On the other hand, the service at our table was sometimes expeditious and unsmiling.
It's a shame to make dishes so well presented that arrive on the table without the slightest explanation.
The ultimate: Leave a 13 euro tip without drawing a shy tiny thank you

04/04/2024: I wanted to have a whole cold pizza. I only got half when I paid for a whole one. Unacceptable...
04/04/2024: While passing through Beaune, we had a nice encounter. If we come back to the area, we will definitely go back. The pizzas are super good and the welcome is really nice.
We were treated to a little extra, thank you again.

28/03/2024: Sushi and other quality dishes. We loved the varied sushi and ravioli, fried chicken and tempura shrimp! €18.90 for lunch, great choice, lots of choice and unlimited options! Top service, ensures that the water carafes are always filled, quickly removes the lids from the plates.. top top top! Young atmosphere!

The fireplace in the entrance gives a warm suspicion.
We were seated in the main room/entrance, near the fireplace.
Welcoming staff, fast service (arrival 7:00 p.m., departure at 9:00 p.m. - 2 adults and 2 teenagers)
Very good quality meat and cooked as we wanted
Caquelon of the moment (white beans, bacon and cream) excellent

18/11/2023: Less than 5' walk from city center, rooms are huge, service is as good as 5* and staff is very kind, always available and keen to help. I strongly recommend it.

01/04/2024: Excellent meal but deplorable quality of service which ruins everything. 50 min to be served a starter to share. Despite our big hand gestures for several minutes to order, the staff does not see you (or ignores you). I had to get up 3 times to order wine or ask for bread!!!
And the icing on the cake, when we share our bad experience at the end of the meal, they explain to us that the team is understaffed and that's how it is... while opening the door to tell us to leave the premises. Simply SCANDALOUS. Worst quality of service ever experienced in a restaurant.
24/03/2024: There were 4 of us sharing a friendly gastronomic moment in Beaune and we were disappointed with this restaurant. Cuisine too classic and without surprises for the price.

The dishes lack sauce, (no ketchup or mayonnaise "not that at home" according to the waiter The hot defrosted bread, a dish of prawns (3 cut into pieces in a fish broth with ravioli that I didn't eat, only the dessert was good. For a price of 44th. If you want to eat well don't come to this brewery attracts tourists.
