26/03/2026: Beware of cats! Several cats roam the ground floor where the bar and dining area are located. From a hygiene perspective – especially for allergy sufferers – this is problematic. I didn't enjoy my stay at Le Saint Mary. While it was spruced up with plenty of decorations, the details were old and not very clean.

09/12/2025: Nice place to visit. Large parking area and very easy access. However, be careful near the edge, especially with children.

16/10/2025: I've known La Source du Mont since the mid-1990s. It was always a great pleasure to spend time at this establishment. Madame Fournier ran the business with a masterful hand; nothing was left to chance, and everything was perfect. Among other things, she was very attentive to the food. Quality products were well prepared by a top-notch chef. The three chimneys and three cocottes awarded by Logis de France were well-deserved. The business was recently taken over; I went for dinner there in mid-October; it was a disaster. The welcome, the food, the service, and the customers—everything has fallen to the lowest level. I strongly advise against it...

05/07/2026: A great start to the season for the warm welcome, friendly staff, and delicious group meal. We also enjoyed drinks and ice cream throughout the day. We stayed during a club weekend at the bike park. I highly recommend this place. They sell merchandise 🤗 Thanks 👍

21/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome from a friendly and funny manager. From the main course to dessert, we ate incredibly well. Everything was very generous and delicious. Special mention goes to the custom-made vegetarian platter with a generous portion of truffade and perfectly roasted vegetables. We left happy and full, ready to tackle the Plomb du Cantal.

14/07/2026: A great little spot in a beautiful setting. Simple restaurant, lovely welcome from the owner, quick service, and excellent value for money. The children were delighted to be able to watch the ducks and dragonflies while eating their meal. A great place to stop for a family lunch.

09/06/2026: A quiet and pleasant place. Warm welcome. Very good food, truffade recommended. A very minor drawback: the rooms, the cheapest ones are a bit cramped, but perfectly clean.

25/07/2026: An excellent place to eat overlooking the beautiful Val castle. The main courses are excellent, and I was surprised that they brought us a platter of all the desserts on the menu so we could see the quantity and how they were presented! The servers are attentive, smiling, and in good spirits! Yes, one star is missing for the servers' attire... well, it's not very professional, it's hard to spot them. There's one where you can see his midriff, but oh well... what I think is that they should wear a restaurant t-shirt (with the logo) and a small apron with pockets so it's easier to identify the servers and represents the establishment.

25/07/2026: I've been a regular here for a long time. The setting is superb and the food is quite good. Admittedly, it's a bit pricey for such a remote spot. Let's just say the view comes at a price. However, when you're told at 7:30 pm that it's impossible to just have a drink because it's full, even though it's clear the place isn't packed, it stings a bit. It's a shame. We're hesitant to come back now... Back again this summer 2026, new owners. A pleasant surprise. Very good food at a reasonable price. A friendly welcome and updated furniture, which is much appreciated. If I had one small criticism, it's that we were surprised to hear that changing the side dish was an extra charge. Especially since the change in question was for fries that were already on the menu. A shame. Best of luck to the new owners.

31/07/2026: Phew, what can I say except thank you, Mathis. We're a very shy group, and Mathis immediately put us at ease. A hello, a "what would you like?", a "no problem", a "that'll be 15 euros." What more could you ask of a waiter? Maybe a raise... something to think about.

09/06/2026: Honestly, the plates are generously filled and well-presented, and you can ask for more sauces without any problem. The kebab meat isn't greasy at all. I'll be back as soon as I can.

03/06/2026: The food is good, but I ordered two kebabs, and they put in nothing but meat, literally. There was even salad inside, and absolutely no sauce. 92% of the kebab was just meat. I wouldn't recommend it if you like kebabs with vegetables.
