22/11/2025: I love this bistro/restaurant/bodega! Le Onze is very friendly, perfect for a great time. Being able to sing karaoke in the bar in the evening makes the atmosphere truly fantastic and festive. A great place not to be missed!

07/09/2025: Avoid this place. The owner bows easily when he's in front of you, but behind you... He doesn't know how to mess around with his customers. The new waitress, we won't talk about her, asks the customer the price of a jet 27. And when you order two jets, depending on who pays, it's not the same price. It's all up to the customer.

05/09/2025: Short but clear experience. A rather unfriendly gentleman. Following a call about a stay, the response was September full. Okay, that's cool for you. What's your availability then? I have a 3-day, 2-night Wonderbox. Um, I don't have the schedule, so I called my wife - the lady didn't answer and didn't call back. Always the gentleman: October is booked too, and I think there's space in December. December in the Gard or Vaucluse isn't ideal for a stay with my mom... as a tourism professional and guide, this kind of communication is pathetic. In short, keep your caravans and stop the communication...

04/12/2024: The Alès bakery! The bread, pastries and pastries are excellent. The only thing missing is the Viking bread.

24/11/2024: More and more disappointed with your bakery... Pastries often overcooked and dry This Sunday an inedible frozen cake, while spending 26 euros for 6 people.... It's a shame at that price, and I got a response over the phone ''it's the fridge's fault'' 👏

02/02/2026: We only visited this restaurant, and we'd advise against it! My prawns were full of sand, and my partner wanted rare, but they arrived well-done! Plus, they were unavailable on the menu Saturday night! There was no heating; I ate in my down jacket! For a supposedly "upscale" restaurant, the meal was very mediocre, and the place was freezing cold despite the central fireplace. This will be my last experience at this restaurant!

26/01/2025: The staff was very friendly and gave me two amuse bouche as a freebie, and even when I said I wouldn't eat dessert, they gave it to me as a freebie :) I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably because the 4-5 employees who passed by without a single person kept asking me if the taste was good, if I was eating well, if I needed anything else, and if I needed anything, I could call them at any time! Plat was of course delicious 😊

25/01/2025: Impeccable service, nothing to say. But the prices are absurd: €21 for the cheapest entry, €10 for a bottle of Coke. It seems like it's meant to rip off tourists. Very disappointing.

10/11/2025: Total disappointment! We came back without realizing that La Saladelle had probably changed owners—what a disaster! Where did the fireplace and wood-fired oven go? -Long wait even though there were only about fifteen of us -Ordered rare and medium-rare rib-eye steaks, but they were overcooked on the plate, one wasn't even pink -Bad fries, like cardboard -Limited wine selection, only the most expensive bottles still in stock -There were three of us, and we ordered three ice cream sundaes. They arrived one after the other, so the last person got theirs while the first person had already finished theirs -No more water, you have to ask for it -Music (speaker) too loud -And of course, cash payment because the credit card machine was broken!! lol In short, you can't just wing it in the restaurant business. We miss the old team, and we won't be back!

02/11/2025: We came on a Saturday night for the gypsy night. We waited over an hour and a half for our food. (Supposedly because only one of the two stoves was working that evening, but judging by the number of comments complaining about very slow service... I doubt the veracity of this "excuse.") Furthermore, what I was served instead of a "ribeye steak" was a simple sirloin steak that was extremely salty. A huge disappointment. There's nothing worse than ruining one of your only evenings out without the children because of a terrible restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

14/10/2025: When we're greeted like we were, we get up and go somewhere else. Providing training on welcoming customers would be helpful for the waitress.

24/11/2025: We were a group who booked several rooms this weekend, and unfortunately, all the rooms had no heating, and the air conditioning blew cold air. We were cold all night, even with a blanket. One room didn't have a blanket, and another didn't have toilet paper. Parking was available, and the breakfast was adequate.

11/11/2025: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It remains unsanitary, with bedbugs, moldy showers, and dirty bed linens and toilets. It's unworthy of an establishment that welcomes the public.

21/02/2026: The waiter walked past us several times while we were waiting and ignored us until we called him over; moreover, he was extremely unpleasant. Not even a smile or a hello.

07/02/2026: Terrible service, a 30-minute wait, the waiter sighed when we finally got his attention. He refused to serve us a glass of water despite us ordering several drinks. And the right to use the restroom requires a ticket; play rock-paper-scissors to see who gets to pee...

24/10/2025: Supermarket crepes for €4.50, I'd be ashamed to offer that to customers, and I'd be unfriendly too!! Run away, you fools!!

26/01/2026: Disgusting restaurant! During my meal, a rat scurried past me. There was mouse droppings everywhere in the dining room. Avoid at all costs!

08/10/2025: We came today, August 15th, in the evening, for 7 people. Reservations are not possible at this establishment, which I don't really understand, but oh well. We arrived at 7:00 p.m. And then we were turned away, even though there were unoccupied tables. A bit of a rant, but the owner tried to sort things out and quickly found a solution. So I won't dwell on the negative side of this establishment. In terms of food, it's a brasserie, not a restaurant, so you shouldn't expect gourmet cuisine, but good food. The service was fast despite the crowds on this day of fireworks and a public holiday. Just a small note about one dish: the sea bream fillet I ate was over-seasoned with olive oil, but otherwise very good. The portion of fries is limited for each side dish. But no big deal, the next meal will surely be better. The staff is top-notch, responsive, and efficient. See you soon, maybe 🙃

28/09/2025: Very good mussel restaurant with delicious sauces. Impeccable, friendly and fast service. A good address on the market square for Sundays.

29/11/2025: Terrible. Rude servers, some pleasant ones. 21-minute wait, still not served. They don't like people with accents. The place is racist.

27/11/2025: If you think you'll be greeted with a smile, don't go there, unless it's the first cold weather that has chapped the servers' lips, there are plenty of other nicer bars in Nîmes.
