12/06/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic evening – perfect from start to finish. The food was exceptional, each dish a true delight for the taste buds. You can tell they work with passion and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere on the terrace was wonderful – the ideal setting to fully enjoy the evening. But the absolute highlight was the service team: super friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable in their advice – whether it was for wine selection or menu recommendations. We felt completely taken care of and very welcome. If we could, we would eat there every night – that says it all! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

03/06/2026: The restaurant is truly beautiful, elegant, and meticulously crafted. We were also pleased with the food: well-executed, high-quality dishes. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the setting. The glasses of wine we ordered at the beginning arrived only after the appetizer, making us miss out on the pleasure of pairing it with our chosen wine. Furthermore, there was some confusion with one of the main courses: we were informed that the salmon trout wasn't available and would be replaced with sea bass with vegetables, but in the end, a salmon trout arrived anyway. Unexpected events can happen, but we would have appreciated clearer and more transparent communication from the staff. Finally, when we ordered an additional glass of wine, it arrived already poured. I personally believe that, especially in a restaurant of this caliber, it's good practice to show the bottle at the table before service, so that the customer can check the label on the wine ordered. Overall, a good experience in terms of ambiance and cuisine, but some aspects of the service could be improved.

The fried vegetables, reminiscent of tempura, and the roasted white fish with yuzu were wonderfully fragrant, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – absolutely delicious. What impressed us most was how affordable everything was, especially for a sushi restaurant in Burgundy. 10/06/2026: I arrived at the restaurant by 9pm and was refused service. The staff member told me they were closing now, in a way that felt disrespected. What made the experience worse was that I was also teased by the staff as I was leaving, which felt unprofessional and targeted. I genuinely hope this was not racially motivated, but the tone and behaviour left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. I would urge the management to look into how front‑of‑house staff treat customers arriving near closing time, and to ensure all guests are treated with basic respect and dignity, regardless of their background.
