21/01/2025: Very good dish of the day. Amazing two waitresses, full of people and both very pleasant. Honestly, well done.

17/12/2024: I came a little after 2 p.m. and the team was kind enough to welcome me for lunch. A big thank you to them. Very good food with attentive service. I recommend!

08/07/2024: Very nice stopover in Aigues-Mortes. The Saint-Louis hotel is comfortable, quiet and we were delighted by the breakfast.

20/09/2024: Placement without difficulty, after asking, for an aperitif with tapas. After a bit of a long wait before taking our order. The glasses arrived with two errors (drinks and note swapped with another order) then after the waiter called back, put down our glasses without telling us which one was for whom! Had to remind them to make sure it wasn't for other customers. Then, we waited a while longer for our tapas which didn't arrive, until we asked our waiter, surprised to see that we were waiting for something! And of course it was missing, which was the excuse for saying it wasn't ready... When paying, with the error on the bill, the waiter scrambled to give us the total of the uncorrected bill + our tapas which made an even higher bill than normal and when he saw that I seemed surprised, he apologized, then he did it again with the correction. So, in conclusion the cocktails were ok as well as the tapas parties but the service was not up to par with this waiter. Lack of organization of the entire service noted. Damage !

16/08/2024: Restaurant (which doesn't look like much from the outside, BUT WINS TO BE KNOWN. Very good cuisine for the daily menu, a very friendly waitress, REALLY VERY GOOD. THANKS

04/09/2024: I come back to this tourist trap address, correct service, but the Saint Guillem wine costs 32 euros in the cellar, 5 euros?? And the dessert, an imitation rum baba at 14 euros, really inedible, the ice creams at 14 euros, for the carte d'or, no, the value for money is completely exaggerated, there are much better places in Anduze, I ended up disappointed twice!!

03/09/2024: Pour complètement sincère, la cuisine était très bonne et le cadre est agréable, d’où le 4/5. Après, je soulignerais quand même que le rapport qualité/prix reste un peu élevé malgré tout. Autre information à noter : le restaurant ne prend pas la carte bleu (un distributeur n’est pas loin mais bon…).

01/09/2024: L’endroit est joli très bien placé au bord de l’eau, attrayant. Le restaurant était à moitié vide car il était déjà 20:30. On nous donne une table côté rue, alors qu’il y a de la place côté rivière, mais on nous dit que tout est réservé. Quand une table se libère 5 minutes après, on nous prévient qu’il va nous falloir attendre. Nous allons rester 20 min sans qu’on ne apporte ni les menus ou qu’on nous prenne la commande des boissons. Une fois installés, quand on nous apporte les menus, on nous informe qu’il n’y a plus que les boissons sur la carte, le « vrai » menu nous arrive sur ardoise. Il n’y a que des pâtes!!! et le moindre plat est à 26 euros, oui vous m’avez bien lue, 26 euros le plat de pâtes. Arnaque ? Meme sur la plage à St Tropez dans un resto en vue, les prix étaient plus abordables et la nourriture meilleure… Ce lieu est clairement un « piège à touristes » ils se croient à Venise !!!

30/08/2024: A calm and relaxing place. A very nice swimming pool area, a magnificent courtyard where meals and breakfast are served under the trees. Very good quality cuisine and a nice wine list. The rooms are very stylish, spacious and have a beautiful bathroom. A good welcome.

29/08/2024: Great stay in this charming hotel. A very pleasant relaxing site with swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam with possibility of professional massages. Breakfast and meals are excellent and served on the terrace overlooking the pool. The Palme d'Or goes to the caring staff with always a little attention, you feel like you're part of the family. It's rare and very pleasant. A big thank you to everyone.
