02/04/2024: We stumbled upon this wine bar during a one-night stopover and it proved to be one of the highlights of our trip. The selection of wine was absolutely incredible and the prices extremely reasonable (we did the blind wine tasting for €20 each). Every wine was explained with such care and the owner was so kind and friendly, even letting us taste extra wines for free at the end. The cheese board was also absolutely delicious. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The staff is wonderful: courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The dinner was amazing! One of the best dinners we have ever had in our four decades of touring France. We can't say enough about this chateau, except, "Merci mille fois, Philippe et votre equipe!"
