19/05/2026: A complicated experience. We contacted them through our wedding venue for Friday evening's meal for 35 people. The order for 35 courses was difficult to place despite our efforts. The quoted price changed three times. On the day, the delivery was over 45 minutes late, with three orders missing, and the driver didn't know what he was delivering. He then quoted us a fourth amount and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the remaining orders. Not very professional for orders of this size.

22/04/2026: An order for 2 tacos was placed at 6:42 PM. The wait time was 20 minutes, as stated on the phone. Upon arrival, the tacos hadn't even been started. So, after a 45-minute wait, I finally received 2 tacos for €27 (the price displayed everywhere is €11.50). However, drinks are no longer included, and they're €1.50 per can. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. I see this is a recurring problem, according to the reviews. There was no apology for the 45-minute wait for 2 tacos, especially considering there were only 3 employees and no other orders. This is unacceptable after so many years in business. I see this kind of response to criticism is common under negative reviews, which demonstrates a lack of professionalism. 30/12/2025: A loyal customer since the beginning, since the change of ownership the quality of the catering has really gone downhill. I bought a very dry chicken with a bad smell, and the rice and carrots were full of oil, smelly, and inedible—I threw everything in the bin. Avoid at all costs.

The team was able to find a solution and make the necessary changes to my order, which had already been paid for via the app and therefore couldn't be cancelled. 13/01/2026: “She has her favorites,” that’s what most people say about the owner… I say: “She’s unpleasant!” A deplorable experience… We went into this restaurant at 12:30 for lunch, drawn in by a large sign on the sidewalk that clearly read “Hello, Open.” Once inside, there was no one to greet us. For five long minutes, we stood there waiting, hearing noises in the back, but without a single member of staff bothering to come and see us. Only the resident dog showed any curiosity. Finally, we dared to ask an occupied table if they could have lunch. A woman (apparently the owner) got up, clearly annoyed, to tell us curtly: “We’re closed.” Stunned, we pointed out that the sign at the entrance clearly indicated we were open. Her response? “No, no, it’s half faded, look.” We were stunned by the frosty reception and unprofessional attitude. Why leave an "open" sign on the sidewalk if it's not actually open? It's simply disrespectful to customers. A restaurant isn't just about food; it's also about service and a minimum of courtesy. If this is how this establishment treats its potential customers, it's no wonder it has a bad reputation.

25/04/2026: No complaints about the food, but the interior is outdated. As for the toilets, they are dirty and smelly: paper on the floor, dirty toilet seats, and toilets that aren't flushed. There's no soap for washing hands. This has been reported to them.

31/10/2025: The store was supposed to close at 7 PM, but when we arrived at 6:30 PM it was already closed. Thrilled to have driven miles for nothing to pick up a package!!

13/03/2026: I ordered a whisky without ice as an aperitif. They served it with ice. I asked for it to be changed. They came back with whisky without ice, but the glass was ice-cold. In the end, they just removed the ice cubes...

01/03/2026: A good Italian restaurant; I've had pizza and pasta there before. I recommend it. The service was quite fast.

17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, I ordered two McDonald's meals via click and collect. I wasn't offered any sauce when I ordered, and I never received any. So, in my bag, there were only two measly napkins. There were no small wooden spoons or forks with the Cheddar fries. Furthermore, the employee who brought my order was nonchalant. I feel like things are getting worse and worse. I'll finish by saying that I got Cheddar fries without Cheddar cheese, which isn't what I ordered.
