04/11/2025: Don't leave Moncontour without eating at Le Chaudron Magique (The Magic Cauldron), which is exactly what we did today. The welcome is warm, and the dining room truly transports you to the Middle Ages! The menu is beautiful and very inventive. The vegetarian menu is a proper menu, and quite appealing. I'll have to come back and try it... The service is quick. Let's talk about our dishes: everything is fresh and seasonal! I had gravlax salmon with a well-seasoned mixed salad. It was delicious. The fish, hake I think, came with a delicious beurre blanc sauce and seasonal vegetables. The portion was very generous. To finish, I had a homemade crème caramel, which was perfect! What a wonderful discovery!

10/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – An absolutely perfect moment! We had lunch today at L’Ôté d’la Flora as a family, and it was simply magical. From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderfully warm welcome: genuine smiles, kindness… we immediately felt at ease, like we were at home. The place is authentic, welcoming, and full of charm, with its stone, wood, and fireplace ambiance that gives it a real soul. You just want to sit back and savor every minute. As for the food, it was pure bliss: the savory buckwheat galettes were excellent, crispy, and perfectly filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients, and the sweet crepes were simply delicious, thin, crispy, and indulgent, just the way we like them. We truly, truly ate very well in a friendly and genuine atmosphere. This is a rare find, where you can feel the passion, the heart, and the expertise. A huge thank you to the whole team—we'll definitely be back!

24/12/2025: The best crêperie around: the ingredients are fresh, local, expertly prepared, and absolutely delicious. The setting is superb, and the welcome is very warm. I wouldn't eat my galettes anywhere else for the world... Marie also offers fabulous honeys that you absolutely must try... They're locally produced. Honestly, your taste buds will never be disappointed!

21/09/2024: Cadre sympathique près de l entrée maritime du port de dahouet.Terrasse agréable ,service au top, attente raisonnable pour la quarantaine de clients présents. Cabillaud cocos de paimpol jus au thym pour moi onglet frites jus de viande pour ma douce. Dessert mousse au chocolat, riz au lait . 2verres de vin , 2 cafés.70€ Je ne voudrais pas être trop dur car l’équipe a l air de se démener pour offrir un service de qualité. Malgré cela je ne peux m’abstenir de quelques remarques: Manque de cuisson pour les Cocos trop fermes et poisson un peu trop cuit. Le jus de viande a du bénéficier d’un peu de fécule pour gagner de la consistance. Mousse chocolat et riz au lait pas ouf . Repas correct sans plus

Mais le service trop long … un patron qui courait partout .. à nous en donner le tournis … qui coupe la parole à son serveur attentionné à notre égard … nous voilà scotchés!!! Comportement vraiment intolérable !!! On est partis sans prendre de dessert !!! Dommage … le resto avait tout pour plaire : monsieur le patron , apprenez à prendre soin de vos serveurs ( ils ne méritent pas ça … et le client nous plus !!! )
