06/12/2025: A wonderful evening rediscovering this restaurant. A varied menu, fresh ingredients, and perfect flavors and pairings! Everything was perfect from start to finish, all in a lovely, beautifully decorated setting with top-notch service! We will definitely be back.

We were full for dessert, but the plates we saw being served looked very promising. We had a chance to chat with the waiter and the owner at the end of our meal; they are very friendly people who clearly care about making their customers happy with their cooking. A great place to remember and return to on our next trip to Beaune.

11/01/2026: During a visit to Beaune, we had the opportunity to try the menu at this small restaurant. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The menu is short but of high quality. I thoroughly enjoyed the head cheese. The wine list features some excellent bottles that perfectly complement the meal. The prices are very reasonable, which makes for a perfect evening. This is a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal at an affordable price in Beaune. We will be back.

23/01/2026: My favorite place when travelling to Beaune. La Maison du Colombier is a must stop for any Burgundy lover. The wine list is one of the best i've ever seen, with fair prices. The food is delicious, well made, with high quality ingredients. Antoine, the sommelier, is very knowledgeable, explaining with precision every wine and suggesting always the right one. The other staff is very kind and welcoming. Highly reccomended!

04/02/2026: This place is spectacular. The Chef and the Service were special. The menu was price fix. My wife and i shared all the items. Everything was delicious. The pigeon and snails were especially good. The flavor combinations were unique and delicious.

25/02/2026: Great location: opposite the train station, within walking distance of the city center. Ample parking with a blue disc. No noise issues. Small room, but adequate and comfortable. Very pleasant staff, helpful and accommodating. Delicious food. Highly recommended; we will definitely return on our way south.

07/02/2026: Magnificent wine bar located right in the center of Beaune! A very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Inspired by the positive reviews, I decided to book to spend Saturday evening with my boyfriend... 5 well-deserved stars! We chose a bottle of Chassagne Montrachet Ramonet 2022, wonderful... We also decided to try the Savoy focaccia, Croque Monsieur, and the Truffle Croque (delicious!) Perhaps the potatoes weren't fresh, and that's the only negative, but everything was wonderful. Very attentive and attentive service. An evening we will always remember and will definitely return on our next visit to this delightful town! The wine list is truly impressive, as is the spirits list. Congratulations!!!

28/02/2026: We came as a family for dinner on a Friday evening; this restaurant had been recommended to us by a local shopkeeper. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, with a special mention for the scallop carpaccio, which was delicious. And I would like to commend the kindness and attentiveness of the person who looked after us, especially with our tired two-year-old son. Finally, the place is cozy and pleasant; we felt very comfortable there!
