10/07/2025: Excellence....the best of the best in our ARDÈCHE....FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL.....Flavors that will knock you off your feet.....I never eat celery but I tried the celery risotto and I was not disappointed, quite the contrary.....a lovely journey of flavors of old vegetables....a word BRAVO to the whole team...

26/11/2025: We stayed there in November, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel: a well-designed (prestige) and very clean room, excellent service with attentive and professional owners, competent staff, and superb food! We always find flaws or shortcomings in the hotels we stay in, but not here!

There were eight of us, and we all agreed! A lovely inn with a fantastic team offering a minimalist menu, but the dishes are beautiful, colorful, and delicious! 30/10/2025: I was very happy with my meal at this lovely, simple, and friendly establishment. The food is delicious and the waitress was fantastic! I highly recommend it! 🤗

28/10/2025: I don't recommend the pizzas. The dough was very soggy, there were too many peppers, and the taste was bland. That's really the only negative point; all the other dishes I tried were very good.
