05/03/2026: I regularly come to the Brasserie de La Poste in Pontarlier with friends. I usually order a coffee and they serve us peanuts, which is a nice touch. Today, the situation was different and rather disappointing. I simply asked for a glass of water with a small plate of peanuts while my friend had an espresso. The waiter refused, saying it wasn't house policy. What bothered me most wasn't necessarily the refusal itself, but the way it was said. The tone was cold and unpleasant, especially since I'm a regular customer. A little more flexibility, or at least a friendlier explanation, would have been appreciated. It's a shame for an establishment I frequent and used to enjoy. The welcome and service make a big difference to the overall coffee experience.

23/02/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The food and dishes are fresh and delicious. While there's less choice than at other Chinese buffets, there's consequently less waste, and the food is almost exclusively Asian. There's enough variety to satisfy everyone and leave feeling full. The service is also very pleasant.

31/01/2026: Avoid this place... I arrived at 1 p.m. on a Saturday and everything was empty...plus, the only cheese was hard and moldy... And don't even get me started on the bread; I hope you have good dentures...I won't be back and I won't be recommending it either 🤮🤢🤮

10/03/2026: Really disappointed. The beef tacos and fries meal was unfortunately very bland. And the noise of the children screaming during the meal was unbearable. I won't be back.

The welcome from the staff is really very warm, you feel at ease there, it is calm and friendly for a very attractive price: it is really perfect to form your own opinion on wokism and see for yourself that it is really great!

04/12/2024: Nous étions 12 personnes dans une grande salle vide et froide. Le serveur faisait "chuuut" avec un doigt sur sa bouche car il n'arrivait pas à se concentrer pour prendre la commande de boisson, évidemment comme il n'avait rien noté, 2 boissons manquaient et une était fausse ! Le filet de magret de canard était trop cuit et le tartare de saumon n'avait vraiment rie de spécial. Nous souhaitions nous balader à Besançon après le déjeuner, le serveur nous a orienté vers l'accueil de l'hôtel, qui nous a simplement tendu un plan. Après lui avoir demandé quelques conseils, la personne nous a juste dit "nous sommes ici" !!!!! bref no comment, on a fait que se nourrir plutôt que de passer un bon moment entre amis au restaurant.

09/12/2025: The place is run-down and really not very clean. There are bits of sauce stuck to the sauce containers, and they look like they've been there for ages. Plus, I found the sauces very bitter (probably due to improper storage). There's no kebab spit; the kebab meat is taken directly from a burner and then heated on a griddle. The prices are way too high for the quality and quantity. €8.50 for a children's meal with only 10 fries barely hanging on in the box, along with 5 very poor-quality nuggets. It was my first time there, and it will be my last. I definitely don't recommend it.

19/02/2026: This was my second visit to this restaurant while passing through – the service is very friendly, even though they don't speak German, but hey, we're in France! The pizza is absolutely fantastic when it's fresh; some Italian restaurants in Germany could learn a thing or two – I've rarely eaten so well! A definite recommendation – chapeau!
