18/08/2024: We ate very well, the service was very fast. Smiling and organized servers, attentive. Small downside for the person (boss or chef) who speaks badly to the friendly waitress. Sir, your colleagues deserve respect!!!!

10/08/2024: On arrival friendly staff but very long waiting times only for an aperitif. Afterwards it gets complicated, meat not very well cooked and above all forgetting to season. The rest is a fiasco, 45 min for only order a dessert after having cleared the dish, frozen dessert which arrives melted but above all the order is not respected. The highlight of the show is the cheese platter served after the melted dessert. In short, decent food but deplorable service.

19/08/2024: Accueil au top ,repas excellent servi minutieusement. La réception étant celle d un anniversaire,malgre le nombre de convive,les plats étaient chauds,les serveurs attentionnés . Belle réception en partie grâce à votre équipe.

24/05/2024: Cozy Café with nice atmosphere in Besançon! The coffee was great and they also offer breakfast and a lunch menu daily. Didn't see any pastries on display though.

10/08/2024: We had a great time The ice creams are very good and well presented. The waitress is smiling and attentive. She heard that my daughter wanted a piece of lemon for her glass of water. Discreetly she brought him a ramekin with several pieces of lemon. It's the little touches that make the difference. We will come back with pleasure

06/08/2024: The savory pancakes are very good, the sweet pancakes we didn't see the color because the service is much too long, don't go there if you are in a hurry and for the atmosphere I was delighted to know the life of the next table but very bothered to tell mine.

12/07/2024: Attirés par les avis très favorables et par les photos des plats servis nous avons choisi le 76. Déception, les plats servis étaient quelconques sans originalité. Tatare de saumon sans saveur, salade un peu défraîchie. Manque de soin dans le dressage et la préparation des légumes... Dessert cage gourmand sans originalité et fade. Et que dire d'un verre à vin mal lavé. Peu faire beaucoup mieux pour un "maître restaurateur".

30/08/2024: There were 3 of us this afternoon to enjoy a fried dish which was delicious and not greasy, really excellent with fries and salad even if it is not unlimited the dishes are very very generous. The restaurant is very clean as well as the kitchen and toilets. The impeccable service is friendly. I will return there without any problem and for a family meal it is great because it has a large room

15/08/2024: During a call to reserve a table I came across a very cold and unpleasant lady! We usually come here every year during our vacations at our residence but now we will go elsewhere. Too bad!

27/04/2024: Assiettes ridicules, on sort on a faim !. Le poulet rôti est une vulgaire petite cuisse de 30 grs de viande et trop cuite, le poisson est bas de gamme puisque c'est du lieu noir, poisson le moins cher du marché .. Si on fait un Rapide calcul des prix au kilo on arrive à 350€ le kilo pour 1 cuisse de poulet....!! Environ 60grs de poisson et 1/2 poireau en garniture.. Bref un attrape touriste, entrez regardez et sortez, ne mangez pas !. Nous n'y retournerons plus, nous aurions dû lire les avis avant d'y aller.... Nous y sommes restés 30mn pour manger notre plat.. Quand nous avons vu le choux chantilly passer, nous nous sommes regarder et avons rigoler... Franchement même pas honte de servir ça !.

08/04/2024: -Impossibilité de les joindre au téléphone pour la réservation - Placement à l'entrée au milieu du flux des clients et serveurs - Plats très médiocres ( ex: frites molles) - Erreurs sur la note en notre defaveur sans excuses après rectification - Imposition d'un temps extrêmement limité pour le repas Impression d'un total cafouillage ! Des débuts difficiles ? Le cadre est toujours aussi somptueux mais nous n'y retournerons pas.

14/07/2024: Le patron est desagréable , pas souriant. Les serveuses ne sont pas agréables. La politesse est limite. La carte est variée. Prix correcte. Mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Déçu. Je ne recommande pas.

20/04/2024: Not having stayed at the hotel, this little note will only concern the restaurant 🍽😋 Gourmet cuisine wonderfully produced by Laurent and Patrick Cachot since 1993, the year in which I discovered this establishment which was already a gem at the time. Small restaurant with only around ten tables (+ terrace in season) magnificently nestled on the heights of Baumes-les-Dames, a pretty little village near Besançon 25. Fabric tablecloths and napkins, silver cutlery, it immediately sets the tone 👌🏻✨ Warm and professional welcome and service from a very kind young woman who will put you at ease and will take great care of you throughout your tasting. Seasonal menu with fresh produce giving high-quality dishes that are particularly tasty (everything is homemade, even the appetizers) and superbly prepared while being COPIOUS; which, you will agree, is rather rare for a gourmet. More than affordable menus from 54€ (starter + main course + dessert) +5€ cheese supplement. Wine list so extensive that it makes you dizzy, a real marvel and with affordable gems. Digestives galore. We feel so much at home at Château d’As where there is an obvious air of serenity. If the rooms are like the restaurant it must be pleasant to stay there to visit the pretty views of Franche-Comté. Thanks to the whole team, don’t change anything and see you soon.

12/03/2024: Booked by phone. English was possible. Arrival: friendly Parking: right in front of the door. Clairvoyant. The stairs are quite loud. Mattresses are rather soft. Dinner: 2 * Michelin, the sea bass fillet on risotti with spagel and truffle was sensational. Unfortunately the fillet isn't the same. The vegetables on the plate tasted better. Breakfast: no gluten free bread, but was able to bring my own and toast it, which was great.

10/08/2024: Very welcoming and helpful staff. The pizzas are of good quality, very varied choice. We recommend.

07/08/2024: It's good and the staff is nice but it's way too long. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes before being able to eat. It's a shame because the rest is good.

22/09/2024: The dishes get cold very quickly, only the Asian waitresses are kind and helpful but the others are not at all welcoming, do not clear the plates or clear the plates before they are even eaten
