20/08/2026: What a treat!! A delicious puff pastry with sweetbreads that I reserved a month ago 😁, and a superb beef fillet with porcini mushroom sauce. The gratin dauphinois was also excellent, not to mention the chestnut cake!!! The whole family enjoyed it, even our dog was welcomed with a mat and ice cubes in her water bowl. A thousand thanks to Gaëtan and Loïc for their hospitality and their cooking ❤️!!!

17/08/2026: The setting is pleasant with a lovely terrace where you can eat despite the heat thanks to mist sprayers that cool you down just right, but the food is too simplistic for the price. We were tempted by the menu on the website, but we were presented with two dishes with no other choice. Very disappointed. The welcome and the atmosphere are pleasant, but we had come to eat as well.

15/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant in Nîmes, which offers some local specialties. The setting is lovely, and the service is warm, quick, and efficient. In the summer, dining is mainly on the terrace, which isn't air-conditioned, but this doesn't detract from the quality of the establishment. I highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

21/08/2026: My brother, my girlfriend, and I went there. I don't know if it's because we're young or if he treats all customers this way, but there was only one waiter, and he was anything but friendly. First of all, he spoke to us incredibly quickly and curtly, and when we tried to ask him a question, he told us to "hurry up." I understand we weren't the only customers, but the least he could do is greet us politely. Our experience wasn't great, which is a shame because the atmosphere itself was actually quite nice.

28/07/2026: Le Patio, the perfect restaurant for a delicious seafood meal! A delight from the warm welcome to the little coffee. Not a single flaw. Arriving around 9 pm, the three of us wanted to share a pleasant moment over a seafood meal to end the day on a high note. We were drawn to the chalkboard menu, which read "fresh seafood from Grau du Roi." All we could do was hope there would be a spot for us despite the late hour and the fact that we hadn't made a reservation, just going with the flow... Jackpot! We were told a maximum wait of 10 minutes, and we didn't wait a second longer! The wait was more than respected, the welcome was warm and friendly, and we were given a small table on the dock. We were thrilled! For an aperitif, we enjoyed homemade iced tea and a delicious cocktail! We whetted our appetites with flavorful, fragrant mussels (a great start to our seafood meal). For the main courses, cuttlefish, octopus, and rouille graulenne were all equally delicious. A real treat for all three of us. Not a word was spoken at the table, our eyes shining with delight! We knew we were at our peak and that the memory was being etched into our minds! The desserts were no less impressive. The little one adored his pistachio crème brûlée, fresh from the oven, and the petits fours in the gourmet coffee that we shared were a far cry from the ubiquitous panna cotta and ice cream. Financier, brownie, waffle, crêpe, apricot muffin: generous and flavorful! Even the coffee was good (rare enough to mention) and served in a beautiful cup 😉 In short, a wonderful time for the three of us, one we will remember. A big thank you to the whole team for the smiles, the good humor, the professionalism, and the quality of the menu. Don't change a thing. Until next time.

17/04/2026: Superb hotel right on the seafront. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast room has a splendid sea view. I would just say that they should have more tables for two people, as often the tables for four are occupied by two people, resulting in a bit of a wait to be seated. There is no parking provided for the hotel, but the reception can recommend nearby streets with free parking. Wishing you a wonderful 2026 season!

03/07/2026: Tamara and Bruno were friendly and efficient hosts - a great stopping off point near to Grot Chauvet2 and the Pont d’Arc 20 mins by car and between Lyon Montpellier and Marseille.

12/06/2026: We had a memorable three days in Barjac at La Gourguille. Bruno and Tamara are welcoming and just perfect hosts. We stayed in the St Louis rooms. The views were as wonderful as the amenities. We enjoyed the pool, the steam shower, playing mancala and eating amazing meals served on the terrace or dining room. Perfect location for exploring the region. Tamara also gave a great recommendations for cultural sites and local restaurants. We hope to return!

14/06/2026: Located just before Uzès, this hotel is really pleasant and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast served at the table is very good, and the swimming pool is a real bonus after a day of sightseeing.
