La Crepe Savante
Calvisson
09/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!!! The crepes are mediocre, and respect and kindness are completely absent… a creperie that's supposed to be "family-friendly," but children are treated very badly and, above all, horribly poorly. I'm really disappointed to have to give it one star.
01/03/2026: Superb crêperie, top-notch service, the galettes are a delight, located in a charming little square for such a small village. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. The service and the food were excellent.

Campanile Nimes Sud-Caissargues Restaurant
Caissargues
20/03/2026: A very nice place, simple but effective cuisine, a cheerful team, an attentive chef, and pleasant receptionists. I highly recommend it!
19/02/2026: A refresh would be welcome and cleaning of the heating system is essential.

Brasserie de L'espiguette
Le Grau-Du-Roi
20/08/2025: In line with the negative reviews
A bar and restaurant run by completely incompetent managers
Mediocre pizza, disgusting coffee
Frozen pastries, low-quality products
Toilet not working for 4 years
In a deplorable state
Owner at the campsite for 8 years
It's a disaster on every level
Lack of drinks in the middle of the season, incompetent boss and son who do nothing all day
Except watch the flies flying
The poor waiters who are taking it all on because they can't do everything on their own.
I could go on and on, their amateurism is so blatant
A career change in another field would be advisable because the image of the restaurant industry is taking another hit
A passing tourist trap
14/08/2025: Dirty place, where the waiter only gives water (without anyone ordering anything) to the girls. Zero service (and on top of that, he was rude).

Les Capucins
Aigues-Mortes
01/05/2026: Absolutely deplorable; their only redeeming quality is their location.
The pizza was frozen and they clearly didn't know how to cook it properly, as it was completely burnt on the bottom, making it inedible.
The meat portions were tiny and served rare instead of medium.
In short, read the reviews and don't go here.
24/04/2026: We had a wonderful time.
Excellent service.
The twin sisters are very kind.
The menu is reasonable for the price.
Surprised by the reviews...
We'll be back.

Restaurant L'Esquielle
Saint-Genies-De-Malgoires
05/04/2026: A fantastic discovery thanks to a friend! The lunch menu is very affordable and delicious. The service is attentive and friendly, the staff is very welcoming, and we eat there regularly for lunch because it's such a pleasure! Next time I'll order brunch 🤩
Highly recommended!
27/03/2026: We tried the restaurant with colleagues. A fantastic 17 euros for a starter, main course, and dessert, with generous portions, just like the restaurant's guests. All this in a pleasant setting. Nice outdoor area and terrace, charming old stone interior. We'll be back.

Brasserie Lou Mazet
Les Angles
18/04/2026: Frankly, it's nothing special. It's not worth the trip.
15/04/2026: I'm giving this review to Stéphane, whom I know, because the place has changed a lot. When you know someone, there's little respect. They need to rethink their approach. If I don't ask for a normal amount of chorizo on the pizza, some people feel like they're being ripped off. At €17, your pizza is too expensive for the quality, unless you're asked to be reasonable. Don't tell me it's expensive; we pay everywhere. Pizzas are between €10 and €15, not €17, so logically, a pizza should be loaded with ingredients, not the other way around. Furthermore, it's time to be a little less focused on money; you're losing all your good customers! When you're brought in customers every week who rarely show up themselves, a smile is in order. Instead of saying, "You haven't come yet, you'll have to wait a bit," what does that even mean? So, what would be good is for you to review your prices and your behavior towards women. Maybe that would be a step in the right direction and we'd come back more often. Business isn't something you can just wing; respect needs to return. Very important.

Grand Cafe de la Bourse
Nimes
21/03/2026: We had an aperitif one lunchtime on the terrace overlooking the arena.
The aperitif didn't include any pastries or olives... It's a real shame.
For such a high standard.
19/03/2026: A café with no menu and no food. Strange... Better to go straight next door to the Dolce&Café.

La Corniche des Cevennes
Saint-Jean-Du-Gard
23/10/2025: Run away from this hotel. The price is exorbitant for the service provided. Everything is abandoned, terraces, gardens, etc. There's a Sahil leaf blower charging in the lobby (haha), and the reception is I don't care. The room is unheated, I had to ask for a space heater, which they provided... and it didn't work haha!!! There was a kettle in the room, but it didn't work either.
In short, everything is pathetic. It seems to be Logis de France approved, maybe in the 2000s, but in any case, it smells like a scam: we're receiving guests while waiting to be closed... I'm going to alert Logis de France right away.
22/08/2025: Disastrous experience: reservation made and confirmed, deposit paid, and the hotel is closed without any communication. No answer on the phone, the place is deserted and appears to be in a truly questionable state of repair. Absolutely avoid

Jerome Nutile
Nimes
02/10/2024: We chose the menu….
A disaster.
Brioche not great starving and cold filling, main course: the fish was not salty the risotto was not cooked and without salt too, the dessert looked like a failed chocolate mousse, we looked in vain for the crunch of the crumble and the hot cold contrast announcement.
The lady in charge of the room kindly offered us 2 glasses of wine to compensate for the mediocrity of the dishes.
I hope for the restaurant that it was an evening without, but we will not return there.
I'm not in the habit of leaving bad comments but given the tasteless nature of the meal from start to finish...
30/09/2024: Frozen desserts, decent meal but nothing more. A nice setting on the other hand. Quite disappointed.

15/09/2024: Great service.
Super tasty food, top service and the prices are impressive.
Service always very attentive. No problem at all even with small guests.
06/09/2024: The food is very good (especially very good) for cheap, service a little cold, the manager dressed to the limit of reason.

Hôtel de la Plage, France
16/12/2024: Good welcome from the boss and the young, friendly waiters. We enjoyed the Gardianne as always. A wonderful dessert to finish.
The establishment is pleasant and the sanitary area is top notch.
Decent price.
15/12/2024: Very nice moment for an impromptu lunch at Grau du Roi on a Sunday at noon.
Warm and attentive staff.
Excellent value for money. Very pretty view of the sea, the entrance to the port and Camargue port. We will definitely come back.

Domaine de Massereau
Sommieres
15/11/2024: An unforgettable stay at the Massereau estate. I highly recommend this campsite.
Thank you to the entire campsite team for your good mood!
11/11/2024: We chose to book at Camping Domaine de Massereau, convinced that the experience and services promised by a 5-star campsite would justify a higher budget. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a big disappointment. When we arrived, the welcome was warm, but this remained the only positive point of our stay.
We had used Homair's Cool n' Camp app to plan our trip, which advertised amenities such as an oven and dishwasher. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that this equipment was not present. This absence was particularly problematic because I suffer from celiac disease and need an oven to bake my gluten-free breads. After discussion, the director was able to provide us with an additional oven, but it took up considerable space on the dining room table in an already cramped accommodation for six people.
Added to this first inconvenience was the deplorable cleanliness of our accommodation. As soon as we moved in, we noticed the presence of ants, spiders and webs, some old, indicating an obvious lack of thorough cleaning. Despite our request, the intervention of the cleaning team did not bring any real improvement: the cobwebs remained in place, and a few superficial gestures had been made, such as leaving treats to try to satisfy us. In addition, the discovery of flip flops left by the previous occupants under the bathroom furniture demonstrated insufficient cleaning.
After multiple complaints at reception, the director assured us that a complaint would be filed on our behalf and that compensation would be considered. However, a few days later we received an email from Homair clarifying that no compensation would be given as an oven had been provided and cleaning carried out. This response reinforced our disappointment with the management of the campsite.
Furthermore, the campsite bar did not meet our expectations, with slow service and expensive and poorly prepared cocktails. As for the swimming pool, its capacity has become insufficient for the number of vacationers present, forcing them to get there early to enjoy it.
We still hope to receive a favorable response from Homair and the campsite management, who, for the moment, seem to ignore our complaints.
