after a long day at work. You can tell that the hotel pays particular attention to the comfort of its guests. I also had the opportunity to dine there, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The servers are attentive, efficient, and clearly know their job. The meal was very well prepared, and the restaurant's ambiance truly allows you to relax and enjoy the moment. What impressed me most was the overall consistency of the establishment: from the welcome and accommodations to the food and the staff's availability, everything is done with professionalism and respect for the guest. It's a real pleasure to find a hotel where professionalism and kindness are both present. I warmly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful stay, supported by a dedicated team. A wonderful discovery, and certainly a place I'll return to!

11/11/2025: Ideal location in Argentat, very warm welcome, spacious room and bathroom, separate toilet and shower is a plus, good value breakfast with plenty of choice both savory and sweet, very good bedding.

04/03/2026: They weren't bad, they were well-filled, but we weren't won over. The pasta was a bit overcooked and had a burnt taste.

02/03/2026: The gentleman and lady who run the restaurant are very friendly and attentive. It was a Saturday night, so there was no menu, only the buffet (€17 per person, all you can eat). Everything was very good (spring rolls, fritters, rice, various chicken dishes, beef). Special mention goes to the vegetable noodles and the spring rolls!

23/02/2026: Don't let the decor fool you! The weekly menu is €15 and includes delicious homemade soup or pâté! Choose from three courses and enjoy an exquisite homemade dessert! The kids opted for the burgers, made with excellent local ingredients! The welcome is warm and friendly; in short, we'll definitely remember this place for a break on the way back from vacation! Reservations are recommended!

10/03/2026: The welcome was fantastic, the place was comfortable and cozy, I really had a great time. Luckily, the weather was on our side, which greatly contributed to the stay!

19/02/2026: The magic of the lanterns was a truly magnificent, timeless moment, thanks to the location, of course. However, the snack break needs improvement. There was only one savory stand, and the staff were incredibly slow and unfriendly. One of them even remarked, "We're freezing here while others are getting drunk up there on champagne." We waited 45 minutes, and by 8 pm, they were out of fries, so we headed to the self-service area, which wasn't really a self-service area at all. The price was €22 for a meal without starters or desserts. At 8:15 pm, they were out of sides, so we were served a slice of boiled, tasteless chicken breast for €15 – a real disgrace. Since we were hungry, we went back to get the famous mountain sandwich dripping with cheese from the videos, but in reality, it wasn't overflowing with cheese at all, and it wasn't even hot... A complete disappointment, really, it's a shame. Consider bringing your own picnic and treat yourself to just a waffle; it's more than enough.

22/12/2025: Passing through the region on the A20? Don't hesitate to make a short detour. Support small businesses, not the big highway industries. Simple but good restaurant ***. Arrived late, service was slow, but I was still served with a smile and a genuine pleasure in welcoming me. That's becoming rare. I recommend it for lovers of simple but good food. 👍👍👍👍

11/10/2025: Magnificent restaurant "L'instant Basque" in Brive La Gaillarde, where we enjoyed an excellent Limousin rib of beef (cooked to perfection), accompanied by an equally excellent Basque wine. Great professionalism and kindness from the owner towards us and our 2 dogs. A big thank you to you and your team 🙏🏻. We will come back as soon as possible.

24/02/2026: The services are the same from one Asian restaurant to another, but you know that before you go (cramped seating, a bit noisy...), but the buffets are well-stocked. The prices are perfectly reasonable, don't ask for more.
