As for the atmosphere, it was quite uncomfortable to hear the cooks (and the owner) loudly disparaging an (absent) employee and the neighboring restaurant. This lack of discretion is truly unprofessional.

22/02/2026: What can I say? A very good restaurant, we'll be back. All the dishes we ordered were excellent, kudos to the chef! The cream of spinach was a delight for my taste buds, especially with the goat cheese and honey ravioli. And to finish, the warm chocolate fondant with raspberry coulis was simply divine. 22/03/2026: We know this place for our morning espresso before our workout in the Chize forest. But today, we went for Sunday lunch. A lovely brasserie menu. Seasonal products (asparagus as a starter). Beef and fish. Beautiful presentation and delicious food. A village atmosphere, as it's a bar/betting shop. I recommend this place.

31/03/2026: We came last week (Saturday evening: FAMILLE GOUSSU) with my husband, our daughter, and her friend. We had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious from start to finish! The food was top-notch. Mr. GUILBAULT delighted us with exquisite and refined dishes throughout, all in a friendly atmosphere. And the cheese platter!!! Mmm, my taste buds are still savoring it! It's a shame we live 3.5 hours away, because this would have become our go-to Saturday night restaurant. Go without hesitation! I highly recommend it!

20/03/2026: What a disappointment! We were refused a table by the bay window to enjoy the superb view, even though we were the only customers! The menu offered only two choices: sauerkraut or beef... We asked if there was anything else, perhaps fish? We overheard an unpleasant remark coming from the kitchen. Too bad, we left. It wasn't the excellent experience we had in 2023.

03/03/2026: The dishes were beautifully presented, the ingredients and flavors were refined. The waiter was pleasant, smiling, attentive, and well-organized. There were about 30 people in the dining room, but we were 12. Personally, I and my wife were bothered by the surrounding noise.

21/11/2025: Discovered by chance at lunchtime today, we're not from around here! A perfect little break before hitting the road again towards Loire-Atlantique. A delicious, flavorful soup that warms both body and soul, followed by a chicken croque monsieur. Simple, effective, and so good when it's homemade!! Thank you
