26/05/2026: Disappointing: they bring you the menus and before you even say hello, they list the unavailable dishes—four of them! Fish in saffron sauce, which is a sham; it's curry, not surprising at the price of saffron! The mixed salad is so small you have to search for the pieces of ham! Then, a 15-minute wait for the menus, and 20 minutes later, they tell us they're out of crepes! The waitresses' outfits are straight out of the 80s. A bad experience.

23/05/2026: Horrible!! I have no other word for it. It was hot, and I asked for a glass of water to sit down for five minutes before leaving. The waiter didn't say hello and gave me a very dirty look. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, so I went to sit down. He came back and practically threw me out, telling me I had no right to stay, that I had to finish my drink and leave immediately. I was shocked by the harshness of his words. I definitely do not recommend it!!

18/02/2026: The rooms are clean. A bit dodgy, but clean. Julien gave us a very warm welcome. He's bilingual, but I don't care since I don't speak English.

09/02/2026: A quick one-night stay; everything was impeccably clean. Comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a bit dated and not very accessible for older people. Perfect location near an A36 motorway exit. Welcoming staff. Easy parking.

15/05/2026: This hotel needs renovation!! The room smelled of old cold cigarette. It was super dark and I had to manually turn on 3 different tiny lamps to get a bit of light in the evening. The cleanliness is so so. The bathroom faucets have water marks all over.. The breakfast is really subpar. The queen size bed only has 2 tiny pillows but the bed itself was quite comfortable. The room size is a good size, and the water pressure is excellent. Parking is great. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely not a 3* hôtel.

23/02/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The food and dishes are fresh and delicious. While there's less choice than at other Chinese buffets, there's consequently less waste, and the food is almost exclusively Asian. There's enough variety to satisfy everyone and leave feeling full. The service is also very pleasant.

25/05/2026: Excellent homemade ice cream, special mention for the Madagascar vanilla and Piedmont hazelnut. Warm welcome and good service, I highly recommend it.

23/05/2026: Appalling service, the owner was rude and even made a sexist remark. He climbed onto a velvet chair with his shoes on to drain a leaking air conditioner just 20 cm from our table. Thank goodness the waiters were competent... I wish them luck.

09/05/2026: Unacceptable. I was waiting for my order, and the two salespeople completely ignored me while letting five people go ahead of me. So I left, and I have no regrets. If I were paranoid, I'd say it was because of my skin color!

31/05/2026: Very disappointing Mother's Day lunch. There were nine of us, including three children aged three to six. We arrived at our table at 12:10 pm and didn't receive our appetizers until 1:55 pm, and only after we asked for them. We truly felt forgotten. In fact, several other tables complained about the service that day, but at least they were served. We completely understand that a restaurant can be overwhelmed on a day like Mother's Day. Occasional oversights can happen, and we are understanding. But waiting almost two hours before the meal began with young children at the table is hardly acceptable. And yet, our children showed remarkable patience. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn't improve matters: mistakes with the wine, various oversights, dishes arriving one after another, sometimes without cutlery, and without the appetizer plates being cleared… After waiting nearly two hours to start eating, we finally devoured the entire menu in about an hour. For a set menu specially created for the occasion, this raises serious questions about the organization. We did, however, want to congratulate the chef on the quality of the food, which was good despite everything. We simply pointed out, politely, that our table had clearly been forgotten. After his (half-hearted) apology, we were quite surprised to hear him then explain to customers at neighboring tables that we were "difficult customers" and that we were unhappy because we had children. This remark is as false as it is inappropriate. Our dissatisfaction concerned only the service and, above all, the exceptionally long wait our table endured. The meal was good, but respect for the customer is also part of the experience. At nearly €580 for our table, we expected better than being left unattended for almost two hours and hearing unpleasant comments overheard behind our backs. A special mention goes to the €22 children's menu: nicely presented, certainly, but in the end, it consisted of a chicken tenderloin, a gratin, and a scoop of ice cream. At least one thing worked perfectly that day: the card reader when it came time to pay the bill. A huge disappointment. We won't be back.

26/04/2026: Yesterday, for the last time, I went to Pizza Royale to buy takeaway pizzas. I'd been going there for many years, and I've noticed a decline in quality. Last night, I bought two pizzas with such hard crusts that they were impossible to cut or eat. What a shame...

20/05/2026: During an evening in Besançon, I particularly enjoyed this restaurant for its warm atmosphere and decor, impeccable and courteous service, and excellent cuisine. It was busy, but the noise level was perfectly acceptable. The service was excellent, neither too fast nor too slow—just the right amount of time to fully appreciate the food. I will definitely return on my next visit. The menu is varied and apparently updated quite frequently. The value for money is very good. In short, I highly recommend it!

10/03/2026: Really disappointed. The beef tacos and fries meal was unfortunately very bland. And the noise of the children screaming during the meal was unbearable. I won't be back.
