24/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to your restaurant yesterday… the wine was of very poor quality and you were kind enough to change it, but the rest of the meal was just as dreadful… the duck breast was raw, the homemade fries were mere crumbs, the new potatoes were extremely dry and therefore certainly reheated, the sauces, which looked so appetizing, were served in excessive quantities on the plate… in short, we strongly advise against going there…. Despite the pleasant service staff.

06/08/2026: Evening meal on the terrace: High-quality regional cuisine. The forest-style cheese tart was a delight! Excellent value for money, efficient service with a smile every time. A wonderful evening...I'll be back!

31/07/2026: Fellow bikers, avoid this place on Sunday afternoons, especially if you're looking for a refreshing drink during a heatwave. They make absolutely no effort to serve you; there's no bar service whatsoever. So you have to eat, which is a shame and shows a real lack of professionalism. Perhaps hiring an extra person would help, but it wouldn't be as profitable.

08/05/2026: Very welcoming, generous and delicious meal. Not disappointed, we go there every time we're in Metabief. Price: 50 euros for two, reasonable. I recommend it.

10/09/2026: I stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance, without a reservation. However, we received an extremely warm welcome from Marie, the hostess, with impeccable service and dishes that delighted our palates. We enjoyed a perfect egg with morels and asparagus, followed by a truly exceptional calf's head with gribiche sauce. I highly recommend this establishment; you won't be disappointed.

16/06/2026: The hotel's location at the end of the valley, in the heart of the mountains, is very accessible by road. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and warm. Our entire stay was wonderful. The room was very functional with a balcony and views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant offered excellent cuisine, and the breakfast was very comprehensive, featuring many homemade products. A perfect stay!

14/06/2026: We came to share an evening with friends to celebrate a birthday. We had to add two extra people at the last minute, and the staff adapted by adding a table and two place settings without any problem. The welcome was very pleasant, and we were each able to enjoy dishes prepared with great finesse, with a special mention for the trompe-l'œil fruit at dessert time! (Superb). We will be back!!

02/09/2026: Dinner on 25/08/26: unlimited mussels and fries, desserts, and coffee—all very good. Friendly and efficient staff. Returned on 01/09/26, same but better.

28/08/2026: A wonderful discovery this lunchtime! Excellent value for money. We opted for the set menu. The service was quick and discreet, allowing us to fully enjoy our meal. A nice bonus was the parking lot right next door. Looking forward to returning!

21/08/2026: Fantastic time at L’Étincelle in Montbéliard with friends! 🔥 We received a very warm welcome, the setting is really lovely, and the meal was excellent. A special mention for the chef's homemade cordon bleu, which was absolutely delicious! 👌 And the value for money is incredibly good. A great place in Montbéliard that we'll definitely be back to! 👏
