23/06/2025: Had a nice meal on the terrace among the French. There was a DJ playing music, probably because it was the weekend. The food was good, the service could have been faster. Not expensive.

13/06/2025: This was my first opportunity to discover a restaurant of this quality, and what an experience! The welcome is warm, the staff attentive, and the setting absolutely charming. Housed in a former train station, the place is full of small details that pay homage to its history: the original identity has been tastefully preserved, making the place as pleasant to look at as it is to experience. Once my eyes are full of surprises, it's time to taste... and what a tasting! This is, without a doubt, the best French restaurant I've ever had the opportunity to try. From the starters to the desserts, everything was absolutely delicious. I was even surprised to enjoy dishes I don't usually like—a true feat from the chef. A huge congratulations to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

11/06/2025: As usual, I go to this restaurant quite regularly; the dishes are always succulent, and I choose my words carefully. Last night's meal was a delight; honestly, I didn't think it was possible to put so much flavor into a dish. I asked several times if they had hired a chef or a magician, but no, it's actually humans who manage to make such delicious dishes. Not to mention the service, which is always impeccable, and with a precision and delicacy that is always appreciated. It's also worth noting that if my heart weren't taken, I would probably have declared my love to the pastry chef, who I think must have a gift. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and your many years of consistently perfect service, and for this very charming time we spent.

Homemade cuisine, Angus beef strips with dauphinoise potatoes, arugula salad, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, and cooked green beans, followed by a fabulous homemade pavlova and a gourmet tea with a giant (delicious) cookie, panna cotta, and cheesecake. All the desserts are homemade, fresh, generous, and remarkable! Impeccable service, very pleasant dining room. We'll be back very soon!

02/12/2025: I came here twice in July and I have been meaning to leave a review because as a solo diner you experience can differ greatly but this was such a lovely one both times. I feel so bad that I don't know the waiter's name but he could not have been more accommodating and the food was really good, not pretentious, just good ingredients cooked well (the best way in my opinion). I wanted to return a third time but sadly time was against me, but on my next visit to Nimes I will be back for sure! Merci Beaucoup!

The service is attentive, discreet, and friendly… the entire menu is crafted with high-quality local ingredients! In short, a place that will leave a lasting impression and be enjoyed without restraint!

27/12/2025: We speak Spanish and English; they only spoke French there, but they did their best to make themselves understood and give us the best dining experience in the area. Quality, variety, generous portions, presentation, flavor—everything. And the price is fair! It's worth getting lost here and enjoying excellent service and food. You're not just going to eat; you're going to have an experience!

31/10/2025: Le Délice Cévenol is a restaurant that lives up to its name. It could just as easily be called "Les Délices Cévenols" (The Cévennes Delights), and that wouldn't be a lie. The welcome is simple and genuine. The menu is the same. The dishes are first visually appealing, then you discover their deliciousness. We ordered two Cévennes salads where the honey-glazed chestnuts paired beautifully with the duck breast. For dessert, we had a homemade apple tart and a Cévennes ice cream sundae, both superb in presentation and taste. The gentleman at the front of house, the lady in the kitchen, and a young waitress make up an efficient, discreet, and friendly team. We will definitely be back.

13/12/2025: A gem of a bistrot near the Maison Carrée, in the center of Nimes. The place has a real South of France family vibe and the food is delicious! The salads are a must to try. 🫶
