30/11/2025: Not really worth the Michelin star or the price. The food was ok, nothing special though. I would have been perfectly happy to receive it had it not been the star. Also, 10 minutes with an empty wine glass is a lot when buying the full bottle.
29/11/2025: I tried Loiseau des Ducs a while ago (I forgot to leave a review), and it's a Michelin-starred restaurant that perfectly lives up to the high standards of fine dining as defined by the Michelin Guide.
The restaurant is nestled in the Hôtel de Talmay, a 16th-century building listed as a historical monument.
For me, it wasn't just a meal but a true sensory experience.
The service is impeccable, the pace is perfect, the flavors are refined, and the ingredients are of exceptional quality.
I think it's one of the best first restaurants to discover in Burgundy. The prices are naturally high, but the experience is well worth it.

14/12/2025: The meal was excellent and the waitress was very friendly and helpful, although probably a beginner. We found the dining room a bit noisy for easy conversation, unfortunately, but the background music might appeal to those who enjoy it!

Well presented and very good dish.
The prices are very correct.
We recommend.
Point to improve: the display in front which does not display all the seasonal dishes (salad for example)

16/11/2024: Un lieu très agréable , une très bonne et saine cuisine, un accueil remarquable et des prix ajustés font de ce restaurant un incontournable à Dijon !
Il s’agit d’une cuisine plutôt assez simple tournée vers de bons produits avec un choix de propositions vegan.
Malheureusement un point reste à améliorer, le choix des vins au verre , très limité avec une absence de vins élevés en Biodynamie ou nature .

07/09/2024: Limited menu with excellent dishes. Had a delicious roasted tomatoes with feta cream entrée, and chicken as main dish, with a gamay red from the region. Quick service . Perfect for easy lunch.
06/09/2024: The two of us had lunch this afternoon, having just arrived for a quick visit to Dijon.
The cuisine is excellent and the fact that there is an ecological approach (organic and local) allowed us to access a quality main course/dessert menu, affordable and committed. There were vegetarian options throughout the menu.
The staff is just adorable. And we even got visiting tips for the region!
Small dedication to the toilets which are decorated with a thousand and one stickers and posters!

09/07/2025: After eating at Kent several times, it's time to form an opinion. The ideally located establishment offers an affordable menu, highlighting fresh, local produce (the manager often talks about the producers he sources from). The dishes are good and generous. The atmosphere is pleasant. You almost feel at home, the welcome is so warm. We must persevere in this direction, by offering dishes with an ever more unbeatable quality/price ratio in the future, on this Place des Halles, which has suffered for too long from bad addresses where the customer is misled. Finally, a small place that, without paying lip service, knows how to cause pleasant surprises.

25/06/2025: The food is wonderful, original and gastronomic. The place is small, simple and clean. The lady in service is very kind, happy and very competent. Although the waiting times for dishes in France differ from other countries e.g. in Greece, America etc., here one more person is definitely needed in the kitchen to help the excellent chef prepare the dishes faster. Finally, on hot days the ventilation is not enough, and an air condition would help the atmosphere.
11/06/2025: We were wandering around Dijon by chance when a delicious smell stopped us dead in our tracks in front of So Restaurant. We looked at each other and said: we absolutely have to go there. As a result, we booked a table for the next day—and we were right to do so. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: a refined French base, enhanced by perfectly balanced Japanese touches. Each dish is a true discovery. A memorable culinary experience. Not to be missed!
