23/03/2026: When I see the state of the tables and the floor, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen is like. I couldn't even finish my donut because it was so dirty and still frozen.

09/09/2026: A true institution of Marseilles bouillabaisse

08/09/2026: A decent restaurant with good, if not overpriced bouillabaisse, only serves 2 but still far too much food for us. They serve a bowl of the broth before they bring you the full meal after showing the seafood they will cook in it. The broth is delicious and you can tell there is experience and culinary skills that go into making it. We paired it with a nice white cote du rhone. Service was ok but less that the standard we’d expect at 80 euros per person. Not much of a view either (it’s not harbor side) the seats are uncomfortable and the lighting bright and intrusive. I wouldn’t go back, but it was a decent experience once.

19/08/2026: If you're passing through Salinelles, go to La Pierre de Feu! The food is so good and the presentation is so beautiful that I go back as often as I can!

11/08/2026: Very disappointed, the meal was very expensive, especially the foie gras starter on the set menu at €35 – you wonder where the foie gras was. A lost customer.

13/09/2026: An address I still love ❤️ I've been going to Seven Hill for a while now, and with each visit, I'm always just as satisfied. The food is excellent, the dishes are delicious and high-quality, the welcome is warm, and the service is always pleasant. I also want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the owner, who is always welcoming, smiling, and attentive to her customers. You can tell she cares about her establishment and does everything she can to ensure everyone has a good time. It's truly appreciated and deserves to be highlighted. I find it really unfortunate to see so many negative comments, because personally, my experience has always been very positive. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I wanted to share mine because I think it's also important to highlight when you're satisfied. Thank you to the entire Seven Hill team for your welcome, your kindness, and the quality of your work. It's always a pleasure to come to your restaurant, and I will definitely be back! I recommend it without hesitation!

25/08/2026: So where to begin. The owner is incredibly unpleasant, both to her staff and her customers. She speaks very rudely and is haughty. Beware, dear customer, you have absolutely no privacy. She's always watching the security cameras, and if you happen to joke around with the waiters, she'll ban you from the restaurant because her waiters aren't allowed to joke with the customers. 28/10/2025: Strange experience. Negative points: The owner was smoking a cigarette outside the table at 7:30 pm when we arrived. There were two forks instead of one and a knife on the table. The table next to us wasn't fully set. There were stains on the tablecloth on the side facing the customer. Only one red wine was available (due to a delivery issue...) and it was served cold because "it's just come from the cellar, you'll have to wait a bit"... (if there were no other wines, why wasn't it at least brought to room temperature beforehand??). The scallop risotto was underwhelming, far from being a risotto, with barely two scallops on the plate. The starter was a trio of foie gras, including pan-seared foie gras served on a chilled plate. There was a 30-minute wait between courses (and there were only six tables). The desserts were uninspired and expensive, especially for a mass-produced chocolate fondant (15 euros, just the Metro brand fondant, and a scoop of store-bought sorbet). The owner was smoking a cigarette at 8:50 pm (in the company of the chef, so it's no wonder we waited 30 minutes between courses), so we went outside to ask for the bill. I asked where the restrooms were, and the owner said, "Wait, I'll go check, I haven't had time to clean them," and flushed the toilet in front of me... no soap. That's outrageous. Positive points: The welcome was still friendly. The food was well-prepared, the ingredients were good, but nothing was exceptional, even if the techniques and cooking methods were sound. For example, the scallop risotto was far from being a risotto, and inexplicably topped with the same garnish as all the other dishes (the same one I had on my tournedos Rossini): a mix of sautéed vegetables, including potatoes. About the risotto... The place is quite unusual. An experience costing 100 euros for two, but not worth it. A shame. 100 euros is a lot of money.

17/10/2025: Extremely good. Even at past midnight, you could eat. Lovely place. We were the only two that late night. Clear, cosy and romantic. Fresh products, nice attendance. Tasty. My girlfriend said orgasmic. Served by the Chef himself. Not as expensive as it should be. A place to recommend, no doubt.

25/08/2026: We regularly eat at Bistronome; the food is fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is always smiling! The setting is very pleasant with a lovely terrace, and the owner is fantastic!

08/06/2026: Extremely expensive for such meaty pork and a sugary dessert. Go to Flunch, it's better.

25/08/2026: Decent value for money, frozen fries despite a homemade logo on the menu, the salad was generous considering there was a whole Camembert on the plate 🐄.

24/08/2026: Good value for money, staff attentive to the customer. We had a pleasant evening.

06/06/2026: What can I say? You can eat from 12pm to 11pm with top-notch service, relaxed, calm, and friendly... and all with good quality ingredients.

28/05/2026: Super friendly service, good food, fantastic atmosphere (exactly what I wanted). It was sparsely populated at 1 p.m., which was pleasant. They didn't have the paella I wanted, so I opted for the excellent fish and chips (fried fish fillet, chips, salad). They brought me a large carafe of water without me even asking. The coffee was superb. The bill was so low, I could hardly believe it. That left more for the tip.

The cuisine featured fresh, seasonal ingredients and a varied menu, with affordable and delicious daily specials. Refreshing cocktails and a fantastic ambiance! Thank you, Emma! A special thank you to Luis for his good humor and professionalism. The icing on the cake? The pool and spa, with such a kind lady who pampered us with massages tailored to our needs! We mustn't forget Fiona, Miss Gris, and all the other little cats who cuddled us throughout our stay ❤️ We'll be back!

25/05/2026: We booked a one-night stay. The hotel scheduled check-in for 4:00 PM and check-out for 10:00 AM. We arrived at 3:30 PM, but the entire villa, including the restaurant, bar, and pool, was reserved for our exclusive use until the end of the day. As a result, we received no refund and were unable to use the facilities we had paid for. We were able to return home. I find it shameful that management refused to issue a refund after their mistake. 🤡 (The receptionist was unable to help, but the service was good.)

The restaurant is very clean (including the toilets, which is rare). The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Nothing more to say except GO!

15/09/2026: No one wanted to serve us coffee this Sunday morning; so we left without ordering.
