08/03/2026: Visited on the evening of March 8th. Unacceptable service. The small wrap, already small as its name suggests, is practically half the size! A burger ordered without pickles was served at the table with cold, unmelted cheese. They simply removed the pickles. THANK GOODNESS WE'RE NOT ALLERGIC! I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. This is the second time I've left a negative review for this same location; frankly, it leaves much to be desired.

05/03/2026: The award for the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. Absolutely no smiles at the drive-thru, the intercom, the register, or the staff. The sandwiches were terribly assembled and strewn about. There were long waits, and the area around the drive-thru was filthy. Not only is their organization terrible, but they also charge extra for sauces when you wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru. And when you complain, they couldn't care less. A disaster! Definitely not recommended. We'll be writing an email to head office.

11/12/2025: I've never seen such a dirty hotel in my life. The person at reception was very unpleasant; it was filthy. My sister-in-law came back at 2 a.m. and started yelling, saying, and I quote, "It's not right to come back at this hour!" I strongly advise against this hotel; I will never stay there again.

10/12/2025: Excellent service, beautifully presented dishes made with quality ingredients in a pleasant and clean environment. The reception could be improved.

13/01/2026: Excellent experience! We placed a spontaneous and quick order for several people, including burgers, kebabs, and paninis. I highly recommend the Italian bread paninis—a real treat! The portion was more than generous and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

22/03/2026: The owner was extremely unpleasant, giving her staff a hard time right in front of us, and we had to wait 25 minutes for an iced coffee and a Perrier... That's outrageous!

16/03/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews. I stopped by chance for lunch on the terrace. First, the menu is incomprehensible; it's impossible to distinguish the starters from the main courses, everything is mixed together... Then, 21 euros for a steak and eggs with industrial fries, or 11 euros for an egg mayonnaise and potato. That's almost double the prices in Paris, near the Opéra, for example. Then, when it came time to pay, the owner was yelling at the waitresses while barely looking at me... In short, avoid it. I'm giving it two stars because the meat was good.

14/02/2026: Appalling service. Two hours to be served, no communication whatsoever. The servers evaded us, and when the bill arrived and we tried to explain the situation, the person didn't even respond. Avoid this establishment.

14/02/2026: This place deserves at least one star. We arrived at 7 PM and it's now 8:20 PM, and we've barely been served. The waitresses are incredibly rude and cold when we speak to them. I strongly advise against it; it's the worst experience of my life. And don't even get me started on the food... it's not Japanese at all, it's awful and tasteless... Expensive for nothing.

23/12/2025: I'm really unhappy with the wait time. Over an hour and a half for two pizzas is completely unacceptable! Plus, the ice cream arrived melted. Definitely avoid this place.

27/03/2026: I ordered 6 nuggets but only received 4 in my bag, and I also asked for a salad which I never received.

23/03/2026: Frankly, it's unacceptable. The kitchen staff clearly lack hygiene: no gloves, they're on their phones during service... and on top of that, we have to endure their conversations instead of a modicum of professionalism. I just come here to eat in peace, not to listen to their lives. The result: a poorly prepared and truly awful Filet-O-Fish. "Come as you are," fine, but there are limits. I ordered a hamburger meal, and given how slow they were, it felt like I ordered a tagine.

17/01/2026: One of the worst hotels in France

30/12/2025: Nothing to recommend it except perhaps the central location. Breakfast was not provided because: i) the receptionist told us the coffee machine wasn't working, and ii) there was no one at reception when we checked out the next morning at 9:30. The hotel is unacceptable in terms of both comfort and the very poor service (the person spoke very little French). - No towels; we had to ask for them without success. - No parking lot at the hotel, despite what was advertised. - No soap or shower gel. - Failure to comply with safety standards (no smoke detectors in the rooms). - Electrical outlets detached from the walls. - Broken toilet seat, broken bathroom trash can. - Lamps without bulbs. - No pillowcases. In short, all of this is unacceptable, and a full refund is warranted. This hotel has no right to exist in such a state and with such poor service; there is nothing positive to say.

15/03/2026: They only turn on one of the six order terminals to avoid working, despite the long queue, even on a Sunday at 2 PM.
