The restaurant is a disaster! The staff struggles with a non-existent organization... Everything leads to problems: a forgotten reservation despite being given a specific time, an hour's wait to be served, and tasteless food... Avoid it at all costs!!! The standard response perfectly reflected my dissatisfaction... To answer your question, you'll never have the opportunity to see us again... Furthermore, our experience at your hotel has shattered our trust in Accor hotel services...

01/02/2026: Hello I stayed at the hotel for four nights for a sporting event. The room was fine, nothing much to say, except that it could use a little freshening up. The weak point is the breakfast! Considering the price, a traditional breakfast is close to 100 francs; it's not great. Half an hour before closing time, there's hardly anything left. The selection is very limited, given the price. For dinner, I can't even understand why they only have one person to do everything. The employee on the evening of January 31st did what they could, but an extra person would have been welcome. We know in advance how busy the hotel is, so we should anticipate this and make sure we have what we need. I think the price is completely out of line with expectations. Since we had some time during the evening service, I took the opportunity to snap a few photos demonstrating that it's time for a bit of a renovation. The filthy carpet (the word is unfortunately appropriate) is completely unacceptable for a hotel costing over €100 a night. Sincerely, PS: Please let the staff know that it's polite to knock before entering!

15/01/2026: A simple and quiet hotel that I would gladly return to. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The bathroom could use a renovation.

20/11/2025: This hotel is dilapidated, old, dirty, and frequented by unsavory characters (truck drivers hanging out in the common areas whistled at us when we arrived at reception). The floor in our room was filthy, there were dead insects in the wall lamp, the provided glasses were covered in grime, the shower was poorly designed with a dirty, limescale-covered shower head holder, the shower grout was dirty, and the hairdryer was dangerous, sparking before it broke down. The reception was impossible to reach. We were woken at 7:15 am by a fire alarm that took over 10 minutes to silence. Breakfast was very basic with little choice and minimal quality. Paying €120 for this kind of service is a disgrace, it's highway robbery. It really needs a complete overhaul. We would not recommend this hotel; it should be avoided at all costs.

06/02/2026: Happy hour at 6:00 PM. Service at 5:58 PM, no comment. Full price! The art of business. By the way, a pub is supposed to be welcoming… We'll keep walking!

04/02/2026: One sip of the aperitif and the main course arrives... The meal was lukewarm and undercooked. The mayonnaise and ketchup packets were expired. Personally, I won't be back, nor will I recommend this place.

07/02/2026: The meal started a little slowly, taking over half an hour to be taken, but apart from that, the food and service were excellent. The dessert trolley was incredible.

06/01/2026: Very disappointed! The menu was practically snatched from our hands as soon as we started listing the dishes we'd chosen from the €38 "seasonal" menu, under the pretext that there had been a mistake and that this menu wouldn't be served that day. We simply switched to the à la carte menu. The plate of perch fillets arrived... cold. We pointed this out, then mentioned that the fish was tasteless. They offered to add salt! As a gesture of goodwill, they offered an extra dessert from the famous "farandole" selection. The desserts were mass-produced, unrefined, and really not up to par. The atmosphere was oppressive, lacking any conviviality, which is surprising for this region. In short, my partner was looking forward to showing me this otherwise beautiful place. We won't be back!

15/01/2026: We had considered this establishment to celebrate my father's 80th birthday, in a place historically significant to our family since my parents had celebrated their wedding there 60 years ago. Originally, the event was expected to bring together about thirty people. However, based on our initial email exchanges with Catherine, we quickly felt like we were intruding. After proposing a date, we received a negative response, without any alternative being suggested or even being shown the menus. Faced with this lack of communication, courtesy, and consideration, we nevertheless tried to adapt by voluntarily reducing the number of guests, hoping to simplify the organization. Unfortunately, this approach was not met with any more respect or professionalism. During a visit by my mother to obtain further information, the manager adopted an openly contemptuous and inappropriate attitude. The presence of children was deemed problematic, the lack of a guarantee regarding wine consumption was criticized due to the restaurant's profit margin, and the final number of guests (16 adults and 5 children) was declared "unacceptable," before a flat cancellation and an invitation to leave. This behavior is all the more surprising given that this establishment is a traditional brasserie. Claiming a level of service that one never embodies, neither in the welcome nor in the customer relations, is, to say the least, disconcerting. This place is clearly not suitable for families, nor for organizing family events of any kind. More broadly, this experience raises questions about the vision of the profession held here. The restaurant business is based on hospitality, respect, and customer loyalty. By turning away from these principles with such arrogance, it is difficult to imagine how an establishment can establish itself in the local community. VERMOT DESROCHES DE VELOTTE FAMILY

08/11/2025: The setting for the Brasserie du Tigre is very pleasant, but the staff's welcome is very poor, there's no menu and they make unpleasant remarks all the time.

12/10/2025: The place is dismal due to its filth; the hygiene department clearly didn't do any checks. The food quality is deplorable, and the staff (probably the owner) are downright unfriendly. It's a shame, as it's well located.

30/11/2025: Amazing pizza! I highly recommend it! The dough is hand-stretched, not rolled out! Finding that these days is hard! It's aged for 7 days and the pizza is fresh every morning!

04/12/2024: Nous étions 12 personnes dans une grande salle vide et froide. Le serveur faisait "chuuut" avec un doigt sur sa bouche car il n'arrivait pas à se concentrer pour prendre la commande de boisson, évidemment comme il n'avait rien noté, 2 boissons manquaient et une était fausse ! Le filet de magret de canard était trop cuit et le tartare de saumon n'avait vraiment rie de spécial. Nous souhaitions nous balader à Besançon après le déjeuner, le serveur nous a orienté vers l'accueil de l'hôtel, qui nous a simplement tendu un plan. Après lui avoir demandé quelques conseils, la personne nous a juste dit "nous sommes ici" !!!!! bref no comment, on a fait que se nourrir plutôt que de passer un bon moment entre amis au restaurant.

16/01/2026: For New Year's, I came to buy traditional baguettes, but by evening they were stale and therefore inedible. I am very disappointed with the quality of your bread. I have the impression that these loaves were baked the day before… Have you changed bakers, or are you hiring ordinary employees trained on the job instead of experienced bakers? In the meantime, I will no longer be coming to Marie Blachère, and apparently I'm not alone, judging by the number of customers absent on a holiday; that speaks volumes.
