10/08/2024: Au golf nous nous sommes arrête pour le déjeuner, agréablement sourpris par l acceuil, le service, la qualité des mets , la fraicheur des legumes et la jolie terrasse. Tres bon repas a prix très honnête.

13/09/2024: Hotel is not worth its price, reception is questionable, no service to carry luggage or park a car at 700 meters for people with mobility limitations. The star restaurant closed, brasserie very normal. Anyone who wants a freshly baked sandwich for breakfast will also be disappointed, as the bread is certainly a few days old. Will never recommend this hotel

It's only happiness to eat with family & friends. Everything is very clean as well as the sanitary facilities. The best restaurant in the region.

12/09/2024: I am currently writing from the breakfast reception room. We came for 1 night with restaurant, room and breakfast. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are clean and modern. The semi-gastronomic meal with local products was successfully carried out, well done to the chefs and the breakfast is a success (jam, pastries, cheeses and cold meats) there is something for everyone. Nothing to say about the building itself, it's clean, pretty and very welcoming. Same comment for the staff who know how to be smiling and very welcoming. Thank you for this night and for the services offered. I recommend 100% and I think we will come back when we are passing through Customer satisfaction 10/10 Sincerely TM

29/07/2024: Nous y sommes allés pour l'anniversaire de notre fils. Nous étions une 20 taine d'adultes + des enfants dans une salle privative. Nous avons eu un repas délicieux et un service au top. Merci a vous et votre équipe pour ce moment. Nous reviendrons vous voir .

16/08/2024: Ignoble ! Bouffe absolument dégueulasse on arrive a 13 h apéro servit a 14h et après on nous envoi tout les plats car ils ferment , pas de prix pas de carte.toilette pleine de caca .gérante absolument pas professionnelle elle devrait revoir son orientation ! Horrible a fuir !

05/08/2024: Bonjour Restaurant à éviter à tout pris Nous avons réservé pour Un anniversaire 23 personnes Pour l apéro les petits gâteaux sont arrivés après l apéro en même temps que Les plats ( buffet) pour 23 personnes il y avait en quantité pour 10 personnes et les frites ont été servi avec le fromage et je ne parle même pas du prix Pour le service dans la même lignée le tout est inadmissible

13/08/2024: Cuisine variée. Buffet à volonté à un prix très abordable pour le midi. Par contre restaurant très bruyant. J'ai été choqué de voir un serveur donné une carafe d'eau entamée d'une table qu'il venait de debarasser à une nouvelle table !!

In Chartres, the sun is not always in the sky, but you can always find it behind the counter of the Brasserie de l'Ouest.

17/09/2024: I was desperately looking for a pub in Chartres, but a REAL one! I was looking for a decor, an atmosphere and of course: the menu that goes with it. Finally I found it after many fruitless and disappointing searches. The Ellan-Vannin is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The atmosphere and decor reminds me of certain old school London pubs where I had my habits, woodwork and posters glorifying what the occupants like. What can I say about the menu... First time I've seen draft Guinness in Chartres, I'm in heaven, and a myriad of Whiskeys, I've arrived in paradise! The boss welcomed me like a genuine man, you can believe that he is not smiling but his heart shows through as the conversation progresses. Should I say an “ancient host”? (Be careful, in my words this is one of the greatest compliments). I love everything about this pub, without having tasted their food yet (but I couldn't resist posting my opinion already) I saw the nibbles they served, it's made with love and that to looks delicious! I FINALLY found it and I can't wait to go back! A new regular.

12/08/2024: One of our favorite bars! The atmosphere is cool, the choice of drinks is vast and the team is top notch! Not to mention the most significant: the chef's cuisine.

14/02/2024: I arrive at 7:15 p.m....No more food and they tell me "we're going to close!" Never seen that!

15/01/2024: Caterer-restaurant, you can eat on site with very affordable menus, possibility of taking away. Great food! never disappointed and wide choice between dishes, fried foods, ravioli... you can eat really well for around ten euros (to take away) depending on your stomach. I thoroughly recommend 👌
