05/01/2025: A little (very) late, here I am trying to catch up to describe our experience in August for a short stay in this Hotel in Belcastel. The location is I believe the main asset, because right opposite the castle and the old bridge. And it is also possible to go hiking. Breakfast along the river with this panorama is a moment of pure happiness, the room very functional and pleasant, the small parking lot, and of course the restaurant which well deserves its star. We will come back to it!

15/12/2024: For the first time I recommend this restaurant to everyone with a mix of Aveyron Mexican products (fresh, authentic and very tasty product). Flavors to discover from tapas to dessert. A menu that changes every month. Quality service. Bravo to the server. Well done chef.

04/09/2024: Dans ce pays aux tables un peu rustiques un éclair de saveurs, un ravissement du palais ! Une créativité exceptionnelle aussi bien pour des entrées simple s comme la tomate, pain soufflé, basilic et sorbet maison; le plat canard rosé, crème de haricots et fruits rouges (mûres), champignons, sauce cajun, bien douce et le dessert dans l’imagination des saveurs. Le tout arrosé d’Archimbaud, l’enfant terrible des terrasses du Larzac. Un excellent bio choisi parmi tous les vins AB de la carte. On reviendra dans ce lieu à veyrônnais d’exception. 01/11/2025: We came as a group of seven on a Saturday evening. The service was quick despite the restaurant being full. The food was of very good quality; we were pleasantly surprised. All this for a more than reasonable price. The manager took over the restaurant in February, and it's often fully booked. I highly recommend this place!

We had a very pleasant time, discovering refined cuisine and savoring a succession of delicious dishes. The welcome was warm and the service elegant and friendly.
