07/09/2026: As a regular McDonald's customer worldwide, I am very disappointed. It's a consistent problem: the fries are hard and clearly not fresh. They look like they've been cooked since the morning. For example, this past Friday, September 4th, 2026, I ordered takeout and didn't check the fries because I trusted you. My daughter couldn't eat anything; the fries were rock hard, inedible. Out of all my orders, I've only had fresh fries three times. It's a real shame to ruin the rest of the meal for this. I hope you will make an effort on this issue. I spoke to the manager today, and his response was, "That's just how fries are at McDonald's in France," but I've eaten at several McDonald's restaurants in France, and it's never like that. It's only here in Pontarlier that I have this problem.

29/07/2026: On July 29th, my parents, being regulars, took me to this restaurant... The cuisine was sophisticated and delicious, using fresh, local ingredients (special mention for the confit lamb, it was so tender it was like butter 😋). Everything was served by the owner, who was as friendly as she was quick and professional. It definitely leaves you wanting more! Thank you to them for this wonderful experience 🙏.

23/05/2026: Cheap, but the chicken I got was cooked the day before! Shameful for a rotisserie. The owner is rude and prefers smoking with his buddies to clearing tables. Hygiene standards are nonexistent. Go anywhere else; it'll be better.

10/06/2026: We stayed at this hotel in June with our motorcycles. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The little dog, "Risotto," also gave us a very friendly greeting. The rooms are clean, and the shower and toilet are also in good working order. The food on-site is highly recommended. We would gladly return if we are ever in the area again.

21/08/2026: We had mixed feelings; the restaurant is very beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, however, the pizzas my partner and I ate didn't live up to our expectations. The crust was thick and not very airy, and the toppings weren't high quality. The desserts were good, though.
