05/09/2026: We went with the whole family (7 people) on a Saturday and they gave us a table right away. Lunch for less than €20 per person and everything was very good. The owner is lovely

05/09/2026: Very, very good... the welcome was excellent. The products are top-notch. Superb quality... everything is there: the taste, the local sourcing. The jams are to die for and made entirely with mature ingredients. The biscuits and chestnut bread... the cheeses are the same. And the prices are very reasonable. Thank you to the whole team involved in the production and sales. A thousand congratulations and thank yous.

We particularly appreciated the exquisite presentation, the precise cooking, and above all, the exceptional quality of the sauces, which added a great deal of elegance and depth to the dishes. The flavor combinations were delicate and highly successful, with a special mention for the mint-chocolate pairing in the dessert, which was subtle, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. A refined, creative, and sensitive cuisine, where you can feel the genuine care taken with every detail. A truly wonderful restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend.

29/08/2026: We had reserved a table to enjoy a meal at the restaurant during our steam train ride. We were all very satisfied with the service. I ordered the beef tartare. It was a generous portion and very tasty. The dish was truly high quality. It's a "touristy" restaurant that doesn't rip you off. You'll eat very well there with fast, quality service, and above all, it's inexpensive. I recommend it!

05/08/2026: I'm not going to talk about the hotel itself, I don't know it. I'm going to talk about the food, the atmosphere, the welcome... It feels good, like home. For lunch, I had reserved the chicken tagine. It was delicious, but, to my great regret, I couldn't finish it. Too much for me. The portions are generous, just like the staff and the owners. Generous, smiling, and in good spirits. It's a place that makes you want to go back. And don't even get me started on the evenings at Les Platanes. We always have a great time there.

04/08/2026: More than mediocre! €43 for 3 slices of melon with rind + 2 slices of vacuum-packed cured ham, all served in a shallow bowl mixed with salad 😳 The ribeye steak was thankfully rare, but so thin it was like shoe leather! Chestnut tiramisu? Nope, not that! The service was incredibly slow; the waiter was working alone and clearly did his best, sweating profusely. The Perrier and fruit salad were fine, though.

27/08/2026: Exceptional! This was our second visit. And if we return to the area next year, we'll definitely be back. A truly beautiful place. Extraordinary food and service. Bravo and thank you to Céline and her husband! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The sweet and savory dessert—melon, goat cheese, and Roquefort—was excellent. The children loved the lamb curry last year, and this year they adored the guinea fowl with mashed potatoes and chanterelle mushrooms! It's fantastic to offer this for children. Thank you for the care and attention of your husband in providing such attentive service, and for the helpful napkin-folding tips you gave the children. We will gladly return next year! We highly recommend it! A true delight for the eyes and the taste buds.
