There is a hello, a thank you and a goodbye (all this in austerity...). We feel like we're disturbing. I assure you that a little smile with a nice little word costs nothing and can produce a lot....

15/01/2024: Mediocre! - Meal quality good - cold restaurant without heating - Very long waiting time Moreover, when it was time to pay we wanted to enjoy our hobby. Surprise ! The waitress tells us that they haven't had the pastime since 12 p.m. the same day... Anything!

15/01/2024: The restaurant is good however the service is catastrophic, almost 2 hours to eat a main course and a dessert even though we were only two tables in the restaurant. The waitress preferring to be in the kitchen or clearing other empty tables without taking into account the customers present. In addition, the cooks made a mistake on a burger which can happen! But we can send it back to the kitchen and instead we bring you a steak on a side plate, the cooking is not respected. The restaurant is pretty but no music. Very disappointed compared to other restaurants tested in the same chain.

09/08/2024: J'ai du mal à comprendre les quelques avis négatifs. Le riz cantonais est excellent, les nems et le boeuf piquant aussi. Très bonne expérience et pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Pour ma seconde expérience j'ai pris à emporter, le conditionnement est des plus qualitatif et les plats reste chaud même après 20min de route. Je recommande, que cela soit sur place ou à emporter!

27/03/2024: Just for the fact of having been served in a very pleasant manner at almost 10 p.m. when the restaurant should have been closed.... Plus, it’s hearty and delicious!

16/07/2024: Pleasant welcome with a smile from the hostess. Easy to access location as well as parking. Possibility of taking the tram to get to town without having to worry about parking the car!

13/09/2024: It is clearly the best bakery in Pontarlier. The pastries are to die for, as are the pastries elsewhere. I like to go from time to time for a coffee and a bite to eat. The staff is very friendly and the prices are affordable. And easy to park

22/08/2024: While passing through Besançon, it was quite by chance that we had lunch at the Morand café. Flawless! Welcome, service, quality and originality of the dishes. A great discovery, we will come back! We are trying to remake the “cod back” and its “grated carrots/celery” duo :))

19/08/2024: Charming hotel in the city center of Ornans. Surprisingly quiet given its position along the road. The rooms are cozy, well equipped, the restaurant is delicious and the couple who welcomed us were adorable. Breakfast is also a good memory (very generous and good products). I highly recommend.

03/08/2024: Restoration: Dinner at the restaurant at 8 p.m. for 5. Good welcome. Too much wait for the dish (1 hour). So we didn't order dessert. At this price (around 30 euros for the main course) it is surprising to find paper napkins and placemats instead of a tablecloth. Very good cuisine but some dishes are more copious than others. If you are a good eater you will have to at least have starter + main course.

19/07/2024: Excellent accueil pour notre groupe, un service au petits soins, attentifs et disponible, j’ai beaucoup aimé le cadre. Les plats sont très bons, les cuissons et les sauces sont parfaites. Le menus a été choisi à l’avance, je ne connais pas la carte, mais les assiettes étaient délicatement dressées. C’est un restaurant adapté pour un moment exceptionnel, surtout le soir.

19/09/2024: We were terribly disappointed the last two times we came to this restaurant. The last visit was one too many. We were a group of six and asked to be placed on the terrace. The reception was cold and worthy of a treasure hunt: we were asked to address ourselves inside then outside! Then, we waited for long minutes before getting the cards, then before being served. The quantity served in the bowls is lousy and the fries were served cold because they waited for long minutes on a server. In addition, the Roquefort mussels were much worse than usual; the sauce was undoubtedly diluted heavily in water. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the four unfortunate pieces of bread that were nonchalantly served to us for six people! Prices are extremely high for the quality. However, we were very good customers, since the opening of the restaurant in Besançon and even before in Paris (since 2010) and really appreciated the concept of this chain, but enough is enough. You have lost a family of loyal customers.
