Delicious food (meat and fish), excellent wines, excellent desserts (the chocolate one is a must-try, the lemon one is just as good).

I spent wonderful evenings at the Cabanon. What a luxury to know what you eat. The cook is exceptional, the boss knows his job and the work of sourcing the products is remarkable. Bravo for your work and thank you for the beautiful moments we are experiencing thanks to you.
23/09/2024: J'ai dîner avec mes parents il y a 1 semaine et demie, l'endroit était magnifique et le personnel était aux petits soins, le repas était parfait, ils nous ont donnés du rêve avec un bon vin, hâte de revenir si l'on revient un jour en Corse, signe des français du Maroc

18/08/2024: Three of us came in the evening without having booked and we were welcomed kindly. We ordered tripe, a shepherd's omelette and a steak tartare and all that for €90. It's expensive for a single omelette and probably industrial tripe. However, the steak tartare was accompanied by a salad and homemade fries and was pleasantly appreciated. The servers are still smiling and the festive atmosphere of the accordionist was friendly. To conclude, this restaurant meets all the criteria of a good tourist trap.

17/09/2024: Unfortunately we read the comments late but it turns out to be correct!!! We confirm the previous opinions on the pleasant place but the unpleasant, unfriendly waiter. Like the impression of being a nuisance, he barely said hello to us……. No smile, nothing!!! A scary face in the middle of a nice terrace.
It's sad.

08/07/2025: Poor quality of food, especially of pizza, but also vegetables. Olive oil from Tunisia (!) on our table. Buy cheap, sell expensive strategy? We forgot to look for the ratings before entering. Our fault. Prices not lower than in other restaurants. Service was friendly

15/08/2024: This is the 2nd time that we have stopped at Ustaria a di in Rota on the Mare a Mare Nord. Very warm welcome, there is everything you need to accommodate hikers. The place is friendly, the inhabitants of the village meet there in the evening, and in particular on Friday evening when the pizza chef comes on stage and starts the pizza evening!!! It is unique and the pizzas delicious!!! Well done to Paul Ceccaldi and his entire team. We recommend this friendly place to everyone.

24/09/2024: Nous sommes venus déjeuner dans ce resto à midi avec des amis après avoir passé un moment à la plage.
Accueil parfait, service rapide (on peut avoir des doutes qd on voit la taille de la terrasse).
Nous avons été ravis de notre déjeuner.
Petit bémol sur le vin blanc que je n'ai pas trouvé exceptionnel (le "plus cher" sur la carte).
Je suis lyonnaise alors forcément très exigente 😊
Mais resto de plage à faire sans inquiétude !
20/09/2024: Emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Rondinara.
Le service est rapide, les serveurs efficaces et agréables.
Le restaurant est très propre.
La carte est basique mais elle fait bien le job pour un repas simple mais bon dans ce cadre exceptionnel.
Vous pouvez y aller sans risque!

27/09/2024: Unfriendly staff, small portions but outrageous prices. Cheap booze, plastic tables and chairs but at expensive prices.
What's more, it's so petty that if you sit on one of their loungers and drink a glass of wine, you'll be sent away in the most unfriendly manner at night.
24/09/2024: Service reasonable. Paninis are tasteless. But when you're finally done, the icing on the cake comes. Paying... As if it wasn't bad enough that you have to pay the top price for tasteless food, the man behind the bar just adds another 20 euros. No discussion possible with that guy. This guy should make way for a decent entrepreneur. This guy deserves a bar on top of the highest uninhabitable mountain in Corsica.
PIN payment is not possible (supposedly a malfunction). You don't get to see receipts.

Nous nous sommes arrêté sur avis du site TripAdvisor mais déçu de l'ambiance générale. Le patron et Mme ne sont pas très sympathique avec les jeunes qui constituent leur équipe. On sent une tension palpable. Dommage!

02/04/2024: I spent 4 days over the Easter weekend at the Radisson BLU....
I started my stay with “an upgrade” to my amazement!
Large bedroom on the second floor, balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea!!!!
Breathtaking.
Calm, serenity at the very beginning of the season.
The reception staff, from the room to the kitchen
(refined dishes and buffets) but particularly the restaurant (with whom I spoke the most) took great care of me, I thank them from the bottom of my heart... I needed it.
Obviously I recommend this complex nestled in an idyllic setting!!!!
I thank this wonderful team of professionals and this island of beauty for its warm welcome.
