30/08/2026: We booked last minute on our trip to Paris and it turned out to be an amazing surprise ! The menu bourguignonne was insane and the eggs as well! Totally recommend

27/08/2026: First and foremost, booking is highly recommended 😇 A wonderful discovery: the "Chic & Gourmand" restaurant. A very warm welcome and a lovely table on the terrace where you can savor this delicious cuisine. Crafted dishes with a multitude of flavors, accompanied by recommended wines. From delicious appetizers to the must-try escargots or pâté en croûte, to the surprising beef and veal carpaccio 😋... The journey continues with the foie gras ravioli 😋🤪... which speak for themselves... (excellent). To finish, a touch of five cheeses 😏. "Chic & Gourmand" is bursting with flavor and highly recommended for any visit to Beaune.

22/09/2026: Given the expectations, I wouldn't it. The dishes were "flat," neither good nor bad. ( I mean, mediocre…nothing surprising.)

18/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Le Carmin. The cuisine is exceptional. Each dish is a true work of art, presented with great imagination and a keen sense of aesthetics. The portions are more than generous. We enjoyed six courses and were delighted after a four-hour meal. The service is excellent, the wine list is extensive, and the wine recommendations are top-notch. This restaurant is highly, highly recommended.

16/09/2026: A very pleasant welcome, an exceptional wine list, the back room a little dreary though comfortable, decent food although the €40 set menu seemed a bit excessive for a slice of terrine served with excellent condiments, eggs meurette, and rosemary apricots with crumble and under-whipped Chantilly cream. A pleasant experience nonetheless.

05/08/2026: This is the second time I've eaten at this restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed it; the meal was perfect from start to finish. It's in my top three favorite restaurants in Beaune. The atmosphere is pleasant, the dining rooms are located in vaulted cellars, it's lovely, and air-conditioned. I'll definitely go back. I will go back.

15/08/2026: As a former regular under the previous owners, I'm not finding the flavors I enjoyed there. The service is very professional, the wine list is still extensive, but the problem lies with the food. The dishes are beautifully presented but sorely lacking in flavor from start to finish. Perhaps the new chef needs to adjust the technique…

16/09/2026: Simply elegant food on shared plates, French Japanese fusion with fabulous wines by the glass. We had sardines, crudo beef with rocket vinaigrette, chicken karage, beans and terrine and a couple of wines by the glass €50 per head.

26/07/2026: For us, it was farm-raised pork belly, Beaune ribs, and lemon meringue pie. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back.

24/07/2026: Is boring local without “local charm”. The food is basic Burgundy dishes of reasonable quality. The meat is dry and boring in Boeuf Bourguignon which is the “claim to fame”.

16/09/2026: Very disappointing reservation management. We clearly booked Monday 14 September, yet seven days later were told they were fully booked because of confusion over the date. The booking request and email subject both clearly stated Monday. Their policy says reservations are confirmed the same day, but they waited until 12 September to respond. This left us scrambling to find an alternative for my wife’s birthday. Very poor communication.

15/09/2026: Delicious lunch, attentive service, interesting wine list. Got the 29euro set lunch which was great value. Enjoyed in the beautiful hidden terrace - a cool place to shelter from the heat.

21/08/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The menu is small but high-quality, everything is homemade. Mike and Florence served us perfectly. We would definitely go back for another visit.
