22/02/2026: A warm welcome, a wonderful menu, and smooth, professional service! From the aperitif, accompanied by homemade pretzels, to dessert, it's an explosion of flavors! The pork chop was a delight...and the grand finale, apricot tarte tatin, makes me say I'll gladly return!

17/02/2026: A fantastic on-road restaurant with great value food. This isn't a gastro stop but it's well made home style food and offers amazing value. They do one fixed 'menu' over lunch - which suited us perfectly (sometimes it's nice to have choice removed). Our waitress spoke three languages and was SUPER lovely - service was great. Cheeseboard was an amazing part of the menu. Brilliant value and we would return again if we pass by, for sure! Also, they said we could stay in the car park overnight if we had lunch, in our motorhome/camping car, if we needed to and there was plenty of space and rubbish bins (it's used by trucks). We might do that next time!

07/01/2026: This year, we wanted to gather the family for Christmas in a special and welcoming place. I chose La Grange de Séveyrac, which I hadn't been to before. We were all pleasantly surprised. To begin with, the place is full of charm, nestled in a lovely natural setting on a site steeped in history, and the barn has been tastefully restored with respect for its authenticity. The welcome is simple and warm; you immediately feel at ease. As for the service, nothing is overlooked; Anne, the owner and cook, is incredibly attentive. The traditional cuisine reflects the spirit of La Grange: simple yet refined, using high-quality ingredients. We were all delighted by the setting, the atmosphere, and the meal. This has led us to plan another Christmas together at La Grange de Séveyrac! 😊

21/02/2026: A wonderful time with my best friend and my two boys… Bastide is an institution… from Nasbinal to Rodez… always top-notch. The restaurant is excellent. The bowling alley is very comfortable. The hotel is well-maintained. I recommend all three.

The place is immaculate, spotlessly clean, and what can I say about the view… simply breathtaking, with a magnificent panorama of nature and wildlife 🦌❄️ A peaceful and rejuvenating place where you immediately feel at home. 16/11/2025: Nice restaurant where the food is good, but it's not a gourmet establishment as advertised. The dishes are very pretty, and the food is tasty, but far from gourmet. I ordered the duck breast from my set menu. I was disappointed. It lacked seasoning and was nowhere near as good as the duck breast I've had elsewhere. However, the side dishes—vegetables and mashed potatoes—were absolutely delicious! The starter and dessert were beautifully presented, and the flavors were spot on. The price-quality ratio is decent, but it's not a gourmet restaurant.
