10/06/2026: First restaurant in Dijon. Wow, we could come here every day :-) The pulled pork is to die for. The wine selection is excellent; we particularly enjoyed the Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune (and no, not the Côte de Nuits, no big deal). A truly wonderful place where everything is carefully considered. The service is also top-notch. Highly recommended.

17/07/2026: A small restaurant I hadn't known about before, but well worth discovering. A warm welcome, a very friendly waitress, and a very professional owner. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert: everything was excellent. What's more, the owner offered us a complimentary infused rum, a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place!

27/08/2026: I tried Loiseau des Ducs a while ago, and it's a restaurant that perfectly lives up to the Michelin Guide's high standards of fine dining. The restaurant is nestled in the Hôtel de Talmay, a 16th-century building listed as a historical monument. For me, this meal was a true sensory experience. The service was impeccable, the pace was perfect, the flavors were delicate, and the ingredients were of exceptional quality. I think it's one of the best first restaurants to discover in Burgundy.

20/08/2026: Don't waste your time and money at this restaurant. It’s a disgrace to Dijon—the gastronomic capital—and a total tourist trap! The beef wasn't even Charolais (just generic EU origin); out of a 300g portion, half was gristle and fat. The sauce was tasteless, and the salad had black leaves. It was truly shameful—and the worst part was the restrooms 😠. Absolutely disgusting. Honestly, give this place a miss. The only saving grace was the service

18/08/2026: This place is very busy, with only two servers for the entire restaurant, both inside and on the terrace, so they were overwhelmed and took a long time to serve, even bringing the bill. The food is recommended for their Beef Bourguignon, but unfortunately, the meat on my plate was dry and stringy, probably overcooked. The eggs meurette are okay. The crêpes Suzette, flambéed tableside, are good, and the blackcurrant ice cream is alright. Overall, a big disappointment. However, the wine selection is good and very reasonably priced.
