19/05/2026: When we first saw this restaurant, we thought it looked like a cafeteria because it has three rooms. Not at all! I've rarely seen such impeccable service, attentive waiters and waitresses, and no wait even though the rooms were nearly full. And of course, the food was excellent. Traditional cuisine, but truly delicious. Burgers, pizzas, savory crepes, open-faced sandwiches—simple dishes, but really very good!

18/05/2026: This restaurant was a delight! There were nine of us, and we each ordered a different dish, with perfect presentation. The quality was excellent, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this place; the decor is lovely. The staff is fantastic and very responsive. Don't hesitate to go in; you won't regret it.

10/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! Everything is homemade, and we truly appreciate the work of the owner and his wife (dessert 🤩), who make everything themselves with passion. You can taste the authenticity, the expertise, and above all, the flavor: it's delicious. Not to mention the little touches we appreciated (tapenade, amuse-bouche), which are rare at this price. Bravo to them, and thank you again for this wonderful experience!

25/05/2026: Lovely local spot! The pizza 🍕 is made fresh & beautifully with the best oven and owner is extremely friendly and so caring when making the pizza! All the ingredients are local and just so delicious!!! Loved it here perfect pizza stop or takeaway! Very relaxing, easy going & tasty! 😋

17/05/2026: A great find on a Saturday lunchtime, with many "real" restaurants closed. A warm welcome and quick service. A varied menu including pizza (very good) and brasserie fare, with good value for money. The dining room, decorated like an old inn (which it perhaps is), is cozy with small booths for two. Thank you to the staff for their efficiency.

25/04/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for 22 years and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and original: the dishes are beautifully presented and exquisite. The menu changes several times a year, a great reason to try the different dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The manager and his team are very welcoming. It's always a pleasure to go to this restaurant.

17/05/2026: The gourmet restaurant lives up to its name. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, full of flavor, balanced, yet light. I usually struggle with dessert, but this was truly excellent, and the price was reasonable for an aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and wine. Plus, they welcomed my dog, who was very well-behaved. Thank you for a lovely experience.

31/03/2026: We came last week (Saturday evening: FAMILLE GOUSSU) with my husband, our daughter, and her friend. We had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious from start to finish! The food was top-notch. Mr. GUILBAULT delighted us with exquisite and refined dishes throughout, all in a friendly atmosphere. And the cheese platter!!! Mmm, my taste buds are still savoring it! It's a shame we live 3.5 hours away, because this would have become our go-to Saturday night restaurant. Go without hesitation! I highly recommend it!

08/05/2026: A very nice crêperie in Niort. The €15 set menu, plus €2 for the salad, savory buckwheat crêpe, sweet crêpe, and bowl of cider, is excellent value for money. The service is warm and welcoming. We highly recommend it.
