08/03/2026: Visited on the evening of March 8th. Unacceptable service. The small wrap, already small as its name suggests, is practically half the size! A burger ordered without pickles was served at the table with cold, unmelted cheese. They simply removed the pickles. THANK GOODNESS WE'RE NOT ALLERGIC! I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. This is the second time I've left a negative review for this same location; frankly, it leaves much to be desired.

05/03/2026: The award for the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. Absolutely no smiles at the drive-thru, the intercom, the register, or the staff. The sandwiches were terribly assembled and strewn about. There were long waits, and the area around the drive-thru was filthy. Not only is their organization terrible, but they also charge extra for sauces when you wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru. And when you complain, they couldn't care less. A disaster! Definitely not recommended. We'll be writing an email to head office.

11/12/2025: I've never seen such a dirty hotel in my life. The person at reception was very unpleasant; it was filthy. My sister-in-law came back at 2 a.m. and started yelling, saying, and I quote, "It's not right to come back at this hour!" I strongly advise against this hotel; I will never stay there again.

10/12/2025: Excellent service, beautifully presented dishes made with quality ingredients in a pleasant and clean environment. The reception could be improved.

13/01/2026: Excellent experience! We placed a spontaneous and quick order for several people, including burgers, kebabs, and paninis. I highly recommend the Italian bread paninis—a real treat! The portion was more than generous and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

19/04/2026: A pleasant and very respectful place

19/04/2026: Horrible, incredibly slow service… No organization whatsoever. We only got our menu after 30 minutes… and we never even got the children's menu. The food arrived after 45 minutes: just a simple croque monsieur, pizza, and ham and fries… my croque madame arrived 10 minutes after everyone else. When it came time to pay, they didn't even know what we had ordered. In short, terrible.

18/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance, without checking any reviews beforehand—and in hindsight, that would have saved us a certain amount of disappointment… as well as a wasted expense. Between mistakes and oversights with the drinks, a hair found in the charcuterie platter, and high prices considering the quality of the food, the experience was very disappointing. The wait was also particularly long (over 50 minutes), to the point that our 3-year-old couldn't stand it any longer. We left upset and dissatisfied. In short, it's best to avoid it: there are clearly better options elsewhere.

10/04/2026: A lovely dinner and very friendly service thanks to Anthony who took great care of us all evening!

06/04/2026: Poor quality; the sushi is 95% rice with very little fish and it's also dried out.

07/04/2026: It's 10:36 PM and apparently they're no longer taking orders even though they're supposed to be open until 11 PM... And it's not the first time.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed with the experience. I did use Deliveroo, but unlike others, the establishment was completely unhelpful and unaccommodating. The person on the phone didn't seem to know anything about pizza and didn't appear very concerned. I understand that Deliveroo delivers, but they don't prepare the order; that's Pizza Hut, as far as I know. So when they make a mistake, it would be nice if they acknowledged it, because tonight I'm stuck without food because the pizza they delivered is simply awful, so it's going straight in the bin. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for this mediocre service—not even the pizza sauces!

01/05/2026: A chicken and bacon wrap without bacon… The staff seems understaffed; I waited 25 minutes for my takeout order, and during that time, many people complained about missing items in their orders. I hardly would have thought to check that the bacon was actually inside the wrap before leaving. In short, I think they need to hire more staff, especially during long weekends.

01/05/2026: Orders were taken in thirty minutes and we were still being asked for them. Tables and trays were dirty.

17/04/2026: The food was fine, no complaints at all; it's one of the only McDonald's where I've actually had a hot meal! However, the place is filthy. Tables, chairs, toilets, etc., everything is sticky. It's unacceptable to open at 11:00 AM and have the place already dirty! As for the atmosphere, there are young people smoking everywhere; it really needs to be addressed! I definitely do not recommend it!

16/04/2026: The burgers were cold and poorly assembled. The self-service kiosk didn't accept payment, and there were no tables... We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served very quickly because there were very few people... Strange, isn't it?
