13/01/2026: Excellent experience! We placed a spontaneous and quick order for several people, including burgers, kebabs, and paninis. I highly recommend the Italian bread paninis—a real treat! The portion was more than generous and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

06/05/2026: Pigeons everywhere, hairs or fur in the coffee, I strongly advise against it.

16/04/2026: The view is great and the waiter is friendly and professional. I wouldn't spend an entire evening there, though.

23/05/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. We hadn't checked the reviews before going. At first glance, the prices seemed reasonable. What we didn't realize was that the portions were the size of appetizers. The pizza was over-topped, but not bad. The salad accompanying the goat cheese was watery, and some pieces were wilted. As for the salmon tartare... IT WAS COOKED! Obviously not in the oven, of course. I think it was prepared well in advance of service and therefore cooked because of the lemon. When I asked the waitress why it was cooked, she replied that's how it's done here. The tartare is served with "toast." It arrived 10 minutes after the salmon. It was just two slices of white bread, not even toasted. One small positive point: the mayonnaise seemed homemade and was good. The owner was incredibly unfriendly; she didn't even respond to our "goodbye." Don't go there.

20/05/2026: As many customers have mentioned, the service is terribly slow: we arrived at 11:30 am and didn't leave until 2 pm, having to ask for the children's dessert (Kinder Bueno bars, which require no preparation) when paying the bill, and having to forgo dessert for ourselves. And the food isn't great either. A special mention goes to the goat cheese salad, which must consist mainly of mozzarella or some other soft cheese, and just a tiny bit of goat cheese.

23/06/2026: Excellent Japanese restaurant in Chartres! Fresh ingredients, a varied menu, and a charming welcome! It's air-conditioned and kid-friendly. 👍

21/06/2026: We received a very poor welcome at this restaurant. Absolutely avoid it. Luckily, we didn't stay for a meal; it's inconceivable to me to give my money to this kind of establishment.

07/04/2026: It's 10:36 PM and apparently they're no longer taking orders even though they're supposed to be open until 11 PM... And it's not the first time.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed with the experience. I did use Deliveroo, but unlike others, the establishment was completely unhelpful and unaccommodating. The person on the phone didn't seem to know anything about pizza and didn't appear very concerned. I understand that Deliveroo delivers, but they don't prepare the order; that's Pizza Hut, as far as I know. So when they make a mistake, it would be nice if they acknowledged it, because tonight I'm stuck without food because the pizza they delivered is simply awful, so it's going straight in the bin. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for this mediocre service—not even the pizza sauces!

01/05/2026: Orders were taken in thirty minutes and we were still being asked for them. Tables and trays were dirty.

01/05/2026: A chicken and bacon wrap without bacon… The staff seems understaffed; I waited 25 minutes for my takeout order, and during that time, many people complained about missing items in their orders. I hardly would have thought to check that the bacon was actually inside the wrap before leaving. In short, I think they need to hire more staff, especially during long weekends.

17/04/2026: The food was fine, no complaints at all; it's one of the only McDonald's where I've actually had a hot meal! However, the place is filthy. Tables, chairs, toilets, etc., everything is sticky. It's unacceptable to open at 11:00 AM and have the place already dirty! As for the atmosphere, there are young people smoking everywhere; it really needs to be addressed! I definitely do not recommend it!

16/04/2026: The burgers were cold and poorly assembled. The self-service kiosk didn't accept payment, and there were no tables... We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served very quickly because there were very few people... Strange, isn't it?
