21/09/2024: The place is magical, full of history. For a second visit I confirm my first impressions. The food is still good and the place is still magical. The village is located on the slopes which go up to the castle, with a guaranteed view of the old bridge. The “Vieux Pont” restaurant fully deserves its star. The dishes are tasty, seasonal and according to the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will keep excellent memories of it, regretting that it was so long ago.

04/09/2024: Dans ce pays aux tables un peu rustiques un éclair de saveurs, un ravissement du palais ! Une créativité exceptionnelle aussi bien pour des entrées simple s comme la tomate, pain soufflé, basilic et sorbet maison; le plat canard rosé, crème de haricots et fruits rouges (mûres), champignons, sauce cajun, bien douce et le dessert dans l’imagination des saveurs. Le tout arrosé d’Archimbaud, l’enfant terrible des terrasses du Larzac. Un excellent bio choisi parmi tous les vins AB de la carte. On reviendra dans ce lieu à veyrônnais d’exception. 18/11/2024: We came in September and once again passing through the region we couldn't resist going back for dinner at the La Rocker restaurant which is right next to the motorhome area where we stopped to spend the night once again everything was perfect the welcome, the service, and especially the dishes I will say it again if you are passing through the region do not hesitate!!!!

01/09/2024: Does not compare with many other restaurants in the area.... We will not go back... August 2024 Pleasant and exotic setting, correct welcome without more... Portions of both beef and aligot really too small, the same for the cheese (3 ridiculous slices). Plus there wasn't enough cheese in the aligot... Homemade desert pie apparently tasteless... However, we took the menu for 32 Euros.... For me it's 10 euros too much...

21/09/2024: Very nice, small, atmospheric restaurant with very friendly service. We ate tapas planks and they were well filled and tasty. Definitely recommended!

01/10/2024: Excellent dinner in a restaurant with provincial and almost timeless charm. The service, feminine, is very pleasant. The cuisine is based on high quality products and the possibility of composing a menu from the menu (you can choose starters, main courses and desserts from the menu and compose a 2 or 3 course menu at a fixed price) is a very good initiative allowing you to navigate the map at a reduced price (I recommend the 3 services at 36 euros) Beautiful cellar, a champagne which was a great discovery, also at very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this restaurant and thank the staff of this restaurant for their kindness.

05/09/2024: It's fresh, it's homemade from starter to dessert, it's very, very good! It's plentiful and it's served with a smile, good humor, professionalism and concern for the customer. Really a very good address with good value for money! And I say again it’s very very good!!

17/11/2024: nous sommes venus 3 jours au we du 11 novembre. que ce soit l'hôtel ,l'accueil,le service, le restaurant tou etait impeccable. le service au restaurant au top et les plats succulents. touts nos félicitations au jeune chef de cuisine ainsi qu'au serveur et serveuse du restaurant. les patrons sont également très sympathique très avenants et professionnel. les chambres d'hôtel très spacieuse et très bien décorées. bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement et nous n'hésiterons pas a revenir lorsque nous reviendrons dans la région

13/11/2024: De passage à Mur-de-Barrez, nous avons déjeuné dans cet ancienne auberge réputée reprise récemment, après un passage... à vide de quelques années. Nous sommes venus cet été assez souvent, entre amis et en famille : menu brasserie parfait. En novembre, nous étions pressés par le temps et avons choisi le menu du jour. Excellent. Cuisine entièrement faite maison : produits frais, de qualité... et bons, ce qui est rare pour un menu du jour. Postule pour le label "maitre restaurateur" ce qui est un gage de qualité. Service rapide, dynamique, discret et efficace malgré une certaine affluence. Ambiance cool, sympathique. Adresse à recommander.

15/12/2024: For the first time I recommend this restaurant to everyone with a mix of Aveyron Mexican products (fresh, authentic and very tasty product). Flavors to discover from tapas to dessert. A menu that changes every month. Quality service. Bravo to the server. Well done chef.

24/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in half board. Everything was perfect. Very good restaurant with quality local products (which is very rare for a half board) and a nice wine list. Professionalism and friendliness of staff I highly recommend this establishment. Not to be missed.

23/11/2024: Au centre ville de Rodez, restaurant cozy , très chaleureux et d'un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Vous êtes accueilli par Dorothee la Patronne Des Arômes. D'une gentillesse remarquable et toujours avec un grand sourire. Ca fait plaisir car pas toujours le cas dans d'autres restaurants du python. En cuisine, le Chef Gregory (le patron) lui aussi d'une grande gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme va vous faire régaler, savourez les papilles avec des mets savoureux , des produits frais, du marché et de produits locaux et le tout dans des assiettes ou ardoises très soignées et bien dressées. A chaque visite, c'est toujours un regal , un moment merveilleux passé dans ce restaurant. Bravo au Chef Gregory et à son épouse Dorothee. Un petit conseil : Pensez à réserver..
