17/03/2026: The duck breast and confit were excellent and very generous portions. I recommend it.

09/02/2026: The waiter went to the restroom right in front of me, didn't wash his hands, and then served me my plate... When there's a one-second gap between flushing and the door opening—which I checked myself at the end—there was no paper towel available, right in the middle of service! Shameful, unacceptable!! Otherwise, the food was alright, simple, acceptable... €18 for the set menu, nothing fancy, expensive for what it was, with the added bonus of someone else's urine or other bodily fluids. You'll never see me again, that's for sure.

21/11/2025: Having booked for two on a Friday evening, we arrived on time and no one knew we had a reservation. The restaurant was packed, so we had to wait for a table to become available before we could sit down to eat. The roasted Camembert was very good, no complaints there. The burrata salad could have used a bit more dressing (that's just my opinion). The ribeye steak was average, very tender but a bit bland. It was very noisy, but for a Friday night, that's forgivable. Overall, it was decent. 👌🏼

31/03/2026: The pizzas are excellent and the owner is very respectful and helpful. However, the hygiene leaves much to be desired: a cockroach fell into the water. Furthermore, the owner's attire—covered in flour and without an apron—is inappropriate for a restaurant. It's a shame because the service is good.

12/03/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0. I bought an anchovy pizza to go, and there was a ton of tomato sauce and anchovies practically fighting each other (very few). But the worst part was when the owner came back to take out the pizza; he was cleaning his ears with a cotton swab. When he saw that I'd witnessed this, he threw the swab away. I don't think he knows the rules of the game. What a shame. I just discovered 10 months later (I don't reread my comments except to correct my mistakes) that management wants to sue me because of my review. The management's attitude is truly appalling. A friend who owns a business in Foix just read with me the comment from the boss who wants to file a complaint against me, and my friend laughed about it 😅 Telling the truth bothers people; I take it as a threat, so if you post a comment that's just flattering 🤣🤣🤣. I wanted to see for myself (everyone deserves a chance), I saw, but I'll never go back. What a sad world. I don't like to behave like this, but pushed to the limit, I defend myself. I think some of the comments must have been made by people close to management (ghosts, basically). Finally, threatening someone and giving an opinion about an establishment are two different things. 08/04/2026: Supposedly a café and restaurant, with menus outside, etc... we arrived at 7 pm to find out what time service started, and the completely clueless waiter told us, "We start at 7 pm, or 7:30 pm, or 8 pm, but we don't really know if we're actually serving; it depends on whether we've received the delivery." Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 I hope you don't do this during peak tourist season.

02/04/2026: The coffee wasn't bad, but we ordered a waffle and they told us no, they wouldn't make them. Just like that, without giving us an alternative or explanation, as if they didn't want to serve people. I wouldn't go back.

21/04/2026: Very nice lady who is surviving. Friendly and gives advice. I had very nice unusual chips, chicken + coffee and dessert. Everything was good and tasty.
