The dishes are delicious, generous, full of flavors of local and homemade products.
Friendliness is essential and the atmosphere is very nice where loyal customers and passing tourists mingle.
Pretty shaded terrace.
Very caring service, even for our little dog.
A true professional team at all levels. Thank you all for entertaining us several times over the course of a week.

20/10/2024: We were welcomed very warmly by the owners. A place where you feel good from the first seconds. The rooms are absolutely spotless, very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The meal is cooked casually by the owners who raise their own chickens. We had a blast. We eat local and we eat well with a little homemade clafoutis for dessert!!! I recommend this address, you will feel great there!!!

07/12/2024: Small family tratoria style room, excellent gluten-free and vegetarian pizza, and gluten-free brownies for dessert, a gourmet treat that I generally have to do without outside the house.
Plus organic and local products, what more could you ask for, we'll come back.
18/11/2024: Very good artisanal pizzas and different surprising pasta recipes. We loved it!!

Cerise is very kind, sunny and smiling.
The focaccia was delicious, not to mention the dessert, for me a walnut tart 🥰🥰 a lunch treat.

11/11/2024: Very warm welcome, good food, nice and well heated room.
Very good value for money
The only downside was the breakfast served until 9am, much too early, 10am would have been perfect.
14/10/2024: Pleasant night spent as part of the Stevenson path.
The room is comfortable and functional. The half board is quality; the dinner was very good (fish which is rare on the path!) and the breakfast was practical because it was also available before time in the form of a tray in the room (this allows the autonomy of hikers depending on their their departure time to reach Alès).
The welcome is friendly and smiling.
The hostel is a little outside the city (and the GR).

Whether they are in the changing rooms or I don't know where, it is still in your establishment that the hygiene service found them... these little creatures are eating well somewhere!

The cuisine is superb and is accompanied by a fine wine list.
Everything comes together to make it one of my favorite restaurants.

Cuisine 4: it was good but not wow
I still recommend it.

Bien installés à l'intérieur dans un cadre convivial, nous avons dégusté des plats bien cuisinés et variés de l'entrée au dessert.
Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
10/10/2024: Nous étions au rez de chaussée sous l escalier.comme une alcôve, très tranquille.
