17/05/2026: The hotel is really nice, the staff are all very pleasant, and they accept dogs both in the rooms and at breakfast.

04/05/2026: The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient, close to the highway and next to a shopping area with restaurants. The only downside was that there were ashtrays fixed to the exterior wall and the room, and people smoked nearby, so the smells drifted into the room, and people talking loudly in front of them, which wasn't very pleasant, especially late at night.

20/03/2026: Hello everyone! I've been wanting to visit this charming pastry shop for ages, but in my truck 🚚 there wasn't much room. But today's the big day! Finally, the chocolate éclairs 🍫 are a top-quality delight, along with the custard tart and croissants 🌙 🌙, which are absolutely delicious. So come and try the specialties! I promise I'll be back. 02/05/2026: A terrible experience this Saturday afternoon: a 20-minute wait for a Smart meal. Result: a cold sandwich. The best part is yet to come: I return the tray and point out the problem to a waitress. Oh dear, she was offended! This person immediately flew off the handle. Because the young lady didn't accept the criticism. Two managers arrive, I repeat the problem to them in the same polite tone I had used with the young woman, and strangely enough, the manager accepted the criticism, but not the female manager, who told me they didn't need "customers like you." That's the last straw. And I maintain that neither this person nor the waitress belongs in a position to work with the public, which I had already told the waitress. It's true that when you arrive and you can already hear the waiter getting the shisha employees to sing, and the manager lounging on the sofa with her female customers: IT GIVES YOU A TASTE OF THE SERVICE.

02/05/2026: McDonald's is well located, but there's a recurring problem at the drive-thru: every time I order a Happy Meal for my children, the staff very often forget the desserts in the menu, lacking rigor and professionalism…

22/04/2026: I absolutely loved Planet Food! It was my first visit to Planet Food and what a wonderful surprise! The welcome was simply magnificent and so warm. You immediately feel at home. I'll definitely be back! A huge thank you to the owner who offered me a sherbet (a delicious Algerian drink) and coffee. It's rare to see such generosity. I highly recommend it for the quality of service and the kindness of the staff! Hayat🌷.

26/05/2026: Not much seating in the restaurant. The main course was generous (even a bit too big) and very good. The dessert, unfortunately, wasn't amazing. But a nice place in Métabief.

26/04/2026: My daughter and I discovered it during a ski weekend in February, and we were instantly charmed! We ate all our meals there! Short wait times, fantastic service, super friendly! Beautiful decor and, of course, absolutely delicious food! And the value for money is excellent! I'll definitely be back on future trips!

03/05/2026: It's unbelievable that a place of this caliber could have such poor service and a terrible welcome! Everything is delicious—chocolates, pastries, tarts, etc.—BUT… The service is slow and mediocre, falling far short of what one would expect from such an establishment: underqualified and insufficient staff, aging and extremely unpleasant managers… even cantankerous. What a shame for such a prestigious establishment! Unheard of for this type of place.

19/05/2026: Disappointment! The welcome was excellent (at least the young woman serving was as welcoming and friendly as ever), but the menu has changed drastically since the owner retired. No more pasta, no more salads, only pizzas. The toppings have shrunk, and there's hardly anything left on the crust, which, however, remains absolutely delicious. How we miss our old Sirocco!

23/04/2026: The pizza is still excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients! All this in a timeless setting that never gets old.

18/05/2026: We were disappointed by the quality of service: the meat wasn't cut for the hot stone grill, and the knife wasn't suitable for cutting raw meat... The homemade fries were good. The waiter was inattentive, asked if everything was alright, and didn't even want to hear the answer! He left with the empty plates while we were politely replying. Initially, he offered a thank you with a forced smile. We won't be going back.

16/05/2026: Dinner on the terrace! Friendly welcome. We had a very good meal, it was excellent. We'll be back! 👍

15/05/2026: Order placed at 11:30 am on Uber Eats, delivery scheduled for 1:00 pm, cancelled by the establishment at 12:47 pm. I called to ask for an explanation, knowing that the restaurant was open. The person told me that they forgot to turn on the tablet, and no solution was offered following their mistake...

08/05/2026: The service felt different; the next table was served olives with our aperitif, but we weren't. The meat skewer was good, but the extra charge for vegetables was a bit excessive. The rosé by the pitcher tasted like dirty water. The dessert was nothing special.

03/12/2025: I go to the drive-thru in the morning. A real ham and butter sandwich with good butter and good ham (and of course, good bread). That's becoming increasingly rare!

12/03/2026: Absolutely disgusting pizza, never again in my life. I will never go back. The tomato sauce was inedible, like some kind of tomato paste mixed with water! And the cheese? Don't even get me started. Even the cheese from Leclerc is better. The toppings were practically nonexistent! And the crust was awful, horribly burnt on the edges and underneath! Plus, a 1.5-hour wait for two pizzas is unacceptable! The service was appalling, not even a smile, bordering on disrespectful! Run, run, run! Never go there!
