17/09/2024: I was sick as a dog yesterday with your cheesecake which must not have followed the cold chain (at the end of the shelf, fridge open so I think that in terms of cold chain, we are not at the best). Food poisoning. Forced to leave my job due to vomiting. I called the restaurant in Besançon to tell them, they just told me “oh well we sold everything and we got no return!” » not even an excuse, nothing! A shame!!! 😠 And I was the only one to eat that. My colleagues ate the same bagel as me. There was a gnat that came out of the packaging. You have to stop saying it's not your fault. Do you know excuses?

02/09/2024: Accueil téléphonique à la réservation ( effectuée à la dernière minute) impeccable. Pendant tout le repas j'ai eu droit au sourire de tout le personnel avec un service à table sans fausse note. Menu à 40 € composé d'une croûte aux morilles, d'un filet de truite au vin jaune, une coupe glacée aux griottes pour dessert. Tout est parfait : le goût, la qualité des produits servis enfin la quantité. J'ai pris un punch maison vraiment excellent ( 7,90 € ) et un café. Addition totale 50 €. Rien à redire. Vous pourrez trouver à la carte des mets moins chers ( salades, pizzas et autres ) . Cadre magnifique avec vue sur la loue. Vous mangez en regardant les canards nager en dessous de vous. Je remercie et félicite l'ensemble du personnel. I will be back...

We often make changes to the dishes and that has never been a problem, the establishment adapts to us and that's very rare in my opinion! The service is top notch, small mention for Aurélie, always attentive and with a smile. 07/09/2024: Very disappointed with the welcome in this restaurant. The man at reception is incredibly rude and clearly does not respect all customers. A nightmarish and unacceptable experience. In addition, the restocking of dishes is not done regularly, which forces us to wait a long time with our empty plates. The staff comes by every ten minutes to try to take the dishes away from us, as if they want us to leave faster. Frankly, to avoid. There are many other restaurants that are much more pleasant and respectful.
