08/01/2026: Charming hotel and restaurant. The rooms are quiet, very pleasant, tastefully decorated, and feature a functional and elegant bathroom.
The cuisine is refined and sophisticated. The staff is professional and friendly.
I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in a typical village.
05/01/2026: Ideally located in the beautiful and unique village of Salers, the hotel offers stunning mountain views. The impeccably renovated room had a somewhat impersonal decor. The staff was welcoming, the food authentic, and the service excellent. Don't forget the lovely mountain walks to complete a pleasant stay.

Meal-wise, it’s just OK. No seasoning. And the “truffade” which is not a real truffade…

Cartes avec spécialités auvergnates : truffade, tarte au st nectaire, pounti… le tout pour des prix très raisonnables et de belles portions.

14/09/2024: Tout simplement super. Une cuisine authentique et généreuse. Trouver dans le même restaurant des pieds de cochons, des tripoux, des ris de veau, rognons est tout simplement inimaginable. Et qu'en supplément ils soient si bien cuisinés le rend exceptionnel.
02/09/2024: Sur la route des vacances, un arrêt O'2 potes au feu après avoir essuyé un refus au restaurant précédent qui était fermé.
Et bien pas déçu du tout : des plats très copieux (nous avions pris plat et dessert et nous étions calés) et goûteux (bon onglet avec frites maison), du frais et bon
En plus bon accueil avec une patronne serveuse qui manie l'humour avec entrain
A refaire un arrêt une prochaine fois
