11/01/2026: A wonderful discovery at La Bexane! We had a fantastic time at La Bexane restaurant. The meal was simply delicious from start to finish. The charcuterie board to begin with was generous, featuring high-quality products bursting with flavor. The duck breast with foie gras, served with vegetables, was perfectly cooked, meltingly tender, and very well-balanced—a true delight for the taste buds. And what can we say about the chocolate fondant… a real treat, rich and perfectly executed, the ideal way to end the meal on a sweet note. All this in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, with attentive service. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return.

28/10/2025: Evening stopover with a late arrival (after 9 p.m.) the hotel service called me to choose my dinner (excellent homemade cuisine) and deliver it to my room (meal tray). Very appreciable service and friendliness. Nothing to say about the room either, clean, neat, comfortable bedding. Breakfast ditto with a wide choice, without forgetting the little omelet which is offered to you early in the morning! :) Frankly, a TOP establishment, very welcoming and dedicated staff. What a pleasure to stay even just one night in this charming hotel. Bravo to you!

Go for it without hesitation, everything is fantastic, exceptional value for money, especially for an overnight stay... it's not like eating in a cafeteria, the food is excellent! 24/01/2026: A sure bet if you're passing through Mirepoix. The restaurant is truly excellent, offering a varied and delicious menu with beautifully presented dishes. The hotel is clean and easily accessible, within walking distance of Mirepoix town center. The only thing that could be improved is the rather basic room decor. High praise indeed from the staff, who are the real highlight of this establishment! I highly recommend it!

30/01/2026: Home-style cooking prepared with passion, with a daily selection. A varied appetizer buffet: salad, raw vegetables, cold cuts, soup (in season)... Very affordable prices. And a warm welcome. 👍 Remember to book!

30/08/2025: A great place to spend some quality time at the bottom of the slopes. It's nice in summer because it's quieter and more airy than in Ax. On the other hand, when you order a rib-eye steak, you'd rather not get a low-priced one. It's not great. It's not the same price. But otherwise, a warm welcome.

27/08/2025: Terrible service, customer-oriented. The waiter made us wait for 3/4 hour, without even offering us a drink, waiting for a table to become available before seating 3 customers who had just arrived... Incredible!

11/12/2025: My friend and I were desperately looking for a bathroom and the nicest man at the front desk let us use the one in the restaurant. We were so grateful, A+ customer service.

30/10/2025: This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...
