01/08/2026: Very disappointed. I waited about 30 minutes just to get a drink. Then, after another 30 minutes, my snack still hadn't arrived. I finally decided to leave without eating. Such a long wait is unacceptable. It's a real shame, as it completely ruined the experience.

31/07/2026: The cocktails are excellent. The snacks are high quality. The service is pleasant, and the terrace and dining room are really lovely.

14/08/2026: We ordered three dishes: two salads and a croque monsieur. The croque monsieur was served, after we insisted, more than 10 minutes after the salads! And the owner, very annoyed and extremely unpleasant, kept making derogatory comments to several customers! Remember, these are the same customers who keep you in business, madam...

22/08/2026: Passing through the area for the week, we ordered their pizzas for takeout two nights in a row... (the four-cheese is amazing!) and we were won over. From the person on the phone, whose smile you can hear, to the care that goes into making the pizzas. We loved it! It's a shame you don't deliver to Paris 😂🍕 Thanks again.

01/05/2026: I'm correcting my comment about this small bakery. The only small thing is that they don't have enough pastries. There's a problem with the opening hours, since you mentioned checking the hours on the window and on the Google schedule. THAT'S THE THING: YOU LOOK AND SEE IT'S OPEN, and when you arrive it's closed. It's up to you to update the hours. And regarding your comment, there aren't any other bakeries in Illiers. That's why your bread has to be good. Now I'm happy to say that because I like your bread. And that's just the truth.

19/07/2026: Hello. Great atmosphere, impeccable service, a wide selection of delicious dishes 😋.

26/08/2026: A pub with a distinctly interceltic decor, comfortable seating, and plenty of woodwork. A selection of dishes is available à la carte, but there's no wine list. The food is beautifully presented, and the value for money is excellent. The desserts are delicious. However, the welcome was a bit gruff, perhaps because we arrived after 1 p.m.

25/08/2026: The children's play area is in a deplorable state. The last major cleaning was on 19/08/2025. One wonders if the area is cleaned in the meantime. The children come out covered in grime; the floor is sticky and black. I think the manager of the McDonald's in Hain could pay more attention to cleanliness.

15/07/2026: If you're looking for an intimate tête-à-tête, look elsewhere. At Cristal, the experience begins right on the sidewalk with a welcoming line of vapers and smokers, guaranteeing you a fragrant welcome, if you catch my drift. Once you're on the terrace, the noise level is worthy of a World Cup match. It's impossible to hear yourself think without shouting. A shame for a bistro where you were simply hoping for a pleasant time.

07/06/2026: I came to this restaurant for the first time with my parents. We weren't expecting such kindness and attentiveness from the waitress. We really liked the menu and were surprised by the generous portions! I couldn't have dessert! The appetizers were very substantial and absolutely delicious (two-salmon tartare and poached egg with wine sauce). Pleasant view, calm, and peaceful. A lovely establishment with the hotel right next door. We'll be back soon :-) Sandrine

27/05/2026: The €20 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) offered excellent value for money. The dishes were also prepared with impeccable quality. We were served by a single, charming young woman who was understandably overwhelmed with managing the entire service. A huge thank you to her for her professionalism despite being extremely busy. I was particularly shocked by the lack of action (or presence?) from management or any other staff. I don't know if it was management or a member of their family who handed the phone to the waitress to take a reservation, even though this young woman was already running around everywhere. And was literally taking care of our table payment. It would have been much more efficient and faster for her to handle the reservation herself. The condescension and disregard from these people, who only came to relax behind the bar without even noticing that their employee was overwhelmed and single-handedly running the restaurant (and the kitchen staff too), was appalling. They clearly needed someone in the dining room to help this young woman. Despite everything, this young woman was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient in carrying out her duties. Respect! 29/06/2026: I came to buy "Lyon cushion" flavored ice cream, but it wasn't cushion flavor at all; it was chocolate ice cream with tiny pieces of "cushion" that had absolutely no taste. For the price, it was a huge disappointment.

06/05/2026: Exceptional chocolates. Especially the cushions, quenelles, and pralines.

09/06/2026: Very good. This is a chain store, which isn't the case for all of them. The one in Châteaudun doesn't even come close to this one. It has a long way to go. It must not be properly adhering to Marie Blachaire's principles. What a shame.

16/05/2026: We came today to buy a loaf of country bread. While waiting in line, we noticed an employee cleaning the trays by spraying them very close to the pastries, directly onto the tray being cleaned. Of course, we're talking about hygiene, but also about a product that disperses into the air and onto the products sold to your customers. Please pay attention to this. We also wanted to buy some chocolate croissants at 50% off, but we changed our minds. This doesn't make us want to come back, even though we believe in the brand.

06/08/2026: The food is passable and the pizzas are good, but the service can sometimes be very slow for no reason.

25/07/2026: The place is hot and humid during the heatwave, with nothing to cool it down except a fan for the cooks. Don't even get me started on the tables. When I asked for information, they told me no, and five minutes later, yes, they know nothing about their pizzeria.
