The atmosphere is cozy, the welcome and service are warm and friendly, and the dishes are both beautiful and delicious. You must try the famous potato pancakes with smoked salmon, savor the kidneys with morels, or the unmissable cordon bleu with its divine sauce, the chef's secret recipe for which is well known. And for dessert, there's crème brûlée, chocolate fondant, profiteroles, and baba au rhum, perfect for sharing! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time; the atmosphere was lovely in the evening, the restaurant very attractive, and the service quick and impeccable. The prices are indeed a bit high. But the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes are commensurate.

28/02/2026: The four of us had lunch at L’Oignon and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The dishes were excellent—especially the braised ham hock, which was incredibly tender with a rich, delicious sauce. The carpaccio was also fresh and beautifully presented. To drink, we had Crémant and red wine, both of which were very good. The service was quick, friendly, and reliable. The restaurant is a bit small, but that also makes it very cozy and charming. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

They offer suggestions and guidance when you order. You feel like a guest in someone's home, not in a restaurant. 22/02/2026: I very rarely leave Google reviews, but since we were so satisfied, it's worth mentioning. It's a place we love; we order regularly, especially through Deliveroo on Sunday evenings. Tonight, we ordered a salad, but the chicken was missing. We called them, and they immediately found a solution. That's rare, and this professionalism, in addition to the quality of the food, deserves to be highlighted. Go for it!

05/12/2025: This was a real find - having had a poor experience at the Dubliners pub round the corner, I was delighted to receive a proper welcome from friendly staff at What The Fox. I met some friends here and we had a great time - so much so that I returned the following night. It was very different, being full to bursting on a football night - however the cheerful staff ensured that everyone had a good time and a plentiful supply of beer!

01/03/2026: I received a very warm welcome. The staff was very friendly and offered excellent advice on the ambiance and wines. The food and meat were of high quality. The only minor drawbacks were that the fries weren't homemade, which is a shame given the quality of the meat. Also, the chestnut cream tiramisu didn't have enough chestnut flavor. Otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant.
