08/09/2026: Friendly welcome. The guilty pleasure of cheesy snacks is always there. However, the premises could be improved with a fresh coat of paint and modern lighting. The return of the terrace would also be welcome.

18/08/2026: It's 10:36 PM, apparently we're not entitled to the sauce we paid for on Uber, but no sauce for the third time.

28/10/2026: I had a very good burger and fries for lunch today with a friend. I find some of the reviews very harsh for this pleasant, clean, and well-located establishment, whose terrace is especially lovely in the summer. Of course, when it's busy, the wait is longer because the castle can get very busy. The continuous service is rare and much appreciated! Thank you.

25/09/2026: Run away! I'm giving it one star because I can't give zero! On a weekday at lunchtime, we waited over an hour and a half for just an appetizer. We left when our main courses never arrived! The manager is rude, even aggressive towards customers! The cutlery and glasses were dirty. Such a long wait for so few customers is unacceptable! I do not recommend this restaurant.

11/10/2026: I usually go to this restaurant for lunch, but I was very disappointed this time. The burgers are often out of stock. Twice I've ordered a flank steak, or rather half a flank steak… the portions are really small for almost €18 a dish. I don't think I'll be going back. It's outrageous. Strangely enough, many people I know feel the same way…

06/10/2026: Delicious pastries… but the rest… well… The reheated jars… dry and tasteless. It tastes like mass-produced food… The fries are soggy and heavy… The salads aren't very fresh, but the selection is a bit limited. We'll stop here if we have no other option after swimming, otherwise we'll go somewhere else!

20/08/2026: Great caterer! I highly recommend them. We loved the food: simple and delicious! What more could you ask for! My mouth is watering just writing this review. 😋 Excellent communication 👌

03/06/2026: A so-called professional caterer who didn't show up on the day and claimed I hadn't sent him the necessary documents to make a reservation! Eight days prior, and after speaking with him three times on the phone, I called him to finalize the details, and at no point did he mention that I hadn't sent the documents or that he was fully aware of requests for portions of jambalaya without pork. So, his excuses like, "I didn't even know where it was being held," or other such flimsy excuses... that's completely unacceptable. Furthermore, this man is lying because we had already worked with him once before, nine years ago, despite what he might say... but I've noticed that this person's memory really needs some work. So, I confirm once again: UNRELIABLE CATERER

25/05/2026: Our reservation for 18 people was cancelled and therefore not honored despite a deposit paid. Apparently, we didn't represent enough money for two nights. Lamentable. I absolutely do not recommend this place. A complete lack of professionalism.

23/02/2026: It's a shame zero stars isn't possible because it was truly the worst experience of my life. One word: run away! I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, which is filthy and staffed with dishonest people. We booked for two nights. To begin with, the key wasn't in the locker when we arrived. We had to find our own way to the room, which was already open, with the key inside. The first night, my 18-month-old daughter became seriously ill because the heating only warmed about 2 cm of the room. The bed was freezing, and using sheets as a duvet in February was appalling. Furthermore, the hotel has never been cleaned since it opened; we found dust and hair everywhere. The room was so cold we fell asleep with our coats on. It was impossible for us to stay another night, so we requested a refund. The receptionist asked for our bank details (RIB) because even she, upon entering the room, remarked, "Oh yes, indeed, it's a penguin room..." We sent the bank details, and to this day, nothing. Today we contacted the establishment, and the woman told us there would be no refund since we didn't stay the night. Before leaving, she assured us she would take care of it. Truly the worst experience ever!!!

23/08/2026: All-you-can-eat buffet at lunchtime, food was decent when ordered, but the cleanliness of the bin and toilets needs improvement.

19/08/2026: Very negative review The staff was extremely unfriendly and the service was appalling. The dishes presented as specialties are absolutely terrible. The beef with onions was far too salty, and the meat clearly didn't seem fresh. As for the spicy shrimp dish, it was served cold, with a mushy texture that strongly suggested it had been reheated several times. A truly disappointing experience. I just hope I don't get sick after this meal.
